Poor app
Already logged in but navigating to another page reverts back to a login page, which then fails. Impossible to actually use the app properly.

Hasn’t worked on my iPhone 10 since the new update,won’t even open the app.
Awesome app
This is a really great app for managing money with visibility of everything linked to my employer, helpful for understanding what I could be better at and knowing what I can access if I need it!

Can’t log in what so ever terrible. No problem taking there payments though is there
Not sure as haven’t been able to use properly think the app is broken
I think it needs updating as I use it for advance through my work & it flashes up for a second when I log in then it just shows articles I can read & I have to log in every time I go off the app it fully kicks me off it
What an upgrade!
Amazing upgrade, everything is in one place and there are so many new options that weren’t available before. Using Advance is much easier and so quick! ⭐️
Such a poor interface
This app, in my experience, acts like click-bait. All I wanted to do was view the payments I had made & see the payment plan going forward, but there is no way to access that. I don’t see the point in the app at all.
Life saver
It really helps me to be able to advance my salary each month. It’s very quick and easy through the app and money is in my account in minutes. I also like all the articles about how to help me manage my money!

Repaid previous loan but just consistently refused a new one despite my employer shoving this awful service down our throats as a “benefit”

It just doesn’t allow you to go further to register. The company is great but the app is pathetic!

The app is easy to navigate but pages do not load properly. It is frustrating to use. The product and service is good.

Don’t really see the point in this app. I thought you’d be able to manage and view your loans here, but the links just take you to the website to do it. Pretty pointless and will be deleting.

The app I’m sure would be great if you could actually log in! It tells me my sign in details are incorrect, they’re 100% correct. It’s useless
