Sky rocket excitement to a bum
I was so in to it explaining my 7&8 year old kids about it Abt how can they start making money and how can it be a useful tool for their future and a fun experience to get to feel how is it to work for you money and even better how great it feels earning it in your own And just when the time came to add money I just couldn’t do it So I’m trying to spark the excitement in my kids eyes for this again They loose a bit of interest but they already completed their first chores Thanks The idea (project ) It’s amazing

Till is Great, but there is some flaws
I personally believe that Till is great for children and saving. However there are a few things I dislike. 1. If you are offline for a week or two if signed you out. I dislike this because it’s generally like really annoying. 2. The format isn’t really that good. I got kind of confused so that wasn’t really great for me. 3. Setting up an account was pretty challenging for me and my family. However as you can tell we were able to set up the account, but it wasn’t the easiest. However overall I do think that Till is great for a few reasons as well such as the ability to freeze the credit card, always being able to see how much is on the card, and only costing $5 for a physical card.

This is so awesome!!! I love having my own debit card. I have both responsibility and freedom. I definitely recommend getting this!

Great app but can you make note card designs
Very frustrating
Till was easy to use at first - until they started pushing their “premium” (no longer free) version. Now they make it difficult to make any changes, like adding a new bank, or funds, etc. They want you to pay for premium.
Problem
On iPhone it does not allow Option to add to parental account. Already updated app.Problem: once verification code is inputted, keyboard blocks ability to submit to complete transaction. No way to dismiss keyboard and access submit button to load cash to account for child. Loved the utility of this app on my android, not quite sure why this is an issue here.

Great for kids, has some hiccups
One of the major issues I’ve had is changing personal info- if you change your phone number, email, etc, you HAVE to do it over the phone. Doing it online isn’t an option and it kinda sucks, since they have a very slow customer number (that will hang up on you if nobody is available too) Otherwise the app is great, very simple to understand and lightweight
Support Team is Great
We set up my daughter with the app when we first got Till, but my son was a couple of years later. The support team was amazing … quick to respond and very patient.

This app is so incredible and I can’t believe it is FREE!! Their customer service is unbeatable and my kids are excited to do chores. The app is incredibly easy to use. I can’t say enough good things about it
DO NOT TRUST
4.8 star average is a joke. I paid for the annual Premium subscription thinking that we could use this app after my daughter’s trip abroad with EF. Suddenly, my premium subscription has been cancelled and I can no longer deposit funds while she is in another country. Customer Service is non-existent. THIS IS A SCAM

I have found that often I have been logged out of the app without me knowing. I have then had to re-login. Overall I have loved the layout of the app.

My kiddo was heading out of the country. This app was recommended for her travels, as an atm card. Connecting to my bank account I can transfer her money as she needs. I needed customer service support and they were great by email. And offered a phone call. Highly recommended.
No Service. Email only. No help nights and weekends. My child gets no EF Tour lunch til this works.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME. I need to use a debit card to speed funding along, but it doesn’t let me. Yep, I messed up as a parent and didn’t download this app 5 DAYS AHEAD of my kid’s EF Tour trip. The EF Explore America trip my kid is on will put her $20 lunch today on a card… Oh wait, no… CARD DOES NOT EXIST TIL FUNDED. My parent debit option errors as unavailable, because I used the 3-5day bank transfer option first. Now my kid will not be given the lunch money she’s due….til her tours are basically over in 5 days…and Till customer service isn’t available to care.

The worst banking app
This app was supposed to help my child with financial literacy as well as access her money in a foreign country. The card never worked! The money would not transfer. They took the money for the premier account and would not refund it at all. Never use this! Try Venmo, green light, or a local bank
Best app ever
I just got this app and I am loving it!This app is good for keeping track of your money and how much you earn and spend
Doesn’t seem like a secure option
I checked up on app when they only allowed money transfer through link to bank account. They had very low trust pilot score, so I decided it wasn’t worth the risk. They will not allow me to close the account through the app. Just keeps saying there was an error. I feel foolish for having provided personal info to this app based on the promotion of their product by EF tours. Just want them to close the account without a lot of hassle.

Card never came even though I ordered it with expedite option and paid extra 10 dollars for delivery. My child was not able to verify himself and had to go on a trip without the Till. I sent s letter to the support - No help or response from them.
