Get the Duo card incase one card fails. Rates are on the high side but it works just fine. Refunds from other service providers work too. Please add bank cards top up.

bro literally all the phase to open this app need money. -it’s a must you secure either a physical card or a virtual which cos $8 and above -$4/yr to secure your US account tf? -transition below $100 are different from $100 above rate😭😭 -good side well they have variety of account USD GBP EURO and a lot of African currency -fees on any traction in and out

Deleted card after 3 declined
The virtual card gets blocked real quick. I got the virtual dollar card on February 2026 and after 3 unsuccessful transactions due to insufficient funds, they deactivated the card just like that. Now getting another virtual dollar card this is really annoying. These are my main issues with this app plus how slow it can be sometimes.

With this virtual payment card, you only get one chance to verify your account. If it fails, the $5 you paid goes to waste. There's no second chance. This app is full of tricks and scams.

I’m very disappointed with the app. I’m trying to get my account number to fund this account as you guys are saying, the virtual car will be closed within two days if it’s not funded. I can’t find my account number anywhere and even when I go to top up and initiate a transfer from my bank account when I try to copy the number for the account number there

It’s not worth it
If I could leave zero stars I would. The app isn’t worth it especially if you transact in big amounts. Don’t get this app, I repeat don’t. You have better options with lemonade(LemFi).
Works for Apple Payments
I’ve been using it for a while now for my Apple payment, and it’s been smooth. Although they seem to charge around $0.5 extra fee on around $1 to $2 payments. I’m not sure how this fee is calculated, I guess I’ll get more clarity when I use it for my AWS bills. For now, it works really well.
The application needs improvement
There are many bugs. Clicking on certain areas causes the app to keep loading indefinitely, getting stuck and preventing progress. The only solution is to exit the app and close it from the background.

Transacting is so seamless, and I like that you have a range of cards that cater to different things.

Your rate is ridiculous, and I get debited for every decline transaction you guys must be insane

Worse dollar card app
Y’all are just bunch of criminals, you claim to have the best rate when it comes to dollar, you claim you sell dollar at the rate of 1355 naira per dollar yet you charge 688.97 naira for conversion fee! For real? Conversion fee? Whereas other apps when they tell you the charge per dollar is A it remains A with no extra criminal 688.97 conversion charges, y’all need to stop this, the country is hard enough for all this😡
Physical cards work abroad. Cheaper rates than Chipper, Grey and co
Tried the physical USD card in the UK, USA, CA, and SA, and it worked every time. Even with contactless payments on buses, etc. Also got a physical naira card for my chef to buy ingredients with, so he never has direct access to my bank card, or PIN number. Their FX rates are also consistently cheaper than Chipper, Grey and others. I would highly recommend!

Works in London. Great naira - dollar exchange rates
Love this solution. Got the physical dollar card. Wasn’t sure if it would work in London but it did. I could do contactless payments, use it on the bus and tube etc. Super easy and seamless. And the rates were better than chipper cash, grey and the rest. It’s a no-brainer

Funded the account after onboarding process, got a virtual card and it refuses to view virtual card. I can’t view my card. This is fraud
