Service getting worse
I have been with this ap for a few years. The service is steadily declining. The app is horrible now. The email addresses rarely get notifications, & you definitely want to send from their platform. I believe the rating you see now is from the past. I am definitely seeking new providers. It’s unfortunate I can’t port the number I’ve had for over a decade. I would look for another option.
Excellent fax system for me
I find this a great way to send a fax when I want to send it from my phone or when I do not have access to the traditional fax machine. Sometimes I have to keep sending it a few times before I receive the confirmation email that it has been send successfully but in the end I have always gotten my fax through. The customer service then calling in my phone has always been helpful to me Sincerely
Unfortunate update
This service was great and the app was reliable. The update made this update absolutely unusable. It’s SUPER slow navigating to each screen (inbox, sent, trash, home). But worst of all is that it doesn’t show fax images for sent or received faxes! I reached out to their support weeks ago and they replied saying that they are aware of the issue. Then told me to use the website. So they basically admitted that their app is broken and they have done nothing to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and it still doesn’t work. Still not seeing any updates of when it so be fixed. I use this for work for testing and it’s just unusable and I’m tired of waiting for a fix. I have been using this for at least over a year. Unfortunately I’m canceling and moving to another service. Deserves a 1 Star rating but choosing 2 stars just because I did like them for so long. Very frustrating it came to this
Customer Service
I have used your service for years. Love, the fact that I could call if I had a technical question which was not very often. Very disappointed that now I only have chat.
FAX APP
VERY HELPFUL. Use it daily
Not good recently
It started to receives blank pages . Can’t see the docs
Add support for signing documents
Number 1 use case for signing documents on the go - signing and faxing back Add support to get 5 stars and prevent me from switching to a competitor
There needs to be some kind of a draft holding area
I can’t tell you at least 100 long faxes I have typed up for them to time out and disappear, so beyond frustrating I’ve googled trying to figure out a way to keep them from going away and there’s no options so please take this into consideration because this is very very frustrating.
Where is the sent fax folder?
Disappeared since the last update
Wonderful Service
I’ve had them for years, even before they had an app. Now that they have an app I would give them 10 stars. No complaints.
Proceed with caution
I’m not one to leave reviews, but not only is the app incredibly unstable (dated/not kept up to date), it’s unreliable when it comes to “fax” transmissions. Most failed to send/receive. Also, don’t be fooled by their free trial. I was charged in full just two days in.
Great app!
What a great way to get my faxes right on my iPhone!
On the right track but needs a bit more
Just downloaded and all recent faxes are present and viewable. Very easy to send a fax using the most basic features but without support for key applications like dropbox and evernote, it will be fairly useless to me. All of my business docs are accessible on my phone but I can't attach them to a fax?
Good but missing basic features
Needs ability to rotate received faxes (seems obvious), forward faxes and send faxes with attachments from iBooks. Otherwise using the received fax email is more useful since it can be manipulated.
For years!
I used this product for many years in a work environment. Now I am using it as an inhome program! Still love it
Developer makes it extremely difficult to terminate subscription
This app is useless.
Happy myfax customer
Finally, a super easy to use app for receiving faxes while I am on the go!
Potential
Cannot view faxes on app cannot send fax to osap in Canada however an alternate number for osap worked. Cannot resend faxes
Thanks
Thanks
Unhappy Longtime User
*If you are not going to fix the App at least tell your longtime customers the truth so we find an alternative service.* Recently updated to the new app. It is unusable!! I’ve used myfax for many many years, this is very disappointing. If you’re lucky enough for the new app to open an incoming fax, it’s very slow. Going to older archived faxes is nearly impossible. Like other reviews, customer service is aware but no fix insight. Telling customers to use the website, but that’s not what I’m paying for all these years.
Need to be able to resend faxes
Functionality is EXTREMELY limited. One can see that a fax failed - how about offering a "resend" function with the ability to edit the fax number being sent to?
Reliable
Always there is send a fax without fail.. very highly recommended
Used to work great! Now it is useless
This used to work great with no issues. Now when you click on the myfax app it just wants you to create a new account. There is no way to log in at all. The phone number to customer support is disconnected: also they wont answer your question in chat or email. When these people hear the concern and dont know what to do- their solution is to end the chat. THREE TIMES THIS HAPPENED. Still have no answer. Absolute disgrace! This app isnt worth it for free. Do yourself a favor and use any other app in existence. Not this one
Asian not practical
Not practical to use for Asian Countries
Works great
App is great and efficient way better than e-fax and also cheaper !!!
awful update!
The new update makes the app horrendous to deal with! Half the time when I go to open up a fax it’s showing up blank. As I try to clear my fax, once you delete one fax the whole app becomes unusable and freezes and you need to exit and reopen it every single time. So difficult to deal with.
Need to add send fonction
Nice to see received fax. But no way to send a document by fax. Pictures CAN not ne sent by fax
I love my MyFax Service’s
because it very affordable and convenient for you to use Right in the privacy of your own home
Worst app ever
This app needs help. It can’t remember my pw logs me out every session. When I download the app onto my iPad I am unable to print. I need to download the app onto my iPhone to make it usable. Sad thing is that I already paid the subscription so I’m stuck with it for now
Great Service
My fax is convenient, reliable and affordable. Its great to use when on the go.
