Update: I appreciate the support team reaching out and sharing the steps with me to change the cycle days. I would love to see the flexibility in changing every cycle differently and not as a whole as well. Thank you. Overall great app and amazing support team!
Sell your info
I chose this app to track my period and pregnancy because it was women owned and they put emphasis on protecting your privacy. They sold mine and so many others personal information to the highest bidder. Sell outs.
Big fan of the app, can be glitchy
I’m glad a lot of reviews are talking about the ads because they rubbed me the wrong way and I thought I was the only one. Definitely not a fan of shaming women for using an app that works for them, even if it is made by men. I really like this app overall tho. The only thing I would say is that it can be REALLY glitchy at times. If I’m listening to music it’ll cut off and sometimes it gets so glitchy that my screen will stop working and I have to shut my phone off. I will say however that this could be partially because of the model of phone that I have as it’s an XR, but on my previous even older device, I seem to remember the app working fine. Overall I clearly like it enough to deal with the occasional glitchyness so do with that what you will.
Cant connect anymore??
Stardust still sends me notification related to my cycle but I cant seem to log in the app. It continuously tells me that no acount exists under those informations, and the only other way to connect or create a new acount is by connecting via Apple. And I would prefer not to do that. Very confused about this since the app clearly know "who I am" since it keeps updating me on my cycle by notifications, even tho this login problem has been going on for few days. Why is that?

Has a lot of potential but the app constantly lags, bugs and crashes. I keep it to see hormonal changes.

New update sucks
First of all I’ve been using this app for a while and now I’m seriously over it. The new update won’t let you review your old cycle or see the future cycle.. you need to pay? Seriously guys that is just not it. Also you need to pay to do literally anything, and the app barely tracks my cycle accurately anymore. Deleting my account.
Great App But Missing Some Features
I love this app! I just wish you could search for a symptom you’ve experienced and see when else in your cycle that you’ve experienced it. It would make it useful for observing trends and knowing what to expect.
Used to Love, Over it Now
I really loved this app when I first started using it. It definitely tickled the witchy side of my personality with the way it also tracks the moon! It still good app… but I hate that so much of it is behind a subscription pay wall and it’s so messy to have all this visible stuff you can’t access. It’s just very crowded and I don’t need my period app to do crazy stuff, I want to understand my cycle better and what my hormones are up to, which is why I liked this app but I’m over it now.
too many pay walls
ive been using this app for a while now and its honestly rlly disappointing how many features u have to pay for. i j updated the app and see theres a new feature but ofc i have to pay weekly/monthly to be able to access it. disappointed since this app is women made, they should know we already pay enough as women for necessities… i dont need to add another monthly payment…
Great but could improve
Overall really good app and I love it but it’d be nice if when I added a birth control pill it didn’t give me an ovulation date. Also I love the notifications haha
Greedy corporation
Why should we pay twice if I want my partner to follow my cycle? I don’t mind paying for the service but I won’t pay twice. Corporations greed knows no bound.
past notes for each day
I get you have to make money. I get why you put almost everything behind a pay wall. But why did you lock up the notes for each day behind one? Like I can only see today's one and not the previous days. Maybe I'm being dramatic but those things brought comfort to me and I like to read back on them. You can put everything (except the symptoms page and basic functions) behind a paywall but not my dear daily messages from the app. 💔💔💔
Women supporting women (from behind a pay wall)
Stop asking me to do stuff like pick a tarot card if you’re gonna tell me it’s behind a pay wall. Nearly all of the features you have to pay for. Stop messing with me in my luteal phase you should know this. I’m so close to deleting this app
laggy as heck
Suuuuuper laggy takes at least two minutes for it to load the startup screen and it remains laggy from there. It’s accurate about half the time but never exactly.
Actually useful
I’ve used many of the other apps and they don’t even compare to this app. I would recommend it to anyone interested. Why not try it out?
Scared me and im never using again
For some reason, it was default to a 28 day cycle. Look buddies, my uterus doesnt follow tha damned moon. It follows the GREGORIAN CALENDAR. So i had non penatrative outercourse and it said i was 3 days late and I went into a panic. Turns out my cycles are not 28 days long, but 30-32, and I was actually NO days late. Never using again
Inaccurate Cycle Analysis
There is a discrepancy with the cycle tracking. The follicular is too short which is scientifically inaccurate and the ovulation is longer. This had been happening for some months. I wonder if there will be any changes made to it

So just updated app, wow can’t go into past to add a log of things that u felt/ happened can only add on day of. (Have to pay subscription otherwise) u used to be able to, as a night shift worker this is annoying we should at least be able to “look into the past” by one day … if it gets worse I’ll probably switch apps again smh.

Love it but paid only feels like a mistake
Stardust is beautiful and I love the function but it would be nice to keep some of the insights open to free users. Keeping them all only open to paid feels a bit disingenuous somehow and doesn’t align with the brand.

Decent App
Used to be good and work very well but recently it's been crashing every single time I open it, I can't even input my period on there because I have a solid 20 seconds to put it in and save it before it crashes. I've cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled, updated it completely, etc and it still does this. I don't even have enough time to see my past period data to put it into another app :/

Predictions are wildly inaccurate
So far I have logged 5 cycles through the app, and it still isn’t understanding that my cycle is on the longer end. It consistently estimates my period to come at least a week earlier than any other app. It doesn’t seem to use previous cycle data to actually predict when MY period will be based on MY previous cycle lengths.

Good in theory, mediocre execution
I love an app that’s made by women, for women. I wanted to give Stardust a chance because I’m always looking for a nice, free period tracker that actually has information other than “your period will come in 5-7 business days.” I read some reviews before downloading and I have to agree, the social media ads are quite sexist towards men, which I’m not a fan of. Looking past that, I really don’t like that one of the first things to pop up upon download was a paywall. The app description said the app was free, the social media ads rave about how there’s absolutely no cost. I don’t think it’s worth paying 10$ a month for it to remind me that I’m craving chocolate today. I like the vibe of the app though.

New update
Ive been using the app for years but they just got a new update that changes the fact you can’t see which phase of your cycle you’re in and when to expect what phase. Now it only shows daily, it’s been getting worse each update should’ve kept it simple and the same from the start. If it’s not broken don’t fix it…

Lacks consideration for people with irregular periods
I have extremely irregular periods and usually have 90-120 day cycles. The app is pretty much useless to me because it won’t let me input cycle predictions that lasts longer than 40 days. It also says I’m in luteal phase for 70+ days because it refuses to predict delayed or irregular ovulation. I would rather support a women-made app like this one but at this point I actually prefer the fitbit app because it gives way better predictions of my irregular cycles.

Not TTC Friendly
I had originally downloaded this to track my cycle and had no issues with it, even enjoyed the little insights each day. When I swapped my purpose to trying to conceive I found those little insights each day to have a WILDLY different tone. Those notes felt unsupportive, almost negative at times and made me feel bad for wanting to test early, as most people early in their ttc journey are excited to do. I’ll be deleting and finding something that’s more neutral in tone and doesn’t make me feel crazy for wanting to be excited during this time. Crazy to think this was built by women with how tone deaf this area of the app is.
Laggy
This app takes so long to load sometimes and it’s very laggy and I like that the app tells me what phases I’m in but I don’t want it to take 3 days
ADHD’ers dream!
Every part of this app captures my attention. It has to be fun and interesting for an adhd girly to keep up with her cycle. Otherwise, it’s a lost cause. SO grateful to Stardust, truly. I’ve never been more on top of my monthly rhythms.
No refund
Disappointed in this app. I got a free trial and then I forgot to cancel it and I asked for a refund and they say that I can’t. It’s not at all compatible with somebody who is starting g perimenopause. It keeps sending me messages like oh no when’s that period coming? And it’s quite annoying. I don’t think this app is worth $45. Don’t get the free trial. If you forget to cancel, they won’t give you your money back.

It’s really inaccurate
I rarely leave reviews but I really suggest you don’t waste your time with this app. I have put so many logs into this tracker, but it always gets the approximate week of my period wrong. I got another period tracker and put in one log, and it accurately predicted my period for the next month. My periods aren’t even irregular so it does NOT make sense why it’s so inaccurate. It’s the main function of the app for goodness sake. Also, I just don’t like the selection of symptoms.
Bug to fix
Hey! I love your app, it's my fave, but lately i've been trying to add my girlfriend as my partner so we could track each other's cycles, but she never gets the follow request & neither do i even tho it says the request was sent!! I hope that can be fixed 🩷 Thank u!!

I love this app so much. It’s the only period tracker I use, and it is fantastic. I’ve been using Stardust since May 2025, almost a full year now. I use the free version without premium or any paid add-ons, and it works great without me having to spend a cent. It’s been good at predicting my cycles, and I love the option that my friend and I can see each other’s cycles. I like the cute little messages in the notifications. Overall, this is the best period tracker.
Lost years worth of tracking
I got this app about a year ago & transferred all my info from another period tracker app. I’d often somehow get logged out, but was always able to log back in. However, this recent time when I logged back in all my years worth of tracking was erased. I’ll be finding a different tracking app to use now.
Cycle always wrong
I must be doing this wrong yet I cant figure out how, but no matter what I do, it always says my cycle is 18 days long, and that my follicular phase is non-existent. It says I go from period straight into ovulation. I know this is wrong, as every month I get my period 2 weeks after the app says I should have gotten it. My whole life Ive gotten my period once a month, yet this app randomly decided that I actually get it every 2 weeks. There’s no point in using this app now because it never properly predicts my period anymore.
It’s okay
I don’t mind this app, I like that it’s very informative. But the actual TRACKER is not very good, it doesn’t update its predictions based on my past cycles. For example, my cycles have been 40 days long for MONTHS, and it still keeps predicting them being like 25 days and then telling me I’m late every time. Good for logging, learning, but not predicting.
