I played this game for months and even spent 20 dollars on it just for them to get rid of all my progress and the money I spent after I took a break from playing for a few months. Absolute scam

Edit: the prices are wrong on the top up things. For example, it will say 14.99 and actually be 20.99. Honestly just dishonest, if you’re going to make the prices higher at least be up front about it. It’s okay, but fabric is a pain to get and I really wish there was a way to de-evolve a servant. I accidentally evolved the wrong elite servant which meant that I couldn’t actually evolve the one I wanted to because of the fact you need multiple of the same servant… technically my fault yes, but still a pain
Eigentlich Gut aber Großes Problem
Mir gefällt das Spiel an sich sehr gut. Ich bin jemand der kein Geld für Spiele ausgibt und dieses Spiel lässt sich wunderbar ohne etwas kaufen zu müssen spielen. Ich habe lange sehr aktiv (jeden oder alle zwei Tage) gespielt, es ist also ein guter Zeitvertreib für Langeweile. Jetzt zum negativen und für mich etwas das leider alles kaputt macht. Ich war in den letzten 2-3 Wochen nicht mehr im Spiel on da ich krank war und dafür weder Nerven noch Lust hatte. Wenn ich mich jetzt ins Spiel einwähle sind jedoch alle meine Fortschritte weg bzw. ich stehe jetzt wieder ganz am Anfang und es ist alles weg. Ich weiß nicht ob da bei mir ein Fehler im System ist oder ob das so typisch ist. Aber ich würde mich freuen wenn mir jemand sagen könnte ob ich meine Fortschritte irgendwie zurück bekommen kann.!!

Restarted Account Against My Will - Lost Everything
I spent hundreds of dollars on this game just for it to ask if I want to switch to a new server - I click no and it switches me anyways. Apparently when you switch servers you completely restarted your journey. All of the clothes I had bought were gone, all of the progress I made was gone, all of my warriors gone. I needed to start from scratch. You can’t even contact anyone unless you use the Facebook page. This app is a scam. It took my money, there’s no one to contact properly and they completely wiped my progress.
I like it but these are some problems
As i like the game the two things I hate are how the ‘’change Name’’ just pops up on ur screen I didn’t wanna change my name but I accidentally clicked it and number two since I couldn’t change my name again I had to Re download it and it downloads so slow

I’ve only been playing this game for 3 days and it is not a money grab at all which is also adds to the fun!I do recommend playing it. It’s pretty easy to level up it is it takes a bit of effort and dedication but it’s worth it in the end I likely will spend a lot of time on this game 😋

Addictive but the rates are wrong
I was addicted to this game for weeks straight and as I progressed I would still always come back and if I forgot for a bit would then sit playing it for hours. My only gripe would be some dresses are so expensive but are not worth it and the exchange rates are incorrect. It’s also annoying that they have things like first time purchase gifts but unfortunately there is no way to get the other dress but then you will need that dress to be able to get the highest level in certain events like the clothing competition Even with that it’s still fun to play, and pretty easy even if you are a FPS. You may get dress envy and feel like it’s not progressing but it’s doable with out having to splurge constantly. I think I spent about £10 max on it wanting one of the first time purchase dresses and was promoted to Grade IV within two weeks. It’s just about maintaining which I clearly don’t cause I forget about it every now and then cause of college

Semplicemente giocando ad un gioco mi è apparsa la pubblicità del gioco. Subito mi è piaciuto e l’ho voluto scaricare. Appena clicco “installa”, dopo essersi installato del tutto è come se ripetesse l’installazione. In sintesi non si installa il gioco. Vi prego aiuti/consigli

Love the visuals and storyline - basically what you’re looking for in a palace drama game. Though the weird ads did put me off a bit at the beginning, I’m glad I decided to give it a try! The translations are a bit wonky at times but the clothing and game in general is great

logged out of my account and everything is deleted
I recently deleted the app because I needed to clear my storage. I took a screenshot of my account details (username and password) so I could log back in and play the game. When I logged in, everything was deleted. I had to restart all of my progress. I already earned a lot of outfits, money, and story progress. Now that everything is gone, I do not feel like playing again. The game itself was still fun, but I will not be playing again.

DONT BUY THEIR GOLD
I purchased their gold and there was a glitch. I spent my gold on buying elite recruit 3 times, the gold is gone but the elite recruit was no where to be seen. I’ve quit and deleted the game because it’s buggy and pretty much robbed me.

Du stirbst oder nimmst die Antwort die das Spiel von dir verlangt. Dein eigener Geschmack ist bei den wirklich schönen Kostümen nicht von Belang, du nimmst gefälligst das mit den besten Werten, wenn du es denn besitzt. Sonst hängste fest bis du das Kostüm kaufen kannst. Im Zweifel hilft wie so oft das echte Geld dabei. Es geht hier nicht darum was deine echte Entschidung wäre oder dein Geschmack, obwohl dies suggeriert wird. Damit wird wieder mal in das Schema hineingespielt das Mädchen sich gefälligst so und so zu verhalten haben und gefälligst hübsch und unterwürfig sind. Klar das Spiel findet in einer alten Zeit statt aber dennoch wäre ein wenig mehr Freiheit möglich gewesen. So ist es nichts anderes wie ein animiertes Buch mit inapp käufen und der Lektüre als Frau ist man nix wert. Passt nicht wirklich in unsere heutige Zeit. Allerdings gibts 2 Sterne statt 1 da man aus China nix anderes erwarten darf. Gehorsam ist dort bekanntlich die wichtigste Tugend und selber nachdenken verwerflich.
Beautiful but Customer Service Unhelpful
This game is beautiful, from the outfits to the backgrounds and sounds. The people who play are friendly and helpful and make it worth playing. It can be a little addictive and some of the information can be hard to navigate to, but the other players will be more than willing to help if you ask. Sadly, I can’t give this game any higher stars. This morning I made an in game purchase, but it wasn’t added to my account. Thinking maybe there was a lag, I left it until the afternoon and re-booted the game several times. Realising that it wasn’t a lag, I contacted their customer support in-game and took photo evidence of purchase from my bank and of my account. The auto response assured me the team would get back to me as soon as they could, but 8 hours later I have yet to even be acknowledged. This game really is wonderful and I love playing it at work to pass the quieter times, it’s just a shame that they don’t value their players or our time.

Honestly, pretty good game
If I’m not gonna lie, it’s a really fun game. Only thing is that it’s very hard to pass some levels, but it’s a lot of fun and totally recommend this game!!
