It works!
Reliable. Used for a few months while traveling. Simple to setup. Billing was easy to handle
Not trust this service
Cannot down load the App on Some iPhones. Does work and No refund.
Good service in Europe
First off, the prices are reasonable and so is the coverage and service. We used this in Romania and Greece and often had great 5G speeds when available. One thing that bothered me was there was a 500MB trial which I signed up for and I also paid for 10GB of data. Somehow I did not get the 500MB and when I reached out to support they basically brushed me off in a too bad, so sad kind of way. Would have been 5 stars if their support would just have added that for us. Other than that, it’s a great ESIM service with affordable pricing.
Huge disappointment
Landed in Germany...impossible to connect , i did everything what i could still no chance. Unfortunately i can NOT recommend this esim to no one. Yes I got some support i got it work but i would rather to pay more and have data + everything else available to me . Otherwise it is a waste of my money. Service is limited
Great travel companion
I would like the unused data be still used on my next journey

Customer service is awful do not use it
I have been using Airola for a while and did not have an issue I only had once and couldn’t install esim and they refunded easily my money. This Esimio gave deal so I said give it a try and tried and got my lesson do not use it . I bought japan package but they have default pay as you go package and japan package needs ti install differently. I never signed up for pay as you this is the catch. You cannot pay directly by credit care you need to buy credit from them that is how you get discount. So they used pay as you go first and stop my service and I contacted them they said h Japan package I installed differently and I installed and used and asked them to refund which they charged pay as you go they said it os what it is and DO NOT Refund my money I lost around $9 on top of $40 japan esim cost. They are scam do not try this company go for Airalo they are best. Sent from my iPhone

Rezension
Thanks.
Verry good.👌💕
Does not work
I bought a 5 day unlimited data sim and it quit giving me data in the second day.
Shared sim plan help
The staff were brilliant at helping me sort out shared sim as it turns out I can share it with my wife on holiday but it means I can’t use it myself🤷♂️🙈
Usage
Terrible connection in Ireland. Tried contacting customer service and they were no help
New User Promo Disappeared Before I Could Purchase
I subscribed as a new user and topped up my balance, but I didn’t purchase a plan immediately because my vacation lasts 7 days and I wanted to make sure I would have full coverage. The next day, when I tried to buy the promotional plan, it was no longer available and the system said it was for new users only. I have never purchased any other plan, so I am still a new user. I also sent a message to support, but there has been complete radio silence.
Best
So cool
Scam
I tried to top up $5 and it rejected the Apple Pay However my card was charged 3 times!! Customer support is also a joke, they are saying that I purchased Canada plan which I never did
Slow
Very slow speed
Amazing
Great price, great value, great refund
Sell and forgot your customer
No post sale customer service. WhatsApp chat is a joke :-)
promised lies and traps
I registered initially and even though I didn't purchase any packages, $0.88 was charged to my credit card.
Scam
Just an awful service, the price is too good to be true, got two 5GB packages to Egypt I’ve been switching between my data and hotel WiFi, used a lot of maps and understand it drained my gb but, today bought an additional 3GB and as soon as I turned on my data I just have 800mb left! Is crazy and almost impossible, not background activities, just plane mode. SCAM

Great service
Fast and reliable data networks.
No data without wifi!
I purchased a 3gb data plan for france. Activated my e-sim, enabled data roaming, turned off my phone’s own e-sim (US number) but i cannot access internet unless i find wifi connection. Without wifi, e-sim io app tells me i have no internet connection. With wifi, the app tells me all is fine. I have been chatting with their whatsapp support, but they tell me that i can use my data. At the airport with wifi all was fine, until i got on shuttle. From that moment on i don’t have any internet connection. So far i am extremely u happy with the service.
