I’m 50/50 here
Before the new update it was working so well. Now it keeps dropping out of signal. Frustrated
A true lifesaver app. Wish I knew about it sooner.
This app has been an absolute lifesaver. As someone who loves to travel often, having service on my phone is one of the last things that I want to have to think about. On my last trip to Morocco, I vividly remember how not having good service greatly affect affected my ability to navigate the city, make calls and post on social media. I am so glad to have found this app.
Absolute scam, be careful!
Purchased their 5 day unlimited package. Turns out it was limited to 5GB per day, and then they slow you down to dismal slow speed! Contacted customer service and they had the audacity to gaslight me. Long story short, they did not disclose this would happen, and stated it was under “fair use”. I said what is fair use if you don’t have a disclosure. Horrible customer service which team that can’t tell the difference between GB and mbps! Stay away, plenty of competitors offering you better service!
Worked great but expensive
When I was in Asia, I found that USims was the only eSIM that really gave me the best connection in Malaysia and Indonesia. However, it came at a high price, $15 usd for 1gb. Wish they had an unlimited data package.
Connection issues
My internet didnt work in Qatar despite having bought 5gb of data
Great experience
USIMS was excellent to work with—professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Stole my money
My carrier not compatible and they will not refund me.
Great option for international travel
I love using this app! It’s great and has tons of options for different countries

The worst
The worst app
Nice app
For me, the Internet is very important, and eSIM is very convenient and fast. When I travel to different countries, eSIM always brings convenience to me.
Do not buy
Holafly is much. Better they don’t steal your money like USIMS and Holafly has unlimited data wish I’d know about this before giving USIMS 200$ for 1 week of service seriously save your money and sanity
Good App for Students
Saw USIMS recommended by a creator on TikTok and decided to try it since I was traveling this summer. The free GB promo was a perfect start. I’ve been using it across several countries in Asia and it's been making my life easier and it’s so reliable!
Needs WhatsApp
You need WhatsApp to log in despite initially showing that SMS is fine. A company that makes a Meta account necessary to sign up may sell your data. Avoid.
Super useful for family vacation
Found this app just recently and it’s a life saver for a family trip I just went on abroad — saved me the hassle of researching how to get my actual physical SIM set up!
Do not use
Poor support. Never worked. Seeking refund becomes impossible!
Loved it!
It’s was so convenient to have everything digital and accessible in one place personally. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants affordable and reliable internet on the go; it was quite reliable.
Fraud
They are advertising eSIM with no number and the data does not work and I can say is a strategy to phone bugging
5 Stars
Perfect app! Was able to get work done on my business trip! It was so easy to use and very helpful thanks
RENT A TRAVEL WIFI IN THE AIRPORT INSTEAD
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a data bundle before an international trip and was never able to activate or use it due to an unresolved eSIM issue. Their customer support was practically nonexistent — no phone number, no proper email, just a chatbot that provided no real help. After returning from my trip, I finally tracked down an email address to contact them, only to be met with a dismissive and unhelpful response that blamed me for not reaching out sooner — despite their own lack of accessible support or clear instructions. Important details like the 10-day expiration were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I never received the service I paid for, and yet they refused a refund. If this is how they treat customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.
