Bad and good thing of ride now
It's a good thing we have this ride now app and something is very thoughtful idea it was, but sometimes the car rent and 1 euro start with it's pretty much not good but ovarol it's good app
No way to log in back
I had account there a few years ago and tried to log in back today. As soon as I enter my phone number, the app redirects me to registration. When I enter email, the app says that this email is already registered (of course it is). Ok, I entered another email, attached all documents and after review I got notification that these documents are already belong to other user. So, there is no way to log in to my old account and no chance to register again
Buggy, broke and reinstalled. Still useful
I’ve been using this actively for weeks waiting for my car to get back from the garage. First the bad, this is not polished or robust software. Have had cars I reserved disappear from the map (good luck finding that). It became so common, I started taking screen grabs when reserving to actually find them. Also, after active use the app just decided to break with an error code “bad gateway”. Good luck making your Monday morning meeting when taxis are busy and public transport does not exist. Delete and reinstall seems to work. Have worked with software for 25 years and this just smells of rushed, underfunded and tested development. Which is not cool - people depend on a mobility solution. The good. Customer support was quick to solve issues when someone left a car I had booked on a paid parking lot. Secondly, pricing is competitive and fair. I do wish they would expand the area in Nicosia to cover further south fwiw. With some work and proper UX/UI design and QA this could be a winner. Then again, there are no direct competitors in the market. Not sure if they have the drive or the capability to fix issues.
Very helpful to get round Cyprus
Saved us being stuck at platres with a limited bus service and expensive taxis. Once we got the hang of everything, it was very useful to have. Would use it again.
AVOID Not a good
Submitted all my private ID documents and guess what they got rejected. Couldn’t get access to my documents id already submitted so I’m thinking the app is a complete scam.
Overall satisfied
Very convenient for someone who doesn’t own a car but needs it for short errands or trips. It is quite costly for long distances, or parking durations for example, but in general im satisfied. I have found the cars in bad condition a few times, but they are usually good! You can always text them on whatsapp for help and get a response quickly.
Not a lot of response
I already took more than 166 rides, more than 10 days driving. Now i am living 3 kms from the home zone (Erimi). I asked 3 times to extend the home area to Erimi gardens 3 times and they are not giving importance to my request. I am sad because I am a very loyal customer and I used to like a lot their service. Now i am very dissapointed. Very sad. From Ypsonas to Erimi gardens just a couple of kilometers. Best regards. Ivan

Почему-то разлогинивает каждый месяц. Потом проблема получить код для подтвержения номера. В последний раз за 5 запросов так и не пришел код. В целом удобный сервис. Тем более что нет аналогов на острове. Машин довольно много.

Bad service
Despite cars always in bad state (problems with engine, dirty, no wash fluid), I still used it occasionally. Today I booked 7 seater, and when I wanted to park it there was a message shown that I had to park it at the very same spot where I started the rent. I checked all the info in the app and didn’t find it. Support said that I had to check it on their website, because “we can’t put everything into the app”. I had to drive all the way back and then go via taxi to another spot where I was headed initially. I think this was the last time when I used their app (and website).

They stole my money
I wasn’t allowed to start a ride because it was booked under somebody else’s account (i contacted the support to ask them about this rule and i didn’t even use the car) and they still fined me €100. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY THIEVES.

В последнее время приходится пользоваться приложением, так как моя машина недоступна. Мне удобно взять каршеринг и добраться до работы. Часто машины очень грязные, но свою функцию добраться до точки б выполняют прекрасно. Если есть необходимость, очень рекомендую. Удобно
Unreliable
It has been 3 times when I’ve faced situations of blocking my account after coming from a trip because of some small updates like adding my home address in the app. And it has been 3 times when I’m in the airport and I can’t reserve a car because the support team doesn’t operate in such hours. Absolutely unreliable

С приложением все ОК, но мало машин
Приложение хорошее, но не хватает удобной базы о прошлых поездках (хочется узнать сколько уходит денег), иногда приложение зависает, некоторые фото машин не соответствуют действительности. НО это всё не страшно, само приложение удобное. Еще мало машин, поэтому приходится ходить по 20 минут в поисках.

Shard to take cars in city center. Sometimes when you book a car you going to it and somehow the car rebooked by someone else 🤯
Very good service and cars
Been with RN for more than two years now. Their customer service over WhatsApp is very quick and responsive. The app is user friendly and easy to use. Also, they send a no-claim document upon request for car insurance purposes. Overall it’s an amazing service and I definitely recommend it for both locals and tourists.
Needs improvement
Booked a car, 4 seconds later the app charged me for 3 hours and terminated the car, someone else booked the same car immediately

Не могу зарегистрироваться
На этапе регистрации, загрузила все документы, бот написал, проверяем. Ждите 24 часа. На этом все закончилось. Дальше не прошло, в поддержку не попасть
Very Helpful and easy to use
It’s always helpful to have a car available for such a cheap rate especially when taxis are not worth it.
Useless
Can’t even sign up. Tried to get a code several times…..doesn’t work.
Not reliable. App is out of order too often
It could be good if it works. Fix the bugs! There are 3 times in a row when app is not responding with message “service is unavailable“ no matter how many times I reload the app. As a result I take a taxi.

The app is not perfect, but it gets the job done.
Can’t even sign up!
I’m not even able to sign up! I’ve entered my phone number and I do not receive the code required to go to the next stage of the sign up process! Absolutely useless! I’ve even contacted customer service, sent in my identification and I was ignored! Poor service which renders this app completely useless!

Вроде был супер сервис, которым пользуюсь уже больше 2х лет. Могли быть баги, изменения, которые не сильно нравились. Однако расширялись зоны, добавляли машины, всегда оставалась классная расположенная лицом к клиентам поддержка. Проблемы, вопросы - все быстро решалось. Последнее время (несколько месяцев) регулярно происходят какие-то сбои - машина не отвечает при завершении аренды или блокировке, или пропадает в оффлайн. И такое ощущение, что поддержка и сервис предлагают это как само по себе разумеющееся. При этом пока аренда не завершена и машина решила отключиться - деньги считаются и, по сути, будут списаны за то, что сервис не работает. И это считается нормальным, пока не начнешь ругаться в чате поддержки. Куда-то не в ту сторону развитие идет

Half Scamm
You indeed can rent the car, but if the car is parked somewhere like airport (thats what happened to us) you have to pay the parking (21€ in our case) and you DONT get you money back! You send them a picture of what you paid and they give you some credit in their App but you wont see that money! Lets day you just want to use their service once like us, you will not get your money back, not to mention that if you drop of the car at the airport you have to pay extra 10€ even if you paid the parking!

Регулярно не пускает в приложение - просто вечная загрузка. В поддержке советуют переустанавливать приложение, но каждый раз делать это невозможно.

A lot of bugs
2 stars because i already successfully use this app. But today I tried to purchase a ride - button not works, also cancel button not works too. Stop and start applications couple of time and many presses on cancel button turn off my purchase. Its funny but i waste a time. Just test your app before release.
