difficult booking
mostly during morning its difficult to book the ride. most of the time it we don’t get our request accepted and in app it shows due to heavy demand the ride couldn’t be booked. travel is comfortable, on time( sometimes 2 to 4 mins may get delayed) but overall it’s good if the booking gets accepted.

Extremely unreliable
TL;DR: don’t plan your route on this service. Always assume you’re going to be late and sweaty. The algorithm is broken. Would not insert pickups on an on-going route, so it’s not uncommon to have the bus you booked pass you before you to come back 10 mins later. Complains of seat availability yet you will never see a bus more than 50% full, most of the times you’d be riding alone. ETAs are unreliable and you can’t plan for it at all. Too often does it tell me the Link would arrive 5 to 10 minutes after the scheduled bus, only to do so significantly earlier. And of course drivers -save for a handful of thoughtful ones- wouldn’t wait until you arrive and they would take off before you do, with the app acting as if it was your fault despite being there on time. More often, ETAs are underestimated by up to 30 minutes, and considering the humidity and heat, and how bus stops in the regions where Link operates aren’t as equipped as downtown ones (most don’t even have benches), this means you’ll often end up having to suffer waiting in practically a sauna (if you’re lucky enough to find shade). The app itself doesn’t perform well. UX needs work, weird breaking bugs requiring reinstallation of the app, and sometimes strange pickup locations that send you a hundred meters away from where the driver would arrive.

Been trying to register for a month now but still unable to register. Always same message pop up technical or interrupt internet connection but it's untrue. It's your server or application is not working. I don't know

Difficult to have a book from Yas bay
I feel it’s so difficult to have a book for Yas bay and from Yas bay in the morning and evening!

poor service
this is the 2nd time around that i book for the bus service but then the driver is staying for long time in the place where in no one to pickup and its taking too long to arrive... today i am only like 2 mins away but instead the driver choose a different route and it took him 10mins more... it is so disappointing... try to fix the service abu dhabi link... i waited for 43 mins but the driver took more than one hour and still did not arrive

Drivers make me insane
While i like the idea of the shared on demand bus service, the implementation is not ideal. Many times the bus drivers ruined my day by not stopping or coming to a different place than set on the map and cancelling the order. The wait is long as well, usually 30 minutes.
Impossible to get a booking
It takes 100 tries to get a booking and sometimes you never get one during peak hours. you have to wait 40 minutes for the ride. The idea is great but the service is just unusable. Don’t recommend

it’s too hard to book, even if you will start to book at 6am when their operation start. It’s always shows busy or full but some ADL bus pass by without any passenger

Plese gov this very good transport service for normal people but there is to much problem for booking Abu Dhabi link bus. Always we are try to book but some time it take half hour to one hour for online booking. Plese solve our problem

Bad service in khalifa city.
Please bring back either K5 service or increase the number of Abu dhabi link in khalifa city. Every time when i want to book the service to get on time for duty/home its full. I have been trying for the past 1 hour. Still its showing full. Please do something on this issue.
