You can’t get any simpler than this, but it does what it says it does! You can’t ask for better than that. I want to thank the programmer for thinking like that.
Should I receive an email from Snapfax?
After Snapfax sent my fax, I do get Fax Transmission Report from the App. However I do expect an email from Snapfax, but no email was received.

点数扣除问题存疑，app易用
有一个很雷的问题是：点击发送传真后提示上传失败，同时点数却仍然扣除，并没有如开发者说的那样点数会自动退回到账户。这样的情况出现两次。并且在点击【联络我们】的时候并未有可联系通道，而是提示未设定电邮账户（确认已设定的情况下）。除此之外app便捷易用。

I needed a fax app to receive a document from my mother’s doctor, so I downloaded one and paid for a month of service ($10), plus additional credits within the app ($2). However, when it was time to receive the fax, nothing came through. I confirmed the doctor had the correct number, and they attempted to send it again, but still no fax. I then used faxzero.com to send a test fax to myself, which included a cover sheet and a PDF. I received a notification saying I had a two-page fax, but only the notification came through—no cover sheet or PDF. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust this app for important communication. Luckily, my mother’s neighbor was able to scan and email the document, but I’m still out $12 for an app I only needed for one fax. Save your time and money—just go to a local store instead. Update: After reaching out to their support team they, without me asking, refunded me my purchase of fax credits. While it didn’t fit my needs I appreciate their excellent customer support.

Hab eine App gesucht, die nur mit Credits arbeitet. Diese erledigt alle Aufgaben, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Empfänger einzelnen Löschbar machen, im Empfängernamen Sonderzeichen ermöglichen, die Stelle, wo man die Credits kaufen kann, besser verdeutlichen.

Quick and easy to use, minimal setup
Nothing complicated here. Setup was quick and easy. No network cable or fax modem needed. Snapfax uses a web gateway. My only complaint would be the cost per sheet. At the very least they should offer a hefty discount for your first purchase. Paying is simple though, you can use your Apple Pay account. If you have created a fax and you don’t have enough credits Snapfax will save a draft of the document. You will need to log out and back in for your fax credits to show up but your draft will still be there so you don’t need to sweat about having to redo anything.

Cannot purchase credits without UNKNOWN error problems. Waste of time

Was complicated to get to google drive
It was a bit complicated to figure out how to get to my Google Drive and get the document to add a document. It was not wanting to add a document from my Drive.
GREAT APP!
I had to send a fax urgently. The last time I had to do this was over a decade ago. SnapFax was great. In minutes, I set up a 'Pay As You Go' account, added credits, and sent the fax. It couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend the app.
Same as others...
... tried to purchase credits for faxing, but got an "unknown error" when trying to purchase through my Apple account. I'm not interested in troubleshooting this problem so I just deleted the app.

Fax to fax machine?
I wonder if it can fax to the fax machine.
A nice and friendly app
I’m really pleased to have found this app. Fax is so last century, yet medical offices still rely on it for communication. I send about 8 faxes a year, nowhere near enough to bother with a fax machine, dedicated phone line or an eFax subscription that costs you an arm and a leg. Fax credits acquisition is easy and inexpensive. SnapFax is the solution to an, otherwise, major headache.
can not buy credits
It declines my card on my apple account. I just bought an album to ensure the card is fine. There is no other way to buy credits. I guess they do not want my business. Plus it won't let me send this review. Keeps asking for a nickname for post and they are all "taken".

Snap Fax
I've been using Snap Fax for about 8 1/2 years now. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP. It is user friendly, you get to save the faxes you send, and if you want to receive faxes, the price is reasonable. Also, Customer Service is GREAT and Prompt with their response and replies. If your credits are lost, they are easily replaced without any issues (@ least in my case it was.) I highly recommend this application SNAP FAX!!!!
