Good Review
I recently booked air tickets using this app. Everything happened quickly and conveniently. The app is good and convenient.
Error
Great
Very convenient app for planning trips. Quickly found good options for hotels and flights, the search works smoothly. Created an order without any problems, everything is clear and fast. Really helpful for travel booking.
A Trusted Service
When I need to find a ticket quickly, I use City Travel. It has a convenient search feature, a wide selection of airlines, and makes it easy to book and get an e-ticket.
Great value service
The best solution for buying affordable tickets—and it really works. A trusted service with a convenient search feature for specific dates and airlines, making it easy to book and receive your e-ticket.
Low prices
It often comes in handy when I need to find a ticket at a good price in a hurry. I just select the date I want and book the ticket. I pay right in the app—I’ve never had any issues, and everything works perfectly.
Worst experience with a flight booking app
I had a terrible experience with City.Travel. I paid for a round-trip flight and never received my ticket. My account access was revoked shortly after booking, and all my attempts to get support were ignored. I only got a response after escalating the issue through Skyscanner — but instead of fixing the issue, City.Travel claimed they hadn’t received the payment. I sent them proof of payment, and my bank confirmed the money was debited and still with City.Travel. To this day, I’ve received neither a ticket nor a refund. I’ve now been forced to file a chargeback with my bank to try and recover the funds. Poor communication, zero accountability. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
Good
The app is easy to use. I can book tickets and hotels right away; the search is simple and doesn't take much time.
A great app
I regularly book tickets through City.Travel; it’s convenient to pay directly in the app and receive an e-ticket. There are always options available, and the search filter is user-friendly. I’ve used it many times, and it never lets me down.
Easy to use
Simple, easy to use. Found flight deals quickly. Recommend 💪

No customer service available
It’s very hard to get a hold of someone
