Recent update overrides Carplay media
That means job pings now will pause your media, music, Spotify - even when your phone is on silent mode and Tada app notifications disabled. Basically same as Gojek. Thumbs down x5 until this is fixed, please
Tolls
Would the tolls come out of the Customer pockets or Driver pockets? If we have to pay the tolls, it’s not worth it.

Bad policy about uniform
Nền tảng chạy xe mới mà nhân viên chỉ làm việc giờ hành chính từ T2-T6, không cấp phát đồng phục khung giờ khác, cũng như không hỗ trợ gửi đồng phục cho tài xế thì Tada đang tự giới hạn số lượng tài xế mới gia nhập chạy xe cho nền tảng thôi. Tài xề bắt buộc phải nạp tiền trước cho Tada và đến văn phòng Tada để nhận trực tiếp đồng phục trong giờ hành chính. Tada hoạt động như thế này thì không thể phát triển nhanh, không thể mở rộng với tốc độ cao và đồng nghĩa nhân viên Tada sẽ có mức thu nhập như hiện tại trong một thời gian dài. Nền tảng có cách thức vận hành hơi kém. With its new ride-hailing platform, where its employees only work office hours from Monday to Friday, and without providing uniforms or supporting the delivery of uniforms to drivers for other hours, Tada is essentially limiting the number of new drivers who can join the platform. Drivers are required to deposit money with Tada in advance and pick up their uniforms directly at the Tada office during business hours. Apple CarPlay bug
Ever since their update in June 2026, everytime a ping for a ride request happens, it will pause all music playing on Apple CarPlay. This has been very irritating and 2 months on it's still not fixed! Provide an option to turn off the sounds at the very least. Sticking to other ride hailing apps til this gets fixed.

Issue with start ride
When I came to pick up location app didn’t let me start the ride. After 10 min I decided restart the app then it shows arrived button then start button. Also before the ride if you can show till will added after the ride will be helpful . Otherwise driver will get confused will you add toll after the ride or this is full amount of fare. Thank you

I drive and listen to music on my car. However since the new patch, the newly popped up trips now plays an alert that instantly pauses my music. Let us turn it off
No improvement
When u click accept on a job but it disappear immediately and give you other job. And you get penalised if u couldn’t take that job. App had never improved since day one…
Too many unnecessary notifications and cannot go offline during request surge
Please do introduce a function to turn off unnecessary notifications that are not related to incoming jobs, such as daily "Your Pledge Awaits", or peak timing reminders etc. It is annoying to have these pop up every single day multiple times, clogging up one's phone. Also, intriduce a UI option to go offline that is permanently pinned, and incoming calls during high volume period can be shut off, and not pinging nonstop with no way to go offline.
Job selection
It will be good if Tada app allow us to select vehicle selection job. Ie can choose whether to accept job for 6 seater etc like other platform has.
The platform is good but need to upgrade
When job came in atlist gave twenty second to freeze so the driver can decide, do take note and upgrade the app..and i guess u all should employ good IT

I can’t off the notifications sounds and tada force drivers to hear it. Disrupting my music. Always pausing for the notification sounds. Lame. Stupid app
Stop sending so much repeat notifications
It’s very annoying when you send the users repeat notifications, no any new notifies just same and same. Please stop sending users your notifications in the early morning, it’s time for some users are sleeping.
Some problems
During the job when he using a GPS, usually when you get a new job we will flip over but it’s not flipping over now. we need press the icon every time you need to take the job and click the icon to see the next job. so troublesome.
Sound Notification
When connected to apple carplay the sound notification is muted and often missed incoming jobs. Had disable “do not disturb” in iphone setting but to no avail. This issue is a welcome resolve.
Improvement suggestions
1) Disregard cancellation fee for drivers & apply the same cancellation application grace quota buffer just like the rider for some sound good reasons. 2) auto-accept job should ideally set at settings instead at the front portal interface page. 3) pls do not random auto-accept/ assign a job when drivers are unaware of incoming flash job though the platform is at ON mode else cancellation fee applies if auto-flash job left unattended and unknowledged-Unfair for the drivers. Drivers maybe consuming his/her lunch though the platform is at ON mode channel. Drivers are not machines.
App just got worst for iPhone with latest update
Now the job matching rate is worse, waiting game. Now a banner appear together with the job details, cannot see the fares and distance

Can’t complete trip
While need to click on proceed , was unable to . Keep asking me to acknowledge of ERP charger , but there is no tick box for me to click on acknowledging. Now my driver apps have problem.

I had very bad experience with tada when having to update vehicle because of breakdown or accident. I’ve encountered 3 times, tada took 3 to 4 days to update the change. Because they needed picture perfect for your documents, car decal and picture of car! And now worst of all, they hold your money saying because of CPF or medisave contribution even though you’ve not opted for CPF contributions since I’m above 60s. Been driving with them for few years. Now deciding to stop because of all this hassle while other platform don’t have such problems.

The apps us down since after my first trip causing not able to meet today incentive Till now, only able to auto accept one order as there no notifications receive or when there sound, no content show Pls do something on the apps ASAP as affecting to accept orders
Revamp/update app
Hi,im new to driving for Tada and there is an issue with the app. A couple of times the app freezes and i cant swipe to drop off.I need to exit the app and switch on again before it goes to payment collection page. Also may i suggest to input a ride cancellation button as well?For trips that already started but pax wants to cancel. I had to swipe drop off as there was no ride cancellation option after i pick up/start ride which i incurred the deduction for a platform fee even when no payment was made. The Tada support team takes awhile to get back to drivers for any issues which is too late by then. So i guess for now i shall stop driving for Tada till these few issues are settled.
Got sabotage a few times after updated.
After updating the app. Passenger keep pressing the wrong pick up point or GPS pin wrong location. Example 1 - Sunview road, the GPS pin Toh guan road easy. Example 2 - woodlands medical centre. Was actually picking up at health hub.
Notification sound suddenly muted.
It happens several times before. I am now trying to delete the app and reinstall. Hopefully it works. I’m using an IOS.

Consistent problem with app and not addressed - sound with no job card - job card flashed but no sound. - onerous job completion processes.
Location not updated
Unable to switch between GPS app using the Dynamic Island button on IOS. Used to be able to until latest update. Riders unable to see driver’s location as well when Tada app is running in the background.

Absolutely Terrible
Went down to TADA office today to register as I wanted to avoid any issues. The CSO who did my application then told me it would be approved after an hour. After close to 2 hours, I called and waited 10mins for the CSO to answer, who then inform me the CSO at the TADA office had not inputted my back license photo so my application was not even submitted. How on earth does TADA even do their jobs? Wasted my whole afternoon, and potential earnings. Terrible!
No notifications sound when jobs appear
Always faccing no notifications sound when jobs come in and also got notifications sound but jobs detail never appear on the screen,realize that also update on apps is also not frequently available
App turns itself on and pushes job
Have turned the app off to stop receiving jobs only to find itself turned on on its own in the background. Can dev please look into this because it kind of disrupt my rest.
