Platform looks to work well, but support is horrible, they aren’t there to help when it is needed, a 30 minute on boarding which can’t even cover two items well and then they let you on your own to figure out your way, two meetings and no one yet talked about how the take offs work

Well now it seems like they have a ;lot of the program working us to pay more and more as they are jacking the prices sky high asking for extra users to use built in functions. It’s been fun time to fix

The problem is I signed up over four years ago with the promise quickbooks would be linked “soon” overpaid for what it did without it. Still not sure if it works this year yet. No compensation for not having my completed that potion of promised service.

Top dollar subscription for terrible customer service, scammed me out of $2000 cause their team communication is garbage. So if you are looking to spend money for no reason, choose Houzz. Better off with sketch or literally any other app. Terrible.

Non capisco perché Houzz non riesca a creare un’unica app per tutto. Devo usare Houzz normale per vedere le discussioni e il magazine e questa solo per i messaggi. Mi sembra ridicolo. Non avrebbe più senso fare un’app Pro dove poter vedere tutto???
BEWARE!! PAYMENT SCAM!!
After trying to cancel my free trial, the company locked me into a 12 month membership for hundreds of dollars a month with no way out. Even though I provided photos of the conversation with their support team, they said I am in the wrong and there is no way out. I am out thousands of dollars. HORRIBLE COMPANY. BEWARE.

I can’t believe it’s over $100 a month for this app. It looks like it could work great but when you can’t even rotate a toilet or freely move objects where you need them it’s ridiculous. Other on iPad and computer.

This all will charge you $329 for nothing they support team doesn’t know where are the managers, however you can’t cancel the subscription I am reaching out to Apple Store support to get this app down due to FRAUD, this is a scammers don’t ever even download this app please
I highly advise to think if you’re using Houzz pro
I highly advise against using Houzz Pro. This platform has caused significant issues for my business. They changed my plan without my permission and charged me extra fees for services I did not authorize. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. Additionally, they suspended my account, which completely cut off my access to critical project information and client details. This has resulted in losing an important client due to missed deadlines and the inability to access necessary data. To make matters worse, Houzz Pro refuses to refund the charges, even though I am clearly dissatisfied with their service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has negatively impacted my business. I strongly recommend looking for alternative platforms that respect their customers and provide reliable support.
Wrongly charged my credit card
I downloaded and subscribed to this app as it says the first month was free. I was immediately charged $99 as soon as I subscribed. I will never understand how companies just outright lie. Apple gave me my money back
Don’t subscribe.
Don’t subscribe to their plan. It’s expensive and they get contractors to compete with each other. Competition isn’t an issue when everyone is on the same level, but they allow bottom of the barrel contractors to sign up. They also tell you that they don’t get multiple contractors on one lead, but it’s not true. Trying to cancel subscription is such a hassle which is the way they i tended it to be.
Scam artists
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION. It’s safer to give your credit card to a random person on the street. Canceling is an absolute nightmare and when you think it’s over you get billed again randomly next year and once again get the complete run around like they are counting on you just giving up and writing it off again. Now I have to change all my card information and flag them as fraud to get my money back from my bank. As far as job leads I canceled because I didn’t get any at all. This company isn’t about providing leads to business, it’s entire mission statement is to get card numbers and bill them then make it an impossible task to get it back.
