Hope you liked all the functionality in the trial! If you want to keep it the price is a joke! AND the app pretty much sucks. Changing a charge schedule does nothing other than cycling through the face id 10 times. Please fix the app so it functions.
Constructive critic
The app was perfect but a few weeks ago they took away some functions and I cannot open or close the car from the app and can't see the location. Before the app had all those functions and it was perfect. Please review the function to see if it can be restored
Digital Glovebox broken
Can’t see owners manual or anything else in the digital glovebox section. When I select any option, in that section, it will lead to generic video tutorials. Please fix.

I had a Hyundai Tucson before which is an inferior car but the app was way better and offered more remote functions.
Service and Maintenance History
Overall the Jeep app is very useful and stable. I use the Info and Health pages often. I just wish the Service and Maintenance History page would show ALL my service records! The MOPAR website dashboard does show all my maintenance- including the recent 21D recall)
$15 for what ford gave me for free
App works most of the time, but it doesn’t really do anything more than my ford app does, which is free compared to $15/month for this
“All Trips” Feature
I like the All Trips feature they added recently, where you can see details on recent trips, including the route traveled, distance, fuel used, driving mode during trip, and more. Unfortunately, it’s messed up, because as you scroll back more than a couple days it just begins to repeat days! Is anyone testing?

I have thoroughly enjoyed this app and my truck. The app makes certain functions so much more convenient!
It takes forever
The app takes forever to apply the request. As for the Internet on the vehicle, it has never worked. AT&T says it’s the jeep‘s fault and jeep says it’s AT&T. Don’t get me wrong. It does work but just takes a very long time.

Not consistent
Not consistent with sending address via Nav to car with the Send N Go, it doesn’t allways work. Face ID doesn’t stay on and has to be reenabled repeatedly. Sometimes remote start fails. Loading of the app is slow.

I have tried several times to connect to no avail. This app is worthless. All it does is take up space and power on my phone.

Trying to get my wi fi to work inside my truck it’s very annoying worked the first week then it’s stopped and hasn’t started back since
Almost useless
Not friendly. Recall checkbox use 30% of screen, even if the recall has been completed. Electric and gas information are never correct: or gas is not shown, or the overall mileage is combined with electric, showing empty gas… Lock/unlock buttons are not showing the status if the Jeep is locked or not. Schedule off charge on main screen… useless. Occasional so put it in the drop down menu. I paid for one month… app is not better. Just remore start is available. And not showing of the Jeep is started or not…
Works for the most part
I have been able to set Speed Limit Alerts and Boundary Alerts just fine, unfortunately I have never ever been able to get this to Lock and Unlock my Jeep. It says it’s locked or unlocked successfully in the app, but nothing happens on the Jeep. Have had this into the dealership numerous times and nobody can figure it out.

Not going to renew
There’s really no benefit. Better off using cellular service than the wi-fi. I mainly got it for the WiFi so my kid didn’t have to connect to my cell but more times than not the WiFi doesn’t have a strong enough signal. I’m also consistently getting kicked out of the app and for some reason it never has the right password. I’ve reset it a few times and it will work for a little while but then goes back to not recognizing my password. I’ve been extremely frustrated with this app and the lack of support. I tried to email the app developer and I got sent to a Chrysler website that wants me to sign in or shop. My last resort for help is that someone from Jeep Connect see this review. Save your money, this app isn’t worth its non-convenience!
Gladiator
I really like the app. One thing I wish it did different was actively show if the vehicle was on or not when you auto start from the app. Same with the showing whether it was locked or unlocked. Instead of you the button show it’s active status. That would make the app perfect.
Glitchy app
This app needs refining, face ID constantly needs to be activated, no visual timer on the remote start, you arrange the icons to your preference to find them reset.

Locking Doesn’t Work
The remote start typically works, but I can never lock or unlock my vehicle with the app. It continuously tells me that something went wrong. It’s super frustrating.
App could communicate better with Jeep
Sometimes it takes forever for the app to find the Jeep to remote lock it. I like that I can find location of my Jeep and have valet alerts.

It could have been nice if you can remote start it numerous time or even unlimited, and you can choose how much time will the engine runs on the app. and to top it all the response time on the app should be quicker, it is too slow.

This app is very slow and frustrating. Functions for paid subscribers are hard to locate and use. Not intuitive. The ad is cluttered with up sells and promotions. The the app is very slow. The user interface could use a total redesign. It takes several clicks to get to any useful function. Much of the time a red box appears and indicates that connection or function failed. Overall, for what this app cost on a monthly subscription and for the size of a company like JEEP, you would think that they could do a better job.
Suggestions
I love the app for what it’s worth In case I lock my keys inside I can easily access them thanks to the app hot or cold days the app controls the temperature but a few things I think would help is a more accurate navigation system as to the location of your vehicle if someone else is driving and quicker access to lock and unlock the vehicle. It’s takes quite a while buffering before access is expected
Notice
Wish I would able to get a notice if I leave the jeep and forget to shut the car down so or tell if the jeep is left running.
Super functional and Helpful
I absolutely love the Jeep app it is so user friendly and well laid out I love that I can check on things like oil changes and system statuses at anytime as well as lock and unlock my Jeep from my phone with ease
Digital Glove Box Not Working
The Digital Glove Box hasn’t worked in weeks. Supposed to get the owner’s manual and other features but only gives you Watch and Learn videos no matter what you choose. Don’t rely on this app for anything!
It’s great but…
It’s a great app! But it runs pretty slow sometimes and the notifications don’t really pop up in the notification sections.
Fix Face ID
Through several versions of this app Face ID will randomly turn off. I go to use a feature that requires Face ID and it will ask for my passcode instead. I have to go back into settings and turn Face ID back on. This is ridiculous for an app that has been out as long as this one. Please address this.

Nothing really works
And what does work, just barely does. Slow/laggy, just genuinely confoundingly poorly put together. It feels like a bad beta, at best.
Decent app but some bugs and improvements
App is basic but does what is needed. There is a bug where the notification icon along the top often disappears so cannot see notifications and history, sometimes closing and reopen will show it again. Some other improvements would be to show the current lock status, locked or unlocked. Ideally would have same option for windows, pano-roof and rear hatch, alert if any left open/ajar, and close if applicable. Can’t auto close an open door, but ajar alert would be nice, and can likely have options to close hatch, pano-roof and windows…
More features would be nice
It would be nice to see more features on the app like lock/unlock status, maybe a remote start feature with preset climate settings, and location of vehicle.

I love it cause it’s easy to start up with the app instead of looking for my keys right away or digging in my purse for my keys to start
Latest version - more problems.
Where’s the map to show vehicle location? Map doesn’t even appear in latest version. Jeep customer service says they hear about it all the time and there’s nothing they can do. Uconnect/SiriusXM Guardian says to contact Jeep. Brand new 2026, it’s not subscription related.
ALMOST PERFECT…..
Awesome app….. but I need to easily be able to see if my jeep is currently running. Sometimes there is a delay in starting etc and I need to be able to come back and see easily if it’s running or has shut off. Otherwise awesome app!!

Needs more detail. Not take to dealer on everything. Updates on location etc are very slow.
