Efficiency to use; a nightmare to cancel
Update: A year later I got this email today Hi there! I'm Alex from the support team at FAX from iPhone. 📱 Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear that canceling the subscription wasn’t as straightforward as we’d like it to be for you. 😟 We truly appreciate your patience and want to assure you that we're looking into this issue to make sure it gets resolved quickly. In the meantime, you might want to check your Apple ID subscriptions settings on your iPhone to manage your subscriptions—sometimes that does the trick! We’re committed to providing a smooth experience for our users and will keep working on improvements. Your feedback means a lot to us. Thanks again for helping us get better! 🌟 Warm regards, Alex" I tried several fax app to send a document. In my first attempt it went through. There is no clear and easy way to cancel the subscription. I’m waiting on the developer to answer back with my petition. I sent the email 4/28/2024. I’ll update this thread.
Should be free
Just to send one fax, I only think it should be free.
G
Good
Disgustada
Nunca se envió mi fax y me cobraron. Tampoco tienes cómo cancelar o chatear en la app con alguien. De verdad fue muy mal. Porq lleva 1 hora o más pensando y enviando
Cancelling Weekly Subscription
I used once to send a Fax. I had to agree to a weekly subscription of $6.99. It is cancelable any time. I cannot figure out how to cancel. I have sent two requests to cancel but have not received a response.
Love it
Love this app
Didn’t work
I faxed a very important document with personal Information but it never arrived at its destination even with a delivered receipt. Very unhappy.
Fax Review
I sent review before the fax was complete. Im marking 2 stars because it seems the app is data encrypted and the docs are not saved. But your personal info is. There’s no one to contact when fax doesn’t go through. (I’ve contacted receiver and they are awaiting fax). If app issue there is no one to contact.
It's very powerful
The more you use it, the easier it will be. Ha ha ha
Should be illegal!
When you google “free fax apps” these guys have a false page claiming it’s free… it’s not! Apple take these fools down!
Not free
This app is not free like it claims. After you go through the whole process of putting all the information in for your fax and then click to send it off, then it tells you that you have to pay $7 a WEEK to use it. Even though it advertises that it’s free.
It's very powerful
The more you use it, the easier it will be. Ha ha ha
Paid But Failed
I have paid the subscription but it won’t let me send the fax and it says that I should renew my subscription which I DID. Advise here!
Forever this app
After downloading the app, there are a lot of discounts; crazy chopsticks, but I can always use the ones I like on Jingdong, I am very satisfied, thanks for this software
It said $4.65 a week
But immediately billed my credit card $48.95!!!! Plus, it wouldn’t send my fax after several tries! WOW! How’d you ever get any two star ratings, let alone five stars?
Great, it's a good software! .
There is no product you can't find here. It's convenient and quick. It's a good choice!
The app doesn’t WORK
The app doesn’t work is a scam
downloadable
It's very good. It's very easy to use. I can't stop at all. I'll only use this software later. It's very good. It's a very good software. I haven't used such a good software for a long time
TERRIBLE!!!
Used once and tried to cancel and app makes it impossible to do so!!
Very nice
It's very good to spend some time when I'm free. It's very durable. It's easy to use. I can't stop using it when I see it. It's really good
Don’t waste your money
App didn’t work for me. I purchased an entirely different app and had zero issues sending the exact same document. Customer service doesn’t respond
The application is very good
It's great. It's good. It's good. It's good. It's easy. It's addictive. It's good
Not worth your time or money
App never worked and never sent any of my faxes. Waste of time and money especially if you’re needing it for something important which is normally what people send faxes for.
