I absolutely love Bumpa!! It has made running my business so much easier. I use it to manage my fabric inventory, track sales and payments, and keep proper records of everything. Having all of that in one place has made a huge difference for me. It’s simple, practical and genuinely useful. If you run a small business and you’re still trying to keep track of everything manually, please just download Bumpa. 😂 It will save you so much stress!
Terrible experience (risky for businesses)
Purchasing a domain on this app is the worst business mistake I’ve made. Despite committing to a yearly domain subscription at #2,465 on February 15, 2025, I was restricted access to my domain and charged #74,500 to renew the yearly subscription. Over 500% increase with no justification or explanation. No contact number to call. Contacted support via the app and I was given vague answers in hours!

Website Payment
I honestly don’t like the fact that customers can place order without uploading their payment receipt when using merchant or bumpa terminal payment methods. uploading of payment proof by the customers suppoose to be a required field on the website that if a customer doesn’t upload the order should not go through. if it’s that easy then customers can decide to place order without making payment or make payment whenever they like and it’s also a big stress on my end having to cancel orders all the time ❗️😭
Expense and category
My pain point currently using bumpa is the expense and category field. There are some generic accounting fields like cost of goods sold, indirect cost, transportation, advert etc. I will like to see this categories available to me and I input the necessary data than me with no accounting background trying to figure it out.
Says it’s free when it really isn’t.
I tried it and it says it free but it really isn’t, it’s free to download it but when you go to set up your website (it makes you fill out stuff and until you do your website will be non existent.) and I was like ok fine and I filled it out, but to save it, you have to pay like $135 dollars a year. And if you click off of it, all of it isn’t saved, AKA, you have to pay to make a website.

Website Customization Malfunctioning
I'm quite impress with the features of the app on Bumpa. I have been having issues since morning trying to set up/customize my website. Erasing text to write is not functioning properly, as I couldn't erase text. Please I need assistance on this so I can get my website working effectively.
There is no Dark Mode Feature.
The app would have been better if there was an option to switch to dark mode. Kindly consider this Bumpa.

It says it is free, but once you download it you basically can’t do anything without paying, you fill the thing to create your website and store and when you click done, you need to pay to be able to actually create the website. Basically you can’t do nothing without paying but they make it seem like you don’t have to pay at the beginning.
Difficulty in login
Have been using Bumpa on my smartphone I switch to IOS and have been having difficulty login , it keeps telling me wrong password I didthe forgotten password to reset a new password it keeps showing. I can’t change the password, please I need assistance to get back into my account.

I am disappointed, on the 21st I got a payment slip that money have been sent to my opay but they didn’t send now again this money I haven’t gotten 147k … I email them and they take long to reply and can’t gv a transaction id number… please send my money
Rectify WhatsApp number and Bank Details
Great app. I suggest the WhatsApp number is rectified since the country code only displays that of the Nigeria code despite inputting your country's code. Also, the Bank details should be checked as well to enable other banks in other countries (Ghana, Togo e.t.c). Better still that place can be left open for one to input details since it looks restricted and mandatory. Thank you.

You guys suspended my site for a rei don’t know and i have reached out to you guys multiple times still no response from you, you Guys are the worst site service someone will ever partner with, if you plan on working with this site i think you have to change plan because they will crash your business and won’t even care about your opinion

Unorganized platform
Have been using Bumpa for quit some time and I must confess their service is top notch till on 22nd of this month that they refuse to remit my settlement due for that day till today 27march 2024 have tried contacting their support but no one gives me a quality attention to help me resolve this issue they said they are doing KYC for more than 5days now I want to advice you all using Bumpa to be very careful as they are beginning to look for means and way to sink customers funds you can’t trust Bumpa anymore I believe the CEO will see this better address your staffs to stop trying to steal from customers and if my money isn’t remitted today expect a petition from my lawyer and a legal action will be taken right away if you value your platform and your business better talk to whoever is holding back my funds to remit it or else the worst will happen
