I used to play this game all the time years ago but it was too distracting and I needed to focus on other things. I must say now that I’m back I’m remembering why it’s so addictive.

Я уже неоднократно обращалась в службу поддержки с вопросом случайного подбора соперников в «Битвах Легионов» и «Сиренах». В последнее время мы постоянно сталкиваемся с ситуацией, когда наш легион, имеющий значительно меньшую власть, попадает в бой с легионами, чья сила намного выше. Мне непонятно, на каких условиях происходит этот подбор?!! На прошлой неделе я подробно описала эту проблему и попросила ее решения. В ответ получила сообщение, что «проблема будет решена». Однако через неделю ситуация повторилась: наш легион снова столкнулся с ТЕМ САМЫМ легионом, о котором я уже писала в службу поддержки. Игроки этого легиона занимают первые места в мировом рейтинге власти, в то время как наши легионеры даже не входят в Топ-1000. В прошлой битве мы заняли последнее место, принципиально не играя (потому что нет смысла и сил воевать с легионом не нашего уровня), но это не помогло… и каким-то чудом этот же легион СНОВА попал к нам на поле через неделю. Это выглядит как издевательство или полное игнорирование проблемы!! Наш легион состоит из 50 активных игроков, однако НАС НЕ СЛЫШАТ. Нас намеренно ставят с тем же топовым легионом две недели подряд. Их игрок имеет власть 22B, в то время как наш сильнейший игрок имеет всего 5B(не больше). Ваша служба поддержки отвечает автоматическими сообщениями и не решает проблем. У меня есть скриншоты, подтверждающие несправедливый подбор. Это неприемлемо, и я ТРЕБУЮ РЕАЛЬНОГО ОТВЕТА И РЕШЕНИЯ ПРОБЛЕМЫ, а не очередных формальных отписок от вашего игрового бота…

Pleaseee give me my account back!!! I wasn’t playing this game for a year or so but I re downloaded today. I remember being able to log in with my Apple ID but for some reason I can’t rn. I was imperial khan before this but now I’m just a yong khan 😭😭😭 devs please tell me how to get my account backkk 😭

Игра грузится и вылетает. Что случилось… исправьте пожалуйста. Но другом устройстве тоже самое… зависает при загрузке на 1.5% и все. Ничего не помогает… ни впн …ни чего

I’ve had this game for a few years now, over the last 2 weeks the game just shuts down usually after 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes. If I go to game support it’s an immediate shutdown usually. They ask for screenshots of the issue how the heck do you screen shot an instant shutdown, then it kicks me off constantly and they close out the ticket for no response. I’m not a big spender on games but have a decent investment in the game that I can’t play, can’t do all the daily activities. I enjoyed the game but their support team sucks.

Fun but costly
Lots to do even if you don’t spend but you’ll have to spend to be competitive. Truly some huge whales in the game but Devs have tried to balance out rush events. Been playing for a few years, lots to do, with a ton of variety.

Unbalanced system and purely pay to win
This game is extremely grind heavy and caters heavily to pay to win players. Clan strength and variety is heavily unbalanced. Account trading is allowed so players just buy up other top ranked accounts and create a monopoly within the system. You can play this game diligently for years and spent thousands and yet will never make an impact or be competitive. Save your time and money.

I love this game. The only problem I’m having is I wish it wasn’t so expensive and I also wish you could be a female Khan as a girl who loves to play. It would be really fun if you could have male and female consorts.

Won’t Reimburse for Lost Items
Be careful about using in-game purchases. If you use a paid for item in a rush or event and it doesn’t count towards your contributions due to a bug in the game, the developers will not reimburse you for the item if your team wins the event. Their stance is that because your team won, they won’t reimburse the lost item because it wouldn’t have impacted the ranking. I lost an item that was obtained from a $29.99 pack and that was their response.
Love it But
Love everything BUT there is a quest where you have to intercept a raid party to pass and whenever I check there is never anyone there. I see it as a hard part to pass and am stuck waiting for someone at a certain time and day to start a raid so I can intercept them… Please find a better way for people to complete this quest 🙏🏻 That’s it thx.
