I love this game. I have been playing since 4years ago. This is my favourite game.Edit! 5 years still counting
Legend of the paywall
At first it was acceptable but now the amount of paywalled stuff is just absurd. You can’t get anything remotely nice without spending real money in any event. Items that used to be f2p friendly are now paywalled. Not only that, ingot to event point ratio is nearly 1:1 at this point, so f2p players can just forget about getting pretty outfits or furnitures or characters.
Very fun
super fun game, I’ve been playing everyday for like 4 months. It’s got some pay to play moments but for the most part persistence will help you level up fast

It keeps you logged on
This game is very addicting and there is always something to do, so you will find yourself always logged on. Ive only been playing a month and I can see this game will take a lot out of your bank account if you are not careful. I think the graphics could be better quality for what you see on a daily basis. The confidants outfits are boring and the dates and mail get repetitive over time. The story line is typical of a C-drama and it gets expensive and slow to get along in the story because you have to spend so much fame and power up your partners. I can see it getting extremely boring for those who do not have a budget for this game. There are daily events which can be exciting but the rules and explanation for the games are really a trial and error until you get the hang of them and by then, the event is over. The customer service is also not very good. I have lost money to a top up and never got the action points that I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised to find when the events give rare and cute prizes like Fun Tour in the Yard. The app does a good job of rewarding players for achievements and giving free event plays though. If you lack a budget, you can still enjoy this app but at a slower power up pace than others.
Still getting new content after 6 years
I have been playing 6 years and there are a lot of new stories still being written and new mini games being added for the seasonal events.
Used to be fun
Now the paywalling is insane. To get almost anything you have to give a huge amount of real world money. It doesn’t feel like treating yourself anymore. The pressure to spend $30 or more on each simultaneous event is nuts. The home screen is covered in demands to buy for new events and tons of pressure to keep up with the high spending players. It’s not fun. I hit VIP 7 before the tidal wave of paywalling hit and I will not spend a single cent on this game again.
Love this game but the pay wall :/
This game is so much fun, the different outfits, and the story is immersive but a lot of things to advance in this game are hidden behind a pay wall. Wish it was more f2p friendly.
Lacks Diversity
Seems like it would be a fun game. Graphics are clean and crisp. Storyline feels appropriate to the soft themes of isekai found in anime. But there lacks the ability to modify your character in diverse and meaningful ways. You’re only allowed to look Caucasian or of the Asian Diaspora—there’s no room for someone of color here. So, I’ve deleted this app among others similar because I find it difficult posing as something I’m not. While it is fictional, it’s uncomfortable to relate or truly feel integrated in a fun experience because of this. For me at least.
Guys its not what it seems
In the ad it looks like it has nice graphics,animations and choices but its chibi,and its not 3D at all the choices aren’t even interesting other than that its kinda fun

Paywall problem
The game started off fun, especially with the CNY event, but since then the events have been very disappointing for how frequent they are. Almost every decent rewards is behind a paywall and you cant get much even if you have a lot of in-game currency. Every event should not require spending money, thats just greedy, and makes people want to spend even less.

I love the story element so much, but I don’t love games where they encourage you to spend a lot.
Needs to be better at protecting players from bullying
I have been playing for over a year. Where this game fails is protecting players against bullying. On my server there is a player that consistently calls other players derogatory names like “dog” and “worm.” Same player made derogatory comments against Spanish speakers and even sends threats to people who won’t join their guild or leaves their guild. This player even uses customer service to try to get other accounts banned. The player has been reported many times but nothing has been done about the issue. Was told to just block the player. However, blocking them does not stop them from attacking you in debate, stealing your crops, attacking your guild, and more. The game expects servers to police themselves which is unfathomable because players just want to have fun not be harassed by a crazy person. Many players have quit my server because they don’t want to deal with the drama which is depressing because the game is fun.
bigger servers
it has been a fun game. last time i played was during covid and i only recently got back into the game. i understand older servers get inactive as time goes on but i would honestly appreciate it more if there were bigger server merges. half of the time most of the members or guilds in my server are inactive. the other issue would be how the servers get merged. i assume there are a lot of players just like me who take time off and rejoin down the line. the issue with this is, people that are active in the server are extremely powerful in comparison. it would be nice for there to be a limit on servers so new players can get added to “older servers” too so new and older players can mingle. p.s. i know this is a game known for paying to play but i think if something doesn’t change, the game might die out. it has gotten so money hungry that even when you spend about $30/month, you barely achieve anything in the game which is kind of ridiculous if you think abiut it because most subscriptions don’t even cost $30 when added together let alone on its own.

Beware- everything PAYWALLED
Used to be a super fun game and played daily for years but everything now is paywalled and all they want from you is to top up. Nothing much for f2p even though it used to be really fun. Even if you top up, you still have to spend more money just to get a new character!!! It’s not like just $5 either it’s like $100 now. Really sucks. Wish they actually would listen to all of the players and stop being so greedy. If they keep going, they’re single handedly ruining their own game and running it strait to the grave.
Ingot earning opportunity
I love the game play and the stories. I do however wish it had other options to earn ingots other than spending money constantly considering a lot uses them. Also once the initial walk through there is no tutorial. Other than that it’s an awesome game with pretty cool stories
Pay to Win
It’s not a good game if you are free player. You are weaker than all the others because the resources to level up are so rare unless you pay. All the servers are merged now into one division, so activities are always won by the pay to win players. If the person above you is 3x your power level, why would you even waste your money trying to catch up to them?! It’s impossible. That’s why so many people quit because it’s not a game for those who enjoy playing but those who can pay.
Becoming a Pay to Play game
Used to be this game was advertised as a game where you didn’t have to spend money to get good items. You just needed to save up ingots (gold) in the game. Hard but worth it. Coming up on 4 years playing and I’m severely disappointed in the fact that all of the events (especially since the new year) you have to spend money to get the good items. It’s sucking the fun out of the game for a lot of players. Myself included. Some are quitting because it’s gotten too hard to enjoy the game. I’m only giving it a 3 star for nostalgia sake. This game is a 2star game now and not worth it for new players.
Immersive Story World
I have been playing this game since shortly after it was released, for over five years. It is an extraordinarily complicated game and there are things I still don’t feel like I fully understand, but there are so many ways to compete in this game that if you like games where you are developing a character and relationships, you’ll find games within the game that you enjoy.

Why just why?
Just why do they have to lie to us about everything? They lied in the ad? They lied in the second ads, and then they have the audacity to lie to us to lie to you. I would recommend this for people who get bored very easily.
Worship?
I loved the game when I got it, but I didn’t like the fact that one of the quests you had to ‘worship’ people. I deleted the game as soon as I saw this, for there is no other way to continue the game without doing the quests. I am a religious person, so I found this a bit offensive.
LOVE IT
I was searching for a good story game with a lot of things to do with different elements to the game and Legend of the Phoenix quite literally does it!
Crash at Final Moment, No Compensation, No Fix
I invested months of resources into a cross-server ranking, aiming for first place. At the critical moment of activating my titles, the game crashed, causing me to lose by a narrow margin and miss the victory. The company offered no compensation. They only focus on money-grabbing events and never optimize the experience. And when I reported the crash, all they said was to uninstall and reinstall—never truly fixing the problem. Other apps don’t constantly make you reinstall! Very disappointing.

Well…. A good game.. for me, I downloaded this game and love it because of the story… I really enjoy it…. Like a real novel ! … and being the heroine is nice ! Haha.. however.. I really got sad when I noticed how Middle East servers is so so late … compared to the others…. I was disappointed and frustrated about that…anyway… please take care of the Middle East servers… and for the sake of people how love this game…Like me… can you also add more content about the love interest? Like more stories and messages? Hm… I will really appreciate that..and for the record.. you guys have amazing Chinese voice actors! Please let them know that I love their voices and all of them are doing great work!! Thank you very much..and the personality of each character in this game is absolutely beautiful and well done.. I mean… for a cute game like this.. you guys have captured all the details of the ancient china and the people around that time.. great job!! And the love interest personality has more than eye could catch with this content… ( add more.. I love it!)
Difficult for small servers
So I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one after dealing with the ordeal of being in a small server lately. There are some things I love about this game; the story, how the power is interconnected, and the characters, and the lore and history! However, things are really really difficult if you have a small server. For example, my server (17/18) has only 9 active players. Every now and then there are events when you can join teams or partner up; small servers struggle to fill up their teams or find partners. Many of these events are only available for the server and not cross server either, which makes the experience not only less fun but more difficult to get rewards. Furthermore, small servers are extremely outnumbers in events with CS rankings ; our server will always rank last, no matter how much we do. Something where points are via ratio (total points divided by participating members) or average scores would help level the playing field for small servers. The CS Debate event is also HORRIBLE every competition. Our tiny server is always squashed and bullied by larger servers simple because we are so small and easy targets. We can’t do anything about it; we’ve tried talking to the members but they won’t have it. Maybe another server merge is needed, but our server is really really struggling with only 9 active members. The mechanics of the game are fun (other than the money desperations at times) but the game is really difficult for tiny/dead servers.

If you like this game for the dress-up aspect, play love nikki. If you like it for the art, play love nikki. If you like it for the daily tasks, play love nikki. If you like it for the characters, play love nikki. This game even knows that because they stole suits for the game from love nikki. There’s nothing this game can do that love nikki can’t do better, apart from the bland as bread “romance” that you have no control over and are forced into by the game. The voice acting in Phoenix is horrible, and the dialogue is worse. The only thing I could possibly recommend this for is the “funny” dialogue that is once in a blue moon. Even love nikki had better ads than this game. Play love nikki, it’s better.

This is a fun game! My only complaint is if somehow you become a leader of the guild you’re in your stuck. You can’t transfer to someone else because you don’t know the password! Change this or I’ll have to not play for a week!!!
Expensive
Super addictive, decent story & most of the outfits are okay though I wish they’d stop making “improvements” to popular outfits which cause them to be worse. It’s an extremely pay to win environment and if you’re in the UK the conversion doesn’t work so you pay extra compared to the rest of the world.
Issue
I could play the game this morning but tonight it is asking me to accept the user agreement and privacy policy. The only problem is that I click the accept button and nothing happens. It is usually a good game and I had planned to complete some in game activities so this is distressing.

I’ve played this game for years, but now everything is a cash grab for less and less “value”. Always throwing things at players to try and get $$ even when there’s no reason. Customer support is a JOKE, don’t even bother contacting them.

I really like this game, that being said I’m really disappointed at the customer service, I purchase inside the game, and my points from the game just vanish! No one gives answers, I’ve been waiting for hours to get connected to someone that can help and no one has answered yet. I hope they fix this soon because I have been purchasing in this app and it’s not nice when you spend money and do not get anything in return, I’ll reconsider ever playing again or recommending this game just because of this matter. Change my rating because even though it took a while my problem was solved. Thank you.

I was in the mood for a game. There is so much going on and it seemed like there was a lot of story but your path is blocked by the need to pay to win. You get stuck pretty quickly since game generated currencies are so slow. Then there is the actual story. All characters are either minions or enemies. Tasks and quests are repetitive. Mechanics are unexplained. Newbies literally stand no chance. You can only gain enough power if you pay money. It was okay to pass the time but I would not call it fun.
Poor voice direction
I’m gonna be blunt, the voice acting sucks. It’s horrible to listen to, this is most likely due to the directors not giving good direction to the talents (voice actors /actress). The talents have potential, I can hear it, but because the director isn’t giving good feedback to the actors, the acting is really poor. No feeling in the line delivery and power of the line, this is consistent through the lines and all cast. Personally I think the cast can stay, but the director for this game needs to be changed for someone who is able to bring the acting up to par with the nice graphics. I can’t sit there with my headphones on and not cringe at every line on how synthesized and robotic each character sounds. The head maid is the most tolerable, although her character is supposed to be disliked. I worked as a director giving direction to none professionals, and they significantly improved with some proper direction (instructions). Obviously there will be a huge difference between a professional talent vs an amateur, but it is entirely up to the director to help the cast go in a direction that matches the story. Besides the poor acting, the story seems interesting.

Logging in is a pain!
Just so u know, I didn’t even get to play the game thanks to its logging problem, so I may edit when I can play it. When I first downloaded this game, I was really excited. But I was disappointed when the first flaw came in the second I opened it: the slowness. It looked really glitched, and I wasn’t impressed by the quality. When the small comic part appeared, I liked the chibli style but the animation looked like it was made by Google Slides without the timing being off. The audio of the man wasn’t excellent either, and it sounded like the AI voice that people use in TikTok shorts. When the character customization came (they only give you the option of the face and name by the way), I was surprised by the… time-leap? Anyway, when I finished it and pressed Start Chapter, it just didn’t work. When I pressed again it just said Operating Too Frequently. I tried pressing it AGAIN (several times) and it said the same thing AGAIN. I tried to close the app and enter again, but now it’s stuck in START GAME. I tried to make another account, and I almost made it through the character customization, but then appeared a notice about the server being disconnected. Now I’m in the same spot as before. I’m trying different stuff to see if I can resolve this issue myself, but if anybody has advice for this, I’ll take it.
Possible Game Upgrades
We need more things to use silver for as of right now I have 52.6 billion silver it’s hard to lower because there’s limited things in the game you can use silver for and if you can you can only do it so many times. And we have a clothing dye area but it would be nice if we could dye just the hairstyles as well I’m blonde so I dress my character up mainly in only blonde hairstyles but there’s not enough of them or they aren’t very cute hairstyles. Maybe we could start using silver for hair dying tickets if you make that an option for both. Other than that I love the game and have been playing for years now.
Meh
The game is nice but sometimes it freezes or it’s stuck on loading screen when you play it. And after a few updates, I thought it’ll be fixed but nope. Gna delete it soon.
the game is great, but
there’s been glitches where I have not received important items such as cloud brocades from clothes bureau (i’ve yet to receive many of them), and it is very money-hungry. be aware that you need to spend lots of money to progress quickly. I’ve had this game for over a month and am still only with 3,000,000 power.
