The best
100% The best in cyprus , best cars and good drivers 👍
It does not work like it has to
Takes forever to open, sometimes I can’t order a taxi because it won’t open or stay stuck when trying to make an order
The most broken app ive ever used(
The developers are not improving the application. Due to GPS blocking on the island, the order cannot be made. Besides this, the application has broken Ui and logic.
Mr A
Fix your goddamn app, it doesn’t even show when the order has need picked up and you cancel a ride without knowing the driver is on his way to pick you up.
What Cyprus needed
As a long time Islander, and a person in need of frequent drives. I have to say that, this app is the best out there. Even in heavy traffic hours the time needed to wait and find a ride is impressive. Clean cars, respectful, and helpful personnel, most drivers are bilingual and the rides follow the fastest and most comfortable routes there are. Would recommend for daily use and even for visiting the island as a tourist.
1 star — Scam app, beware!
This is not a real taxi service — it’s a scam. I requested a taxi, tried to cancel, the app froze and didn’t show any driver assigned. Later they charged me the full €10 fare for a ride I never took, and refused to refund it! This is unacceptable and dishonest. I will never use this app again and don’t recommend anyone to do so.
Tricky pricing
A lot of cars, but prices are 30-40% higher each time from the application price.
ALFA
D
Drivers didn’t read comments. After contacting customer support, they unilaterally increase the price of an already completed trip
Verification code
I cannot get a verification code for sign in. Could you check and fix it?
Cyprus was great
Alfa has best cars, soft ride, always on time. Strongly recommend you use ALFA CY!
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work with mobile internet. IPhone 14 Pro Max. Splash screen appears and that’s all
Needs improvement
Although the program has a user-friendly interface, its geolocation accuracy leaves much to be desired. It often sets the starting point of your route in the wrong location, usually around 200 meters away. Unfortunately, you can only notice this after your order is placed and the app shows your starting point on the map. To change the meeting spot for your taxi, you have to cancel your order and start the process all over again, which can be very inconvenient.
Bravo
Keep going
Trash
This new system when drivers are forced to follow the route from the app - nonsense! Fire the one who come up with this idea. This is wrong, things like this should not exists, hope your company goes broke
Can't register!
You can't register if you can't receive an small text message! This is such a basic but not uncommon error. Offer the option to receive an email.
Great app, fast car pick up arrival
The app has great features, the drivers are always polite and the car gets at your pick up address much faster than other taxi services on Cyprus (usually no longer than 2-5 minutes, even during busy hours (morning and evenings) Cars are nice and clean and mostly new
Bad service
Rude drivers. Orders are canceled with money debited.
