INCREASE YOUR INTEREST RATE TO 27-30%
I started banking with some fintech investment apps because they offer higher interest rates as at last year . So I think you as a new investment app ,you can attracts thousands of not millions of customers by increasing your interest rate to like 30% for the first one year/2 years to enable more people know you . There are so many investment apps which makes this business highly competitive. So the best way to stay afloat or ahead of the old takers is to bring juicy offers to your customers & also make withdrawals faster instead of waiting within 24hours . Though 24% is ok but it can be better with higher rates

Very slow operations
Withdrawal takes too long. It doesn’t make sense. It’s not a finance app I can trust. You guys need to do better. Even your customer care is very slow. Everything is just slow. Has to be the worst finance app I’ve used. Do better please

It’s keep requesting for update and I update it it’s still doesn’t allow me to log in my account and my money is there
AUTOMATIC INVESTMENT
I noticed that each time I send money into my northquest account, I’ll have to open the app to allocate money to an investment plan or else I won’t receive any interest on the money. I find that tiring, and very inconveniencing. If there’s a way to receive interest on uninvested funds, that would be great, because sometimes I just want to send the small 5k I’m not using to my account and I don’t like that it’s just sitting there when it could have been accumulating daily interest in my opay. The interest on the feature could be lower than 15% to incentivize people to allocate funds. Thanks
