Best airline app
I was surprised to experience. This was the best airline app I’ve ever used. Once you check in which was so easy then you have different options for how you want to download your ticket like text email print, Apple wallet etc. 10 out of 10 - fantastic job!

Alles funktioniert. Lediglich der Login könnte zusätzlich in die App integriert werden. Bisher muss man dies auf der Webseite außerhalb der App durchführen.
Not working properly
Couldn’t buy a ticket, says no more place then shows the same ticket I have to enter all details and then same again. Also no multi-city tickets, one day use and already extremely disappointed

APP UPDATES
The app logged me out of my account after an update and I can't receive an email with a link to change my password because it was never sent to my email.
Just pretty bad
App takes you to web page for SSO, never works. Wants you to complete personal data, but it does not save it once you do it. Does not keep your flights in app, even during active travel. Really bad coding.

Not Working
It does not accept your documents information for online check-in, even if the information written is correct. The app needs more improvements.

It would be great if you guys added details about the actual booking - what is the luggage allowance for the specific ticket that was bought and it would be great to be able to book extra services right from the app

Ich habe nichts zu meckern. Alles verständlich und funktioniert wie es soll.
Unfinished and unstable!
App wrongly interprets scanned data and may autofill wrong info. Fill out all data manually. Every time you try to add passengers for easy access later the app keeps resetting some info - US phone number becomes Canadian, it merged two passenger info into one, after some work to clean everything up - now the app keeps showing my birth date on 13th of the month but when I go to correct it - it is how it should be - 14th of the month. Selecting the dates is extremely sensitive and feels sometimes like a joke - moving the sliders up and down will inevitably move things way too much and it is infuriating. The website is even worse - I cannot edit my info because I must set if I am Mr, Mrs, or whatever - that option is blocked for editing… like everything in Serbia - it has a pretty facade but is unfinished and barely functional. I will have to check in at the airport. Serbian translation was obviously done through Google translate - some things make no sense and the wording is not something you will never hear people say.

Aplikacija je izgleda bas dobro, ali ima neki probleme: 1. Ne mogu da se loguem do privatnog account-a sa emailom, aplikacija kaže šta lozinka je pogresna (ali sve je pravo) 2. Nije se čuva broj bukinga u check-in-a i u kontrolu za buking 3. Ikonica mapi za funkciju ‘add to wallet’ u karti za bording to je bas čudan izbor

Cannot cancel without penalty under 24hr - misleading information
Most airlines support free cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing a ticket, bur Air Serbia doesn’t (outside the USA) — even though their website details suggest they do. I waited an hour with AirSerbia support on the phone with no escalation option and told I’m not eligible for a refund and would only get $79 back, even though I tried to cancel my booking less than 12 hours after booking it

Ne postoji opcija da se karte dodaje u wallet iako u opisu aplikacije ovde piše da može.

Can’t process payment!
In 2023 and 2024 I didn’t have this issues but this year I’ve been trying to complete booking for the flight however payment screen isn’t processing failing to process the payment.

Avoid at any cost
They deserve-5 stars, every ticket purchase they try to rip you off. I’ve bought ticket on Air Serbia site, from Chicago to Belgrade, with layover in New York, one checked luggage allowed, second one you must pay twice, reason because it’s one American Airlines second Air Serbia. No other airline does that. Thic is my last flight with them. I’d rather travel with Somalia air.
Can't cancel the flight in the app!
Airserbia app is quite nice, I like it, I was able to purchase tickets easily and search for some flights. However, there is definitely a big improvement missing: It is impossible to cancel the flight in the app or in the website! For such a simple operation I had to call them and wait for the answer for 24 minutes. This seems to be very unnecessary. Airserbia, please improve it, help to safe time for your clients and for your employees in the call-centers. Just allow ticket refund right in the app or in the web ( of course for the tickets with a refund option)
App is just basic and is not fully functional
App never updates with gate or change in flight status/time.
Perfect direct flight JFK/Belgrade
I’ve used AirSerbia over 10 times traveling to Belgrade from JFK. I have not had a bad experience. The service has always been great! Their direct flight from JFK to Belgrade from New York City is typically at 7:30 pm, which makes it perfect to sleep throughout the flight.
Horrible app
Old app was bad, new app is horrible. Unstable and crashes often. Login doesn’t always work. Password auto fill is not working at all. Data and documents filled for your profile on web has to be reentered for the app from the scratch. UX is completely wrong and unintuitive throughout the app. There is no option to add boarding pass to the Apple Wallet and they don’t send it over email if you check in with the app (they do send it together with Add to Wallet link if you check in on web). There is no option in the app to request boarding pass to be sent via email. When I have reported these issues they told me to be at the airport 2h before the flight to do everything at the counter because it’s not working in the app. So if you check in with app and you stay without Internet access at the airport, no boarding for you. Horrible and useless…
Bank code
I couldn’t buy a ticket because for payment approval I needed to open a banking app and see the code. When I’m back to the app it doesn’t allow me continue and endlessly loading something, so I had to start again, the result I could buy the ticket.

What’s the point of this App?
The App is pointless. Zero flight updates, your boarding pass is not available, no gate info… there are no useful features. My flight was supposed to leave over an hour ago and I have no idea what is going on. Do not bother downloading.

Aplikacija radi kao pre 10 godina, sve baguje, tri puta kucam iste podatke za check in i gubim vreme. Sramota.
Smooth checkin using the app
Downloaded the app, scanned the passport and I’ve been able be ready for my international flight in few minutes. Pleasantly surprised by the great user experience
Neprofesionalno i prokleto
Trenutno sam saznala da je mome bratu i njegovoj ženi pokradeno većinu ličnih stvari iz prtljaga koji je kasnio dvije sedmice. Znam da nema nikakve veze sa aplikacijom ali bio bi red da se zna. Znate naplatiti a ne znate poštovati svoje putnike. Nemate baš najbolji rekord, u mojoj familiji naročito relacija Čikago-Srbija. Stalno problem sa prtljagom, šta se to dešava?

Does this app work ever!?
I would like to use this app for when I use Serbia Air, however it doesn’t let me log in ever. I have tried for over a week and nothing. The password is correct, I can log onto the webpage with it, but nothing. Is it safe to say this app does not work?
Frustrating for booking
The app looks nice, but it’s frustrating to make a booking. App resets your complete process (making you to search and select flights, enter ALL passengers details, select seat...) if you move the app to the background (switch to another app and go back).
