It’s a bit of a faff but it is helping me keep on track managing my diet/exercise and diabetes. Logging my meals is a bit of a pain but I’ll stick with it as I am losing the weight
Poor customer service
As a severely sight impaired person I found the app difficult to navigate. Therefore I didn’t use it. I got no pre notification that they were going to take money from my bank. When I contacted customer service they replied, asking for more information some I could provide, but because I couldn’t provide invoice ID they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to phone my bank to block further payments. I would avoid dealing with these people.

SCAM!! I never used this app. I cancelled the subscription and they refused to refund even though I never opened the app, which they can tell. They survive on people forgetting about this subscription only. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS.

Nearly complete features
I like the suggested menus and the grocery lists and the recipes. I do not like that when I substitute an ingredient my only option is to delete it. I can’t revise it or add another ingredient. For instance if I use standard pasta and not “whole grain” I can’t tell the when I log my meals. That’s not helpful.
Inaccurate Calorie Logging
Users beware - I tried to switch to this app after using Cronometer and found that their calorie tracking is wildly inaccurate. If you don’t know Cronometer it’s one of the most accurate apps (like myfitnesspal). MyBody told me that 250mLs of whole milk was 375kcal… Cronometer said the same amount was 150kcal… that’s over 200kcal difference! And a small meals difference at that. Just wanted to warn others before they go in and end up under eating while this app is telling you you’re at your limit for the day!
Hard to use
I tried a 2 month subscription because it was cheaper than the other app I had been using with the paid subscription. Logging your own food is painful! It appears you are collecting information from users which makes items hard to search.

Unhappy customer
I accidentally purchased this app back in Jan and had thought I canceled in time but missed the deadline. They charged me $99 and then tried to charge me additional $29 four times thankfully the credit card company caught it and declined these additional charges. I contacted customer support which got back to me just saying sorry we can’t do anything. So if you choose to fall for the scam like I did and sign up for trial be aware the app is difficult to use and there is NO customer support.
Great option to support healthy eating
This app is really keeping me on track and helping me see the value of what I put into my mouth. When you focus on health first everything else like weight loss and increased energy simply fall into line.
Not User Friendly
I got this because it was advertised as being geared toward PCOS and it was more affordable than most other options. I was really optimistic, but this is probably my least favorite calorie tracker I’ve used. I think there’s a lot of potential and I enjoy the workouts and articles, but the actual process of logging food is SO difficult. The database is really small and if you want to add a custom food, you have to enter the macros and then save it as a meal in order to be able to use it again. If you don’t save the individual food as a meal, you will have to reenter all of the information. While this could be a great app down the line with more work, I’m regretting my six month subscription at this point in time.
Has potential to better
I struggled between 3 and 4 stars on this because there is a lot of good but then also so many areas to make it better. Pros 1. First health and meal app that actually tailored to my dietary restrictions and does not offer suggestions for food I cannot eat. Number one pro. 2. Suggested recipes are easy to follow with no weird ingredients. 3. Good variety of food 4. Mostly easy to use 5. Can build your own meals 6. Can swap meal suggestions fairly easy Cons- these are what brought me down to a 3 1. Awkward interface to search meals. Only way to do it is to act as though you are logging a food. No general search for meals to plan. 2. Cannot swap a suggested meal with a saved meal. You have to skip the suggestion and then go and find your saved meal. Extra steps are annoying. 3. Hard to plan with others in mind if they do not share your same food preferences. Searches are locked only to your own needs. REALLY annoying 4. No place to add body measurements for tracking. They do provide a notes option but that is by day and not on a dashboard or anything 5. Cannot share recipes or created meals. If you are doing this with someone they need to add all ingredients and spend time. Would be easier if we could just share quickly. Hoping that the developers continue to make improvements because there are many things that would make the experience more enjoyable

DON’T SIGN UP WITH THIS APP!
If I could I would give zero stars!!! After the first 6 months I did not find this app anymore useful than a free version of an app that can help you with your weight loss journey. This app is not worth your money. After 6 months I did not find it useful and forgot I had the app as I moved on to a free version of the same type of app. I forgot to cancel and asked the company if I can be issued a refund. They did not refund me my $142.00 back. According to their policy they do not return your money. I have had other apps kindly refund my money before but this company is just money hungry. Do yourself a favor and don’t support this company!
Lower blood sugar
Interesting recipes. I would like to see grains included such as buns or bread with the meals. I don’t have protein powder and would prefer to eat the protein. A diabetic friendly dessert would be great every once in awhile

Both the AI and Other food options are very limited- and add too much time for accurate logging.
Meal plan is terrible
The meal plan is ridiculous, very poorly planned, very limited and poorly chosen ingredients. i.e.: 4 pieces of bread in one day, measurements are not conventionally noted or clear i.e.: 4 Tbspn of dry rice. Is that before it’s cooked or after? If before, how does one cook 4 Tbspn of rice?? If after, and you have to cook at least a 1/2 c of rice, if following the plan, the test is wasted since it’s not used in subsequent meals. Very annoying and sub-standard meal plan.

Couldn’t download app for 2 days it kept freezing when I tried to register so got frustrated and forgot about it Only to get £33 taken out of my account a week later so word of warning DONT FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION after your 7 day trial because they WONT refund you even though I couldn’t physically get on app to cancel until it was too late then suprisingly enough the app was fine after they took my money Managed to cancel subscription in the end

While the App seemed good, it wasn’t suitable for me. I’d had troubles cancelling the subscriptions and escalated through Customer Service. The first person that responded, while informative, was not helpful. But the person it was escalated to was very responsive and helpful. Be sure to screenshot any tech/App issues, as it was difficult to resolve the issues without these.

I never authorized this plan & never opened the app use- only downloaded to take a look. When I contacted them last month regarding unauthorized charge, the said the would cancel. Today I received another charge to my bank account. Unacceptable!!!

I feel like a fool
I subscribed but it didn’t suit my needs so I went to my subscriptions on my iPhone to cancel. Klinio was not listed so I was surprised when my CC was debited again 3 months later. I raised the issue the same day but Klinio said “bad luck” very disappointed
Frustrated after 1st use
App looks like it could be good but too many bugs and only been using for 30 mins. 1. Tried to update specific foods I don’t eat but when you navigate to that page I get a blank screen then the app crashes. 2. Swapped out meals with ingredients I don’t like and the downloadable meal plan and grocery list do not update. 3. Started a chat with customer service and it disappeared. 2nd chat I was asked to provide screenshots but chat history disappeared again. So had to start a 3rd chat. That too has disappeared. How do I cancel and get my money back?

I would not recommend getting this app. I have been trying to cancel for months and am still being charged. I warn others to avoid this app.
Confusing linkages
For some reason, I cannot see the link between a printed out meal plan and what is showing on the app. This is especially true when swapping out recipes. Otherwise, most of the suggestions are good. Would like to see a way to avoid suggestions with certain foods, I.e. salmon ( or any fish but tuna), avocado, and cilantro.
Great design, lousy support
I’ve used the app for almost a year. I love the meal plans and the shopping list, although I often don’t find the meal that I shopped for in my current plan. The rest is a little bit clunky, I’ve had to reconnect my device a few times which took several tries each time and I was coming up to renewing my subscription but after the past month I don’t plan to renew. The app stopped syncing my BSL data correctly, adding the wrong time (always) and the wrong date (sometimes). I deleted and reinstalled the app, didn’t fix it. I reset the app, didn’t fix it but I then had to reinstall all my settings. Then I requested support. It took a few days to be told they couldn’t fix it. They didn’t ask for my os or other specs, just sorry, bad luck. So, as I don’t plan on editing my data every meal I won’t be renewing my subscription.
Needs some fixing
Good app generally but I can’t delete or update meals sometimes, especially if I accidentally double log something. I keep getting a timeout error. Also issues with things like milk - it asks for grams instead of ml or cups etc. need to offer more consistent measurements Also when trying to save a meal with a picture it won’t allow it most of the time. Either a timeout issue or some other glitch. I paid for the 3 month subscription so I hope you can sort these problems out asap. Otherwise I won’t be able to renew.
Own Your Health
The app is amazing but self accountability is key. Logging food intake along with honesty and transparency will lead the way to a better me. I choose to stay on a path of better health and MyBody and Cardio Health are the perfect tool.
Useless, don’t waste your money
I would give this a negative number if I could. I’m beyond irritated with this app. I bought the six month plan only to discover that it doesn’t let you put in your med, in my case Ozempic, doesn’t let you put in both your before and after glucose numbers, doesn’t connect with your sensor, in my case he Freestyle Libre 2, and the meal planner is useless. You can choose one meal per day and then the others are chosen for you. They charged me for some supplements which I didn’t order and then when I asked for a refund, they said sorry that’s against our policy. I was really excited about this app, but it turned out to be nothing but a scam and a money grab. I have gone to my bank to try to get a refund at this point. These kinds of predatory apps should be outlawed. Stop preying on people with health issues, sho are desperate for some help and are already short of funds. Please don’t waste your money on this app.

I signed up to this app only to find -oh the exercise component is an ‘add on’ with an extra charge! Lots of add ons all at additional cost. 🤔
Recipes aren’t flexible enough
If you have no food intolerances or allergies and eat meat this app is probably going to be really helpful. However, I’m really struggling with the recipes. I’m coeliac, lactose intolerant, don’t like tofu and mainly vegetarian but will sometimes add a seafood dish. I’ve tried all the different settings but the same recipes are offered every time. I can’t change to add a seafood recipe as it’s either vegetarian, vegan or meat eater. I’m also in Australia and our oats are not considered appropriate for coeliac, yet a third of my recommended recipes have oats. There’s no way to remove them from the recommendations. I’m very disappointed as I purchased three months based on the advertising I saw and expected a lot more flexibility for recipe options that met my health needs as a diabetic.
The key!
This app is amazing. Easy to use and motivating. The only thing I don’t love about this app is that net carbs are not counted.
Deleting your account won’t cancel your subscription
I deleted my account shortly after I subscribed because it wasn’t something I would use. I was still charged twice in the months afterwards… it took me a couple months to notice those charges but the company states they couldn’t find my account (obvi- I deleted) (they had stated deleting the account would automatically cancel the subscription) so they wouldn’t refund me. Never even used the service and wound up paying for it. Bad business.
Great app - loads of recipes to choose from
Has really helped to invigorate my diet and guide me on how much to eat. The only is that I wish there was an option to add Specific ingredients to your own meal (like some weight loss apps), so that it tracks your intake/nutrition. For instances when you are unable to eat one of the prescribed recipes.
Not too pleased to date!
There was nowhere to input that I don’t eat seafood/fish and trying to substitute my own meals is laughable. Not much guidance, other than telling me several times a day to check my blood sugar which I don’t do, I would run out of testing strips if I did it so often. The pink stuff they sent me to drink came with no instructions, it is just plain awful! I should have spent my money on Noom!
