No sound
Update: The sound works just fine when the phone is not in silent. My son loves it. The app has no sound. My son loves it but most games cannot be used properly coz of the sound. This put me off to purchase the yearly subscription.
Technical error
I really love this app. My son is nonverbal and this app encourages my little man to talk and he really loves this. The only issue we’re currently having is when he’s working on his daily activities, the body part activity shows as the first activity and then he’s stuck in a loophole where he’s choosing between the girl or the boy. It doesn’t allow him to go to his next activity for the day. This is a bummer because the daily activity has different activities we’re not aware of when he’s exploring the app on his own.

My son is ASD Level 1 and we love the app. Works great on my phone, but the app doesn’t have any sound on his iPad! The volume and music buttons are clicked, but there’s no sound. I’d love for him to be able to access on the bigger screen.

I love this app cause it helps me learn I have high functioning autism I’m 37 years old I have a brain damaged the center path of my brain it helps me with fine motor skills
Poor parental controls
I canceled my subscription because this app has poor parental controls. All one much do is bunch in a number between 1900-2000, which means if my kiddo has a 1:10 chance of finding a number that works (1969). He then just uses the feedback writer to write words. Constructive criticism: Use multiplication within 100 that changes each try. Also, how about give parents the option to turn off or turn on the social lessons on dressing little boys and little girls.

This app is truly amazing my daughter was diagnosed with autism non verbal 2 years ago but with this app my baby has been saying her alphabet numbers matching things etc this app definitely helped my baby.
Not loading
It works well, and then it didn’t. Just keeps saying wait moment. I will try to re-install. Otherwise, it’s a great app for autism

When me and my son got this app, we’re very disappointed, 1: the 2 offers was for 59$ and 49$, I only had 61$, please lower the amount, or for first time users, make it free. 2: please make the social things work, why technical issues? Is there something wrong with this chunk of the platform? 3: many locked stuff and when my son presses the locked it says the offer, please make it all free. P.S: I’m not hating on this platform, I love it, just it makes me angry and sad that you have to pay.

I have paid for it but can not get it to work. Somehow I have now got 2 subscriptions for it in my iTunes but no way for my daughter to play the games that aren’t free and that I have paid for.

Is there a way to remove the Mask video?
My sons loves this app and we do. It has helped with his speech and fine motor skills as well as critical thinking. The only downside to this app is the mask video about Covid. It is my choice as a parent how I choose to educate my child on the virus and I feel that the makers of this app are overstepping boundaries with this video. Is there a way to remove it?

my mom, just got this game for my brother and he doesn’t play it because he’s so busy playing YouTube kids😡 all he watches is “you gabba gabba”. he doesn’t even watch ANYTHING but that, and when I say ANYTHING I mean it. he doesn’t even want to play this app, and I think he should. because he is in summer school, but he doesn’t care... peace✌🏾

How do I get a refund? This app doesn’t work. There is no sound to anything. I have checked the settings, restarted the app and restarted my phone but there is still no sound. Disappointed 😔 I really wanted this to work for my son.
Audio never works no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall
User interface is not very good and my son hardly uses it now because he has become frustrated not hearing anything I probably will not renew because of the quality I am getting and the lack of customer service.

We really like this app, especially the puzzles, the tracing and the daily activities. We were having trouble accessing to the full content of the app, but we reached out to the support email. They were very fast/helpful/polite and helped me to gain access again. Thank you so much guys. I know if I need help again I’ll have it. We will keep enjoying the app :)
