I love this game so much! I’ve been playing for years and it’s so nice to see it grow. I do have a suggestion though. Would it be possible to add different types of pets? Like bunnies, hamsters, hedgehogs? I’d really like to see that☺️

New Update having many issues
After the newest update, I haven’t been able to touch half of the screen, I am only able to use the end of the right side. I love this game but this is bothering me since i’m not able to really do anything. Especially when I’m trying to participate in competitions.
THIS GAME IS MALFUNCTIONING!
So I’ve played this game for a good long while and the only time this game has ever acted up/malfunctioned was because my device was old, I’m on an iPhone 17 now and the game has been perfect but all of the sudden this new picture has shown up as the app cover it’s been not letting me click buttons or move my camera I can’t even type messages unless I spam click it as soon as I load in then I try to click the message thing again and it didn’t work! So I closed the app and did the same thing but this time before I get to send the first message I CANT CLICK SEND!! Please fix this glitch it’s so irritating.

They need to work on their moderation!
Moving forward when I mute someone they should not be able to see what I say and I should not be able to see what they say. This is to prevent spam reporters who report everyone every single thing and just wait for the opportunity to get someone muted or banned. This would also be able to help people be able to speak freely to their friends instead of private messaging, to every single one in the friend in the room. If they’re going to have very strict policies, regards to moderation and using AI system then there needs to be a few other things taken into place. Again, this app is marketed for adults yet curse words are prohibited, which I understand if that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. That being said there should be an implication of where we can mute someone and they can’t see what we say. And you can’t see what they say is how it should be moving forward. this way, both parties are respected and can speak freely for their own beliefs. This prevents unwanted bans and mutes. Also prevents people from losing their accounts from spam reporters.
User Interface Issue
It won’t allow me to click on anything after the new update! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn’t work. Please please please fix this as I’ve had this app for so long and would hate to have to delete it.
Y2K update
8/1/26 update. Ever since game has updated, only half of my UI works. I cannot chat, I cannot spin wheel, I cannot open pass. Nothing is working. Loved the game before update. Hopefully u guys fix it!

He can’t get arrest for a second half of my screen is working but all my other games with the other half of the screen that’s not working on this game is working and so much other things please fix this.

This game constantly kicks me out every minute or so, you’d think for a game running this long it wouldn’t be an issue. I genuinely hate this game. just another money grab and all of you are suckers for spending money on such a game. They don’t care what you want, they care about your 💸💰
Game bugs
Overall a great game and I really look forward to playing it, but recently I can’t do anything without the game just crashing or not loading. For example if I try to click on something my screen just stays still and doesn’t load what I wanted to press. I haven’t had this problem before it’s only just been recently where I can’t do anything.

I’m tired of calling my bank
I keep having the issue of spending money on this game for $9.99 and miraculously my card gets charged $40. This is the second time I’ve been having this issue and I’m tired of calling my bank to get my card renewed. I’m worried that this is going to keep being a common occurrence and I have been playing this game for as long as I can remember. I just want to be given what I’m owed, and the worst part is, I never received any of what I was charged for. I’ve been playing for seven years on and off, but now that I’m an adult, I’m sick of spending money on a game that won’t give you anything in return and I’ve reported this issue hoping to get it resolved.

It's full of bugs. Half of my screen in functional half of it isn't and it's pissing me off. Love this game honestly. But as of recent my Tailor of fortune spins that go to the recycler has been disappointing and never popping up again. I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but it's kinda frustrating to have a ten spin and then only get 4 of those back in the recycler.

This game has changed a lot for sure. Now I need to verify my age to join? One serious problem: I use the photo method, unable to verify. Used the ID method, also unable to verify. Used the AgeKey methods too, and still unable to join. I can’t join my apple account and I’m anxious of losing it, so pls fix it 😢

Can we please go back to the original kitchen and original lobby? I just can’t get use to it and it feels sad seeing how much it changed. I genuinely loved and enjoyed it the way it was. The kitchen always seems empty now and doesn’t seem to be as fun as it use to be.

fix ur game
First of all i tried to join right everything was fine i was trying to join back i took many attempts for face ID for verification and im literally 20 mind u THEY keep declining and they maxed out the attempts and i tried the same thing with My ID and suddenly it doesn’t wanna work ofc because my hotelhideway account is old the birth certificate is different,i tried it other methods it doesn’t work so ai is technically ruining the system
3 main issues
The game is fun i downloaded it again after a few years, a lot changed but it’s still fun however there are issues that make me want to delete it. 1 the suitcases and the wheel. The whole 1 in 19 suitcases is an emerald case is an absolute lie. I’ve opened several hundred suitcases in the past few weeks and i’ve gotten 2 emerald cases. I’ve also spun the wheel hundreds and hundreds of times i only get one star and two star items. I’d say about every 20-30 spins i’ll get a Three star item and four star and five star is nearly impossible i’ll get them like maybe every few weeks if at all. Now obviously those things are supposed to be hard to get but not impossible? it seems ridiculous that i buy spins for an event or suitcases and it was for nothing. And lastly, I had a friend on there who was terrible and was one of those people who argues nonsense but he was super sexist and rude, i reported him for several things because it was just getting ridiculous and he was banned a day? There were like 20 messages and even his bio was just toxic and he only got banned a day. Also idk if this is true or he was lying but he said it showed him the messages that got reported so he knew it was me. wtf???? yeah this game is mid.

The more they “fix” the worse it gets. I am highly disappointed with the current state of this game. The AI moderation is far too aggressive for an 18+ title, resulting in unjustified bans. Additionally, a frustrating bug forces players to move their avatars before they can access the chat function. The end-game content also lacks depth, making it entirely stale past level 200.Technical performance is severely lacking. The application suffers from constant crashes and infinite loading screens, meaning users spend more time waiting than playing. The developers must address these server issues immediately to restore playability.
Unfair banning
I’ve been playing this game for years, and a few years ago I changed my name, today without any warnings my main account that I had been building up for so long with all of my friends on it was permanently disabled. I thought this app was 18+ why are yall so stingy about profanity . Edit: they allowed me to change my name but I still maintain that it is ridiculous to have such strong profanity rules on a game that is only 18+

UPDATE!!: right so i’ve just gone to log in (annoying how it makes me log in again every 2 weeks or so) and it’s made me put in my birthday? i fat fingered and put in 2008 by mistake and now ive been permanently locked out of my account. ive spend hundreds of hours and real dollars on this game just for their poorly made age system to throw it all away. i genuinely really enjoy this game but this has put me off completely and there’s no chance im making another account just to have to grind the same for 6 years the same way i have on my main. i’ve been playing hotel hideaway since roughly about 2018 and i absolutely love the game. i love how frequent the updates and events happen and how helpful support is. my only issue is that it’s definitely a pay to win unless you grind for days. i’ve spent money on the game and don’t regret it, but i do wish it was a little easier to get items without paying. i’m also not a fan of the linking system as i’ve linked my account to an old facebook account and can’t change it. other than those minor issues, it’s an amazing game with engaging activities and extensive thought put into each mechanic. as much as there is bugs, the sheer amount of effort put in over the years greatly out ways the flaws and i would recommend to anyone who would listen.

Great game, small but huge issue
I really enjoy the game. Played it when I was younger before properly moderated. But here’s the issue I ran into. Playing on apple is a bit scary, and right now I had an account that was 48 lvls, I saved my account with Game Center. Do NOT DO THIS. I cannot get back in despite my multiple attempts. I have already age verified, that wasn’t the issue. The apple account didn’t work and neither did Facebook, Game Center keeps crashing. I have lost all my progress which is awful and makes me want to delete. I would suggest for future use, to make a much simpler login way just by email and pass word. Many games try to be special but using an account that’s off their current game to seem more stable. But what exactly will happen to the account if the third party app is down? Great game, horrible login system. People can risk losing months of progress or even years.

Improvements?
Are there any improvements happening soon? It's boring after 2 days of playing because there are no mini games other than dress up which is limited. I like how interactive the objects are and the fact we can chat with real people. But there is nothing else to do. A quiz, an artistic competition, treasure hunts, group activities or hide and seek would be fun for mini games. It is also very hard to make a lot of gold or diamonds without spending more of it to complete tasks. Last of all, the limited ad access to get free crates or spins. If it is already hard to complete tasks without being broke, i would expect ads to be an option consistently. There is no longer any excitement to level up because of limitations. I hope there are updates/improvements soon🤞🏽

Constant crashing, even on a brand new device.
I’ve played HH for yeeears, since 2018 I believe, and crashing has always been an issue across all the devices I’ve used it on; cheap androids, older and new iPhones, and now even my iPad that I primarily use for art. I can’t even be on the app for more than five minutes without it auto closing. I literally can’t do ANYTHING without being closed out and it’s beyond annoying.

I’ve been playing for a few years now but once again has had to stop playing because the game simply just won’t let me log on. Every time I attempt to use my facebook to log in, the screen crashes and I can’t access what I need to in order to log in. This isn’t the first time this has happened, at first I thought it had something to do with my device or account but after speaking to other players I quickly realised that this more common than I thought and that they usually think it’s their devices fault as well. Aside from that, the game itself is okay, full of events but also full of some pretty disturbing people. For example there was an account claiming to be in their 40’s looking for minors to interact with sexually. (Their words not mine) after many people openly reported, nothing seemed to happen as I ran into the same account almost everyday for a week or two.

Spent over $5,000 on this game. Banned my account. Won’t let me get it back. Been 3 years I’m still pssd about it. All my hard working money gone. Anyways after being banned it taught me to live a real life & to spend on my real life and not on a video game. I now play awesome games like Sims and Call of Duty without spending a penny and have made amazing friends there and now I travel the world instead. It’s opened my eyes. So no I don’t want my account back. I want to say thank you and I hope you too lose thousands of dollars.
Immense Lag
If I had wrote this review 5 years ago it would be completely different but now I need to say something. I’ve been playing hh since 2018. I loved this game immensely & now I can barely even play it. You have updated it to a point everything is laggy, loading takes a million years where I just want to get off the app at that point. Nothing else lags on my phone but Hh avatars barely even load anymore. Please fix your game it’s practically unplayable.
