What people like
- You only pay for what you use
- Really simple and easy to use
- No monthly subscription fees needed
- Just works reliably every time
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Credits vanish if you delete faxes
- Receiving faxes often look blurry
- Faxes default to color by mistake
Easy to use and works
I appreciate the minimalist design, straight forward operation, and the fact it just works.
No way to login into account
I purchased an additional 100 credits — paid $33.99 on my Apple Card. When I tried to fax documents, I received a message stating I need to buy more credits even though a message at the bottom of the screen said I had 115 credits available. I emailed support and received no response. This app has the worst user experience of any apps I’ve purchased.
Great tool but Some complaints
I love being able to use this app but I get quite a few complaints that the fax received is not good quality. If this could get fixed this would be a five star review.
Defaulting to color
I don't like the update that the fax defaults to color. The receiving party is having difficulty reading several pages. I wish you could change the default to Black/white
Great option
Always works, easy and efficient
Easy and convenient
I would recommend- an easy process
Sent to wrong number
All my info went to a different number than what I entered. Thanks.
Basic but it works
Can’t handle Word Docs, Doesn’t make a cover sheet, and it took a long time to process, but it worked and I didn’t need a subscription. Also, you pay per page, not per fax.
You sent a form i deleted it was included in the forms i tried to send
Not good that form was suppose to had been deleted now I got a problem
Schlecht!!!!
Easy
Good to have a fax on my phone easy to send over documents
Affordable! No Subscription
Fax machine at your fingers! Works everytime with costing monthly fees!
Takes forever
Sent 5 pages and it took 30mins to send
Faxing made easy
This app is great! Easy to use and never had a problem with it!
One page business fax
Quick clear, easy use
Super
For only a few FAXs
Great on the road and when our fax line is down
Initially, I found the interface a little clunky, but once I started using it more and more, I found it very easy to use.
Rating
Works very well,highly recommended
Wow!
Fast and Easy to use
Pay per use! Love it!
Only pay per use Fax app I’ve found and it works great. I don’t send many faxes but every so often I need to and I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription for that.
Uncomplicated Faxing
Brilliant ease of use and I really appreciate the pay-per-fax ability.
