No support
Forget about reporting players. A friend of mine got doxxed and they closed the ticket without solving anything. Reporting any toxic players in the game? They won’t do anything. There is practically no support
Please fix
I’ve been playing since the game has came out, and suddenly one day the story changed? Where did the old story even go? Also please make the house more accessible. Please fix the fact that one has to switch severs, or wait a day, just to make sure the character selection menu doesn’t skip. Please merge the EU servers, because it gets super annoying having to make a new character for each new server. Otherwise, this game is top tier.
weird body types
i find it strange that u can be an adult female, an adult male… or a little girl… and some of the classes don’t even allow an adult female, the occultist and paladin classes don’t allow the adult body type for women. I know it says “young girl is merely a term for body shape, actual age of the character is 20.” but why even have that body type if you can just add a function to customize the available adult body types. It just feels weird that it’s literally FORCING u to be a child.

Fix gunslinger class wtf
Do not pick gunslinger class!! Please fix the class it is insane how nerfed the class has become! Everyone and everything can beat you, the survival ability is trash! Make it more fair or get rid of the class!

Is the game dead or something?
The game looked fun, new player, enjoying it, decided to buy one of the first top up packages. Constantly getting an internet/clicking too fast error? My internet is fine. The game runs fine. Just can’t top up at all. Very odd. Makes me assume the game is shut down if they don’t want people’s money.
Update
It keeps asking me to update to the new version and it won’t let me update after I downloaded everything. Please fix this, the game is interesting and I love the unique classes and their spells. But it won’t let me in.
A Beautiful Fantasy World
It’s a beautiful fantasy world. Every class you can pick is unique and the story is very engaging. Fantasy is my favorite genre in games or even movies. The cut scenes are very well done too.

Personally the game is great but it takes forever for new classes and honestly the characters need more customization like height and curves. There isn’t a lot of fun events to do after grinding to it gets boring. Not to mention the limitations in house space so you can only decorate your house so much before you run out of space. I think the house space shouldn’t have limitations. Also while I’m talking about things it’s getting harder and harder to do the dreamweaver pulls and that’s a problem because now it feels like you all are just stealing our money. Also I hate how we don’t have a way to earn ur pull vouchers for the ur familiars. Not everyone has that kind of money to buy those. Anyways this game is slowly turning into how raja is. Please fix these things. Also release the 10th class

Hey um….do you have to pay to play this game?. because for some reason it took 5.31$ out of my bank account? But from the look of it it didn’t have a price on it so I thought it was free.

I started playing this game and I gotta say, I love the graphics, the outfits and everything. But my problem with it is that when I get on the app and press start game, it wouldn’t let me in to play. So please mind fixing that but other than that, I adore this game so much
Skin
This new update took out dark skin options for avatars. Now you can only be tan, white, Snow White, pink, or gray. Specifically taking out the darker/brown skin tones is disgusting. Won’t be getting my money anymore.

the game is AMAZING, the graphics are stunning and the character customization is incredible, but… i think the voice-acting and translating needs a little work. instead of using AI voices for your characters, PLEASE get real voice actors 😭 other than that, perfect game!
Can’t get to ch 2 in the main story quest

Honestly I really liked the game. Fun mechanics and world, beautiful graphics, But the cosmetics are just way too expensive, it’s insane. Like I don’t mind dropping a little for a cute outfit. But this is ridiculous. It’s sad to see.

I’m an Occultist player (ID: 潇潇兮). I joined a server that was several weeks behind in progress and reached the top 5 in my class within just one week. However, the game is filled with misleading probability promotions, and when I questioned these practices, my account was permanently banned. Didn't Realize until now...
So I have had this for a month or so and it has gone well- but I have friends that curse and... well, what if they r friends with 9 year olds and they curse to them? This should be rated 17+ due to the cursing. AT LEAST BLOCK THE CURSING! It makes me uncomfortable and makes me want to rate it 1 star. I only rated it a 4 because of the graphics, animations, and the fact that there's no ads. Just fix this- PLEASE!!!!
Bug issues
I have been having issues with the tea time bag not being able to open as well as several other people and the issue has not been resolved. Customer service is no help. Currently im having an issue with the divine war seal not being in my calendar so i can’t even do that portion of the event, im really frustrated.
Game is very neutral.
This is a honest opinion. I think the game does have potential, just doesn’t try. First off, a lot of the voices sound Artifically-Generated which makes it obvious when you hear the voices crash in the middle of speech. Also, the rely on micro-transactions is insane. But, it has potential due to its graphics and customizability.

Great game not what I expected at all from a mobile game I love enjoy
Nothing works
At level 99 again a loss of everything again, cannot log in. All updated worked well now nothing works so this is the last time. The game is graphically great but after investing time and resources again and unable to log in and play….fair well. Oh and I was charged falsely again and received nothing the second and third charges so this is another reason this can no longer be forgiven or another chance after this last time.

I been playing this game for 1 year and I'm level 88 but,I can't even get a single good outfit as less people come up to me as they only ask for help cause of my level and leave me..I really hope new outfits easier outfits come out so some can be easier to get a mid or little better and not cause so much money..

I enjoyed the game a lot. You get go on adventures and see the seasons in different areas. I only wish there was an merge for na airship and na Sulan. The server is dying and people are leaving in airship. It would be nice if we merge. Literally maybe 20 max people actually come on the game. There’s no competition. All the time for events it just byes. It’s not fun. Game developers if you actually go into the game and see what is happening then I suggest you make a merge as soon as possible.

Pretty Decent Game.
While the game is beautiful and runs rather well, I have issues with the voice acting. It’s clear to me that it is AI, but that isn’t the issue. The issue is that when one person speaks more than once, the voice constantly changes, it’s weirdly irritating. It’s especially irritating when the voice acting doesn’t even attempt to match the dialogue. However, the Chinese VA is beautiful. The game is really pretty and so far the combat and story are fun. It’s not too special, though. I find it’s a lot like every other story based combat game out there, but it’s not entirely a bad thing. I haven’t gotten too far in the story, but so far I like it, and I hope to enjoy the rest of the game as I am now. The customization is really detailed and fun!

Shouldn’t even exist
The character customization and graphics are the only things good about this game. The voices are AI so they are really annoying, and it’s one of those Chinese games. I only tried it because of the Sanrio collab, but the only characters are Kuromi and Cinnamoroll. This game is completely excluding characters like My Melody and Pompompurin. Trash game, waste of time already
No dialogue?
I like the game so far but i’ve tried many times to fix the issue by restarting the game or changing servers, but after the travel under the water with the cat-man, the dialogue and the voices disappear…

It’s alright, it takes up a little storage, and the designs for the characters are nice, but when I first joined I didn’t see options for boy characters, so now I’m playing a girl, but that parts nice At first there are also gives instructions, but I would honestly recommend Genshin Impact over this
