What people like
- Very easy to use
- Works well for occasional needs
- Saves time and gas money
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Prices are way too high
- App crashes often and fails
Best app ever
I've saved so much gas, hassle and money because of this app. I love it!!
Doesn’t work
Charges 3 times each time I hit send it goes to charge me again
Awesome
Works as intended
Bait and switch
This was not free as stated. Came up in my other app stating it was free but not. Plus it didn’t have very user friendly settings and I am not even sure it went through yet
Not free
Not free, not app friendly to other scanning apps
Fax from your phone
Convenience at your fingertips
Doesn’t work
I subscribed to get a number to receive a fax, but it did not generate a number. Please refund me. I’ve been in an annoying loop of clicking “restore purchase”, then signing into apple, then clicking “generate number” only to be told to restore my purchase again. Really a bummer. I don’t have spare money to be wasting right now.
Subscription
Very expensive for this app
Limited customer service
There is no contact number for support - the system will also not recognize your current subscription and pushes you to buy another one…waiting for email response from owner…will not change review until fixed.
Slow, expensive, but reliable
It’s slow, and it’s a pricy subscription! But it does work!
Convenient and practical
I can fax wherever and whenever I want. A very nice app to have.
If someone has an issue, no customer service number anywhere
I change my phone and I have to pay for a different subscription. I tried to find a phone number online for this company. It’s nowhere to be fined.
Sad
Why change it if it worked great. It’s all about money for this now too. Now you have to pay weekly, before you paid for how many papers you send. Sadly I will leave this app.
Preispolitik sehr fragwürdig
App funktioniert technisch prima. Vielen Dank!
Issues
Ive been having issues faxing for the past few months. I don’t know if the updates affected this or what is going on :(
Scam
Bought subscription and it never generated a fax number for me.
Great Occasional Fax App
This app works great if you only have to fax once in a while. Unlike other apps you pay per use not a subscription. The app works as advertised, not as many features as the app that costs $15/month, go figure.
Does the job, but
Doesn’t send to 1300 fax numbers. Doesn’t offer refunds and cost $10.50 to send 6 pages. Others review this as better than other apps but its not what I would rate highly.
Great!
Expensive $4.99 a week is pretty expensive
Does not work
I have faxed to the same number in a local FedEx but when I use tiny fax they claim no dial tone this has happened on 3 separate occasions
Easy
This was super easy to use and very convenient!
Gefangen Gefangen
Schade!
Service Nummern
Service Nummern nicht gestattet... keine Geldrückerstattung....
Works fine

Getting a fax number
Usually, when you’re using an app like this, it’s for every day you are a quick thing that needs to be done. I’ve been waiting over an hour to receive my fax number so I can receive the fax that I need. There’s no help button there’s no way for me to contact anybody besides email. I’ve had to reset my password five times and I’m getting charged or something that I can’t even use.
Works good but expensive
This is the only fax app I use. Works perfect, it is extremely expensive but it works.
Trop cher !
Vital for Mobile Office
Tiny Fax is such a valuable resource to have for my, “Office on the Run!” Thank you!
No fax number
I paid 8.99 to recieve fax number and it would not give me a fax number. I could send but could not recieve fax. I want a refund.
Works well. Expensive
$0.80 a page to fax is a little steep but when you need to fax something it does the thing.
Love, love, love my tiny fax
I love how convenient this tiny fax is.
DOES NOT WORK
Fax won’t send and can’t even sign up for an account in spite of the fact that I’ve already subscribed and paid. Tried Help Center and received error message. Look elsewhere for a fax app!
Fast application
Ease to use and very nice program
It worked
It was an emergency and I had to send a fax, it was a bit slow but it did the job. I had to spend £2.29 to buy credit tho, which was really annoying. At least it worked!
Sorry about a less than perfect review (previously) when I hadn’t figured out how to use.
Sorry about a less than perfect review (previously) when I hadn’t figured out how to use.
points purchase
There is no way to track points purchased, and when you use points or see the point balance. I feel like I’m buying points every time I use Tiny Fax I don’t use it that often therefore being able to track or see what you purchased would be helpful
Slow but easy to use!!!
I’m ok with slow, app is easy to use! Love it
Not great
Not great. Minimum purchase of 50 credits when I only need 30. Then kept having errors which I eventually worked out was that you can’t fax more than one page at once. Had to send 2 separate faxes to send 2 pages. The scanner is good but given the cost I would expect better functionality.
Expensive!!!!
It costs 30 credits to send a fax and the minimum you can buy is 50??? $4.50 to sent one fax. Easy to use, but again expensive!!!!
The best and a life saver
This the best app I have ever used for faxing. The images I take are better than my scanner and it improves the quality from your phone. I have been dealing with my mother’s selling her house, trust and so on. Each time I need it, it works perfectly. Simple to use and now I just started the receiving fax. It’s PERFECT!!!!
Very pleased
I was very pleased with this app , it was easy as 1,2,3, I will use again , thank you for taking care of my very important document. As I don’t know yet if they receive it,, although it’s said it was sent successful, I hope so , Thank you ,
Extremely Useful
Although it’s a little slow, I find this app easy to use and extremely useful. Makes life a little easier!
Terrible mostly
Can very often fail to send texts yet charge you for them as if sent. Can crash quite often. Ridiculous price for sending faxes especially considering they send properly about 50% of them time. Do not recommend.
Ok App
App works ok. Slow to send and artifacts on received fax. Also credit system confusing. 1 credit per page might credit clearer. Sometime left with unusable credit.
