Love it
This was the only app that engaged my daughter on the spectrum is is non verbal so the app let me see her progress. Worth the money
Sucks
Sucks, kids hate it. Would not issue refund
Ses sorunu
Uygulama gayet başarılı ancak oyunlarda sesi açamıyorum. Girişte ses olmasına rağmen, oyunlarda ses yok. Yardımcı olur musunuz?
No
I redownloaded this because it claimed there was a special rare for autism acceptance day. It said 76% off..when I clicked on it, that translated to $59.99 a YEAR… I would pay maybe HALF of that for a LIFETIME pass. This is not something I would ever buy with this pricing set up. Ever.

Love!
I have a nonverbal 6 yr old with autism and he’s engaged in this app so much! I am also using it with me 3 yr old. The graphics are amazing. They love popping the balloons! I just wonder if more games get added or updated? Such as more puzzles to choose from? Thank you! This app has been so helpful!
App constantly freezes
This app is not stable. Every time my son used it, within 20 minutes it would freeze. There are dozens of other similar apps that do not freeze, so just go with one of those instead of this poorly designed app.
Billed monthly
I wish if it was billed monthly or at least giving a month trial to figure out if we like it. And where is the Autism Awareness Month discount?
No sound
For children with low vision, there should be sound on this app, saying and repeating the words and instructions.
Can’t login.
I am a blind an autistic person that uses this app and I cannot log into Apple account because it will not let me login. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. Please help!
Best App for Exceptional Children
We have 3 children on the autism spectrum. Our youngest is homeschooled and participating in a Son-Rise program. We know he is intelligent but it is difficult to know what he knows and does not know. Also, it is challenging for him to interact for extended periods of time. Otsimo is specifically designed to help our exceptional children! It is fun & engaging - he smiles & laughs! Our son is showing us how much more he knows that what we previously believed and he has fun doing it! Otsimo is providing a wonderful education, a fun activity, and an opportunity to improve his fine motor skills! The customer service is incredible! Baris reached out to me and made it possible for us! ❤️❤️❤️
Constantly freezing
This app has so many bugs that my kids can’t enjoy it. I’m constantly having to restart it. Not worth paying for, unfortunately!
Great
My son loves to do your program
Expensive
Tried the few games. Child liked, thought was nice and use friendly but sooooo expensive. No way I can 200 for this regardless of how long, should get a grant from gov to play for kids with disabilities
Like the app but could be a lot better
The app is buggy - should easily be able to switch between child profiles. Should also easily be able to turn off certain games and remove the hint. It’s not user friendly but otherwise I do think it’s a good start and my kids like it but I hate making changes in it
The app is really good and my kid loves it
👋👋👋
No customer support
Been trying to reach them for several weeks now. No responses. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. It malfunctions less than 24hrs after buying a years subscription and the company won’t answer you back when you reach out for help. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FRUSTRATION.
Good app
It’s a good app. I have annual membership. How can I purchase a life time membership. Thanks.
no sound
I just installed the app and launched it, When the app just launches a song is played I can hear that song but when I try to play any activity no sound is heard I tried listening to stories and matching games, I can see all the activity happening but cannot hear any sound I have a 5th generation iPad with iOS 13.5 Can you please provide a fix for my issue
Great App but Glitches... a lot
My 2 year old son who is nonverbal ASD absolutely loves this app and it holds his attention. The bugs and glitches during the guess the activity game are absolutely terrible, he just taps the home button until it goes away and starts over. We haven’t been able to enjoy what’s past it. Will there be more actors of color included at some point?
Love this App
I work with children that are non-verbal with autism and they all seem to love this app. Highly recommend.
You used the same illustrator as me for my book and the character is literally the same
My book, a little piece of the big picture. By Nicki MacKinnon. Look at the cover of my book. It’s the same little boy.
Figured out the sound issue
This is a great app, but I was having iPad sound issues like others. Go to control center and make sure that notifications are NOT silenced. Once I turned notifications on, the app sound worked perfectly
American words, plus some matching pics don’t match
Wanted a simple app for my 26 year old son who has autism. On the first matching game some of the pictures didn’t match , anyone who knows autistic people will be aware they can be exacting pedants. He was confused by this. Plus he doesn’t know what a zucchini is or what mulberries are (especially since the pictures didn’t match ) Not really suitable for his needs. Which is a shame as it does look like a good app.

Highly recommend!
A must have for autistic kiddos. I read that the founders brother also has autism.
SHADY Unauthorized charges!
I signed up for the more basic plan as I wasn’t sure my non-verbal would comprehend. She didn’t which is fine. The issue is I was charged for the most expensive plan and when I contacted customer support for a refund they told me to go through Google play or my bank. I didn’t have to do that when they were running an unauthorized charge I’ve over $100! I’m STILL waiting on my refund and my kid has never even got to use the app. Don’t give them your card information!
Add arabic language
Please add arabic language to the application
Collects No Data Constantly Starting Beginning
Collects no data. Loses time within the same day and not just overnight. No response other than “no biggie”. I don’t understand all the great reviews.

happy
I am so happy to finally have something that works! The kids love it and can't get enough. So far, it has been the best option out there.
No sound in games
It seems interesting. However, as soon as I open one of the games, there is no sound. If I close the app, and restart it, the sound comes on… but as soon as selecting an activity, it’s gone.
Very useful app
It is could be very useful app for me. However did not know after trial period,I will be charged a subscription with out reminder. Initially it is in my iPhone to trial. Now can not use in iPad where my child could use. Several emails made but without any useful resolution. In-app not family share, did not quite know what it means until now. The app is no use on my iPhone. It is a good app. Please refund by cancellation of subscription. Thank you
Almost great
I love this app but it glitches too frequently to be usable. I was happy to pay the subscription cost. The problem was in the match game, too frequently the item would “snap” off screen and be inaccessible. That is to say, my son would move/tap it and it would jump off screen at which point he can’t get to it and I’d have to quit the game and restart. Other than this recurring issues it was great.
improvement
I work with a non-profit that helps special education kids and we recently introduced Otsimo Special Education to our program. We've seen a marked improvement in the kids' abilities since we started using this app and I would highly recommend it!
Can’t do assessment
Disappointed. Can’t do assessment.
Great App for my son with disabilities
We love this app and how easy and fun it is for him to work independently on it. It makes his iPad time most productive when I need to get a chore done. He likes the cheers when he gets the answers right and that I like can track his activities and progress. The prompting is helpful in learning and encourages him to continue in an area that’s new to him. Some issues that need to be fixed: Colors-brown looks red Senses-hand is for touch but it says “skin” Also, the dress in clothing doesn’t have to be pink. Really!
App has issues
App has had some serious issues lately, even after a reinstall. Need help...
Highly Recommend
This app allows my daughter to practice so many essential skills. I like the parent data sections and controls I can set. It is helping my daughter so much and she LOVES it.
The worst I have seen!
It took 10 min to register all these questions email etc.., then it wants to charge you complete scam theory! Ok I can see a charge maybe one time but this is completely junk! Subscription
Monthly payments options
Hi there, I'm interested in this app for my brother but its quite expensive to pay in total in one go. Is there monthly payment options please?
Glitchy
Good app in general but some of the games froze up the app. This is very distressing to my son when he’s enjoying the games and they suddenly stop.
Amazing app
My son has autism and it’s hard to find a good educational app that will help him succeed in school this helps him learn what he would in school he is focused on it and very easy for him to use I will be purchasing the subscription did try it free to see how it was and can’t believe how personalized it is for him.
1/5
App keeps closing when I try to login with email
Görüyorsunuz anlatmaya gerek yok

Khan
Another greedy developer. Trying to make money out of people’s misery. Very highly priced and out of reach of many parent. I believe developer’s own brother is autistic and should be able understand an autistic child’s family’s plight.
