Review
Mariner app was good ExCEPT for all the updates u have to do to your phone. I literally have upgraded app 3 times in July. Makes no sense to do that this much & im about to delete it so i can just mail payment in
Working for 4 months at a time
Every couple of months, it goes from working great to not allowing you to sign in. Reload and password change. All this, when you just want to make a payment. When it works, all great, face ID, one click payment.

Unable to login
The app is always down. Infrequently allows you to login to your account. Especially after updates.
Easy to use
So far since I’ve had it. It is easy
I work nights
I do my best to make my payments on time or set them to the dates that I get paid to make the monthly payment back. What I don’t appreciate is that I can’t make this payment through the application without talking to someone at the branch. This app is useless to me if I cannot just give you the money I owe you as soon as I have it. As I am not awake during their hours of operation.
It okay
There are a couple things I don’t like and wish they would add. When making a payment on a loan have an option to pay the loan in full. And also add a decimal to the keypad that pops up so we can pay the change and not just a full dollar amount. It’s just a very basic app but it’s missing some features in my opinion.

Tried to make a payment yesterday but the system wouldn’t accept (?) it…. Not sure why because it worked perfectly today!
Recent app update
I’m not sure what happened but after this most recent update (3/12/26) when I go to open the app it opens then a few seconds later it automatically closes it!! Any feedback is appreciated and up till this update the app has worked fine

Bad App
The app won’t let me log in half the time, saying it doesn’t recognize my credentials.. which is faceid.. and the next day it’ll work just fine. Super annoying.

Candice made our loan process very easy in and out. Would recommend her to family and friends if you’re interested in getting a loan. Very straightforward process.
Hardly works
Logging in is spotty at best. Usually have to log in on their webpage instead of their inadequate app.
Too many updates
Having an updated app is a great thing, but having to update it every time I use the app can be bothersome when all I want to do is take care of my business at hand. Other than that the app is great!

This company has really helped us out a lot. I just wish you were able to apply for a loan through the app or at least the website. It would be easier than going to the office, especially for those who can’t make it to the office to apply.

Update renders app unusable
Today I opened the app and it gave a notification requiring update before use; so I installed the update and tried to reopen the app… Nope. It starts to load and then crashes & disappears. I’ve tried repeatedly, and restarted my phone as well, to no avail. I guess I’ll just delete the app and depend on the browser after all.
