Game-changer for travelers!
RedTea eSIM completely saved my last trip. Set it up at my gate in under two minutes, and had instant, rock-solid coverage the second the plane landed. No overpriced roaming fees, no tiny airport SIM cards to lose, and super easy to top up. Absolutely essential if you travel! 🙌
DO NOT PREPAID
NO REFUND.NOT WORK！

Only good for a few days
This app is good but randomly it will not work and it’s not helpful. It happened to my husband first and said SOS and then he loaded more money even though he still had enough data. Now it happened to me for two days despite paying more money. It’s showing SOS. Then an “E” sign is showing up. Wasn’t very helpful and had no access to family for 2 days. I recommend using another app.

China data plans throttled and slow
Recently bought data plan for China. Works for 15 minutes and is then throttled. Hardy worth the money.
Awesome
Very good service that works with all the streaming apps as well
Only LTE in Japan
The active network is IIJ which only provides LTE services, very slow
Good internet connection. Would give 5 star but there are minor issues
So I brought and used RedteaGO data plan when I was in China. Good internet connection so I’m happy there. What I didn’t like was that I had issue with payment. But that was a minor issue at the time. I resolved it. Another issue was that I got a small cheap data plan first to test and use. Since service was good, I brought a bigger package. The problem is that when I brought bigger data plan and named it, I wanted to finish the old one first. But RedteaGO swap the naming. So I been using the new plan. This is a minor issue but it was still a hassle. So overall, I like the internet connection/service from this company but there are small minor issues here and there. So I took a star. 4 out of 5 star.

Great App
Genuinely the best app I’ve tired with the best prices but also sometimes the eSIM wouldn’t work and you’ll have to go to customer service for it but otherwise great app
Bad
I purchased a 30 day data plan and still had over 2 GB and 16 days left and the eSIM card stopped working.
It works
Used it couple of times, it worked without any issues.

Extremely Helpful
My main phone service recently went out b/cs I had to pay other bills 1st & I ended up being short on my payment. I move around quite a lot for my job, so service is extremely needed but luckily I found this app and it’s perfect! I was going to switch back to my original service carrier but I might just stick to this app/carrier if the benefits are truly worth it like the company says. I will update my review once my current plan is up.
Discounts available, good service
Using it for my Europe summer trip. I used code YZQM0001 when I signed up and got $6 credit as well which I used to purchase my plan.
Best prices in eSIMs
Best prices for data I have found for eSIMs in most countries I’ve been to, and I travel a lot. Their support is also very fast. Great company.
Didn’t work
Despite multiple emails to customer service, they could not get it to work and refused to issue a refund.
Good service
Service is fine, worked when I needed it to. Got $4 bonus using code 6MQG0001.
