Executive Travel Services
The App makes booking a breeze. It’s convenient and reliable. I highly recommend Transfeero!
Disappointing experience
Trash app. Logs you out every single day. Doesn’t send any sort of reservation confirmation if you use Apple ID. Rude drivers and terrible customer service
Booking
Only complaint is app was unable to locate my arriving flight so a bit anxious about arrival
transfer expansive
for Rome, the double of the regular cost .
Bait and switch
Booked a high end sedan, they sent a large passenger van. Terrible ride experience. May as well just use Uber.
Great app
We’ve scheduled rids in Iceland and Italy. My husband loves that they ask if you’d like a talkative or quiet driver and that they ask if you’d like the car warm or cool. The driver lets you know they have arrived and tell you where to meet them. They drop you off at the door and it is all so easy!
DO NOT USE
Driver showed up with a massive cooler in his vehicle, and wouldn’t remove it so we could put our bags. He drove off without cancelling the ride. The company wouldn’t refund. Horrible experience.
Convenient and Reliable
Transfeero provides very convenient and reliable service. Easy to book, well-maintained cars, good drivers.
Be ware
I booked the Mercedes car pick up. And they came with a Toyota. They will advertise with the Mercedes car picture and not give what you paid. The process was fine. They were there on time and got me to where I needed but I don’t like being false advertised to. I would have just got an Uber. (Dubai)
Another quality experience
Excellent service, driver and vehicle
Easy to Use
Great service. Affordable and easy to use.
Driver was smoking. Transfeero uses cheap cars and unprofessional drivers.
Driver was smoking. Transfeero uses cheap cars and unprofessional drivers. I reported this to them and they took 4 days to investigate and offered 10% off my next trip. They are also 3 times more expensive than booking.com or uber. Avoid.
Process
Keep getting dates screwed up with set up u have
Unable to access App
I have been unable to access the app lately although I have had it for years. Can I request for support please?

Easy booking process
Avoid this service. Staging a “service delivery” to pocket €688. Absolute bad faith.
As extensive travelers who have booked hundreds of flights and transfers worldwide, we have never encountered customer support this deceitful. We paid €688.69 for an airport transfer from Swiss Holiday Park to Zurich. Due to a booking flow or honest date error, one of our transfers ended up scheduled for June 27 instead of June 26. We caught an alternative taxi and immediately contacted both the assigned driver and Transferero support to inform them of the mistake. This was done 23 hours before the incorrect pickup time. The driver explicitly replied "OK" on WhatsApp, acknowledging the situation, and support confirmed the case was sent for review. After that, support completely ignored my follow-up messages. Instead of acting like a reputable business, they chose to play a cheap game: this morning (June 27), I received a notification claiming the driver had "arrived and waited"—despite them knowing an entire day in advance that no one would be there. Staging a driver’s arrival just to technically cover yourselves and hide behind a strict 24-hour policy to pocket nearly €700 is unacceptable. Major platforms like Booking.com understand basic customer care and human errors; Transferero prefers quick cash over long-term integrity. If you don't want to risk losing hundreds of euros over an honest mistake while a company simulates providing a service, avoid Transferero at all costs.
Transfeero
Easy to book. Now awaiting date to see how it goes
Payment page isn’t loading
App is pretty easy to use except the payment page isn’t currently loading to allow me to pay for my booking
Very Easy and reasonable fees
Great app that I just found. Easy to use, sign up and fees are reasonable.

Excellent service
I’ve used them in Italy, Spain, and now in Ensenada Mexico, as a stop off on a cruise. Great drivers and vehicles and very, very helpful!!!
Help not working
When I tried to get help through the app, I kept getting “something gone wrong” message. It said to reload and it posted the same screen/message.
Easy to schedule
Enjoying this economic service so far!
Unreliable
If you downloaded the app on a recommendation - delete it immediately. Have hired cars before and the absolute worst experience. Knowing the immigration delays in Europe requested pickup for 1 hr after landing. They updated time to flight landing time and the driver started trying to shake me down for more money. The worst part - we booked to have a booster seat and it was “unavailable since we took over an hour to clear immigration”. Run away if you value a stress free experience with your family
So far so good
I have booked a mini bus from AMS to Hook of Holland Ferry. Fingers crossed!
Worst service ever
Avoid avoid avoid They never answer in customer service and they are just brokers for other unprofessional drivers. I landed in JFK with a 2 year old and their driver came with a booster seat instead of a baby car seat and we tried canceling but the company refused to refund our money! Had to got through credit card disputes. Thieves! Uber is much better and safer!
Excellent App
Great communication and response time. Thanks for the service.
Horrible customer service in the US
This service especially from some of the major airports is absolutely horrible. Beware of the type of car option you choose in the US. There is a disparity in what they advertise vs what shows up. I had a recent horrible experience with family visiting on an international flight at LAX and they sent the wrong sized car, and even with last minute coordination they sent another wrong sized car. The agents on the phone were also rude at times. Overall I’m deleting this app and there are other better services that I’d rather pay an extra $50-$100 for than take transfeero again. I’d rate zero stars if I could.
So easy
App is so easy.
Scam. DO NOT USE
This is all a scam and I’m tired of it. Posting reviews now on Google, Reddit, TrustPilot, and Transfeero app: “DO NOT Use. Scam, bad service, struggled for refund over 3 weeks. Left me blocks from hotel bc driver said he couldn’t find way to address. Showed him GPS directions and he told mec to walk. BTW all Russian/ east European. Cannot be trusted, irresponsible.”
