Satisfied so far
Installing 4 FamVia cameras with Septekon app. After first camera setup, other three connected much, much faster and easier. Quality of picture not as clear as expected but adequate for my purposes. If budget allowed, would choose another camera; however, Septekon app is easy to use and would continue to use if cameras were upgraded.

Easy to use app but the downfall is you get quad screen with no options to add more cameras to a multi screen .The cameras gives you a free trial to the cloud and at £5.99 a month after trial you can add 3 cameras to this package but if like me and have 4 cameras or more you have to subscribe to the other package at £15.99 a month .make a multi screen to add 5 or more cameras for this I rate it 2 stars .WE WANT MULIT-SCREEN NOT QUAD

It’s not bad but the only thing is you can’t skip the video on some models unless you go to the live footage and scroll sideways to the time stamp.

Service is horrible u will not be able to speak to anyone. Cameras disconnected after a year and couldn’t reconnect but I’m still charged. Tried to cancel payment bur company keep taking money

Good & Cheap for Basic Monitoring
For the Price Tag, it’s working great on my iPhone/iOS App, instantly getting the current camera angle/situation. However, Motion detector (Person vs Others) probably not working 100% without someone making noise/sound, that defeats the purpose of Surveillance. With MicroSD memory card (upto 128gb supported) can record videos when it detects movement. It can be viewed anytime. I tested with various options, Intelligent option can be turned off (to keep it static in one angle always, better now) & Sensitivity option be adjusted for better Motion detection. I feel like the hardware/firmware are good but the Software part (AjCloud) should improve in above stated areas, for better Rating & Performance - as of 06/2024. Hopefully, hardware/firmware getting better recording on Movement capture (with AI improvement in the next year or so), then this will be well-worthy to compete with Industry Surveilance for low cost solution! App has been easy to set up, responsive and has a good quality video stream. However, on the latest update they removed the ability to review SD storage recordings, apparently to force you into their cloud service subscription. If your product includes the SD slot and was already functional, I don’t see this change as a positive, consumer friendly one…Ironically, upon verifying the SD card, the camera is still recording to it, it’s just that the ability to view the recordings (that was posible before version update) has been scrapped.
Latest version pesters you MORE to pay for cloud storage
I bought these cameras for real time monitoring. I was not interested in a monthly subscription for cloud storage. Regrettably I accepted an update to this app, promoted as enhanced performance and bug fixes. Male bovine excrement!!!! All it did was waste screen space with a button marked “Plan” which promotes cloud storage. I wish I never updated this app. Bad enough it would pester me and lead me into a page to subscribe to the cloud if I hit the wrong button, now there is another PITA button under each camera. This App now sucks IMHO. I will not buy another camera from this company now!

This company used AI to answer emails, no customer service, and blames the consumer for their faulty equipment, regardless of the fact that there are multitudes of reviews stating their equipment will not connect to WiFi or stops working. Report them to The Federal Trade Commission and then Consumer Reports with Amazon. FBI as well. These foreign companies need to be held accountable and shut down immediately!

This surveillance camera works a little, I would have to say it’s basic. when you really need to work, it doesn’t come through for you. I would have to say you get what you paid for.

This app is ok, but not as good as CloudEdge app where you can get a thumbnail picture with each alert - without extra cost! Also on iPad the camera picture cannot be viewed in landscape without it constantly rotating back into portrait!

Constantly drops wi-fi connection to as much as 5 times a day even though my broadband hub is very close. When it does work the picture quality is very good, but sadly just not reliable. Certainly do not recommend.
