If you will add possibilities making the payment through your application, it will be nice idea for perfect service. I will change my rate if you will add possibility to pay through application or possibilities to top up cards.

Information is useful but Realisation is dramatic: -no live location of mine -no live location of the buses -horrible jumping between menus, weak logic and navigation -crashes on update -bus Cheryle is not actual, for example #30 last departure is 20:55 from MyMall but it drives at 23 also -navigation doesn’t use integrated layer inside of the application but uses regular Google maps so you can’t walk by route and see the bus same time for proper route -design like from early 00s but main problem is above PLEASE HIRE UI/UX 🥹 iPhone 11, latest iOS on 18.06.2025

I used this app for the first time yesterday and it worked great. No more guessing when your bus arrives🙏 A tip: enter your usual bus stops/ routes in favourites to help you quickly get the bus arrival times you need. Press the ⭐️to add a favourite.
This app is a joke
Compared to other European cities, this app is an absolute joke. Not user friendly at all. No Live tracking, wrong info display.
Topology Update fails
Report: At launch it suggests to download the updates although the application always crashes in the process iPhone 6s
No schedule and my mark on the map
After updating of the app I stopped seeing mark with my location on the map. It was very suitable to understand where are bus stops according to my location. Also I can see the schedule in the separate Schedule tab. It says that there are no trips scheduled for the date literally on every route and every day. Please fix it!
Poor app, but there is no better
- Outdated interface - From time to time requires obligatory updates that blocks UI and take several minutes to finish the process with quite good internet connection - There is no search option for bus’ list and user has to scroll the huge list to find the info for exact bus number - contains incorrect info for some buses that bus is not available but in real it does available
Nice update
Great job with update 1.3.0. The app has become much more pleasant to use. And it seems that now there are no problems with updating the topology of routes.
Useless
Not user friendly. Stops cannot be found on search tool. Planning a trip is not easy. Not an option to purchase a ticket in the app
Accurate and User friendly app!!
You can easily find the nearest bus stop, according to your current location and both the bus line that you need to take, depending on your destination, in Cyprus ( working for Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos at the moment). In the first place you open the app, it may takes a few minutes for updating data. However, this is not happening every time that you open it. The next time, updating information probably are gonna take a few seconds!!
Very buggy and hard to use
The app was apparently made by a couple of starving students in two days. The quality is very poor, UX is unusable. The app is very hard to use, has to many load screens and too few actually useful features. Would be better if the government just collaborated with Google and other big map providers.
App not working
It has been amazing for the past year but now not working. Data not loading message. The wifi and 4g work well so it must be the app. Please fix it.

I can’t see my location on the bus route map, please bring it back! Thank you, five starts for motivation.

Δε δείχνει καμία επιλογή για δρομολόγια, ανοίγει το google maps όπου δεν είναι καταχωρημένα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Έχει πέσει ο server τους αλλά φαίνεται ότι δεν υπάρχει διάθεση να διορθωθεί το πρόβλημα

User friendly and simple to use. All info I was looking for was available. I could mark favorites of the bus stops which helps to keep information for later. Also found various intercity trips I didn’t know about. The busses seem to come as shown in the app. I’m very happy that there is such app in Cyprus!
Planner not working
After typing in a location in the journey planner just get error message ‘cannot load search results’. Not possible to enter start or destination making the planner unusable.

Directions is not working which is the main thing everyone wants by this app. It’s also badly designed.
very accurate and accurate information
patiently as they informed me that now all the details are coming for all of Cyprus, I used it in Nicosia and it helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time under the sun. in the phone they were very polite!!!
App isn’t working
Προσπάθησα να κατεβάσω την εφαρμογή δυο φορές. Και τις δυο φορές έχει κολλήσει στο Home tab και φορτώνει επ αοριστον αναγράφοντας “Updating Information”. I tried downloading the app twice. Both times the app got stuck on the Hone tab and kept loading forever showing an “updating information” message. Fix it already!!
