Surprisingly good
It is not most fancier UI (at least it’s updated for larger screens and new model 15pro max) but it worked like a charm for me. The whole check in process from choosing seats to downloading boarding tickets to my Apple Wallet worked without any issues or lags.
Terrible
Worst app I’ve ever experienced. Could not be worse, lol. Seriously. Impossible to check-in. Built like it’s from 1980s, very dated. Not good.
Macht was sie soll
Die App erfüllt Ihren Zweck. App ist nicht komplett intuitiv, aber auch nicht zu kompliziert. Check-in könnte etwas verbessert werden, aber es funktioniert.
Useless App
Checkin forwards you to Checkin site that is not responsive design. Unusable on mobile. Star Alliance Member???
Missing more descriptive error messages
The font could use a better styling and size. Error message are to vague and generic and lack more descriptive messages of what you are doing wrong.

Svaki put uvijek isto. Pokušavaš obaviti check-in u vrijeme kako piše na aplikaciji, ne možeš. Svaki put traži ponovno skeniranje osobne/putovnice iako si dokumente spremio 10ak puta. Spremiš rezervaciju ali nedaj Bože da bi ta rezervacija ostala sačuvana. Ne znate napraviti običnu aplikaciju, a di ćete tek unaprijediti vozni red i da ste bar jednom točni po voznom redu.
Napokon
Napokon korisna aplikacija. Molim Vas da rijesite napokon check-in proces sa Dubrovackog aerodroma. Dosta je vise NIKO sistema i komplikacija.
iPad support please
Would like to see support for the iPad in landscape mode so I can still use my keyboard.

Really easy to use and expedited the online-check in process. I encountered no issues whatsoever using the app

Popunim profil osobnim podatcima ali kad se bukira let sve treba ispunjavati ponovno, svaki put ispočetka. Nema auto fill, Ili login opcije. 🤡

But you urgently need to offer another currency than HRK, otherwise no one can understand how much it costs.

Booking reference glitch
The app does remember family name but not the flight’s booking reference, so every time you want to retrieve your booking, you have to type the booking reference again, which is opposite to what the purpose of the app should be.

So many errors and so many complications which are not needed. Please copy app from other airlines since this is 19th century logic.

Good start, needs more polish though
It’s nice to have an app for Croatia Airlines and this is an okay start. I managed to book 2 flights using this app. What I’d like to see is support for newer iPhone screen dimensions like iPhone X and iPhone XS Max and support for iPads. I’d also like to see added support for Apple Pay as a payment method.

Užas
Što bi trebali unaprijediti? Sve. Let je bio grozan. Cijeli avion se tresao i zujao tokom cijelog leta (2 sata). Let je kasnio skoro 40 minuta. Avion je u lošem stanju, sjedala su izrazito mala i neudobna te se također koža sa njih ljušti. U avionu sam vidjela 4 muhe, nije higijenski. Jedino pozitivno je bila besplatna čaša vode i ljubazno osoblje. Nisam gori let doživjela, a platila sam ga 230€. Nepotrebno skupo za ovako loše uvjete. Poradite na svemu. Ponajviše na činjenici da vam se avioni užasno tresu (ne mislim na turbulencije) i zvuče kao nešto između ručnog miksera i usisavača. Imala sam skoro panični napadaj. Užas.
Check in feature needs an update
The app doesn't keep passenger document information in the memory which really prolongs and complicates the check-in process.

Love the new update. Scan of the documents inside the check-in procedure is pretty easy and on the fly!
No Apple Pay
App is outdated with no Apple Pay. Clicked on “book flight” and only the next 3 days came up. I had to use another link to try and book the flight.

Useless App Designed By A Toddler
The people who designed this rubbish app need to speak to someone at EasyJet in order to understand which functions an airline app actually needs. Trying to check in is a nightmare as this rubbish app does not recognise any of your booking details.

Continue button not visible
Cant do online check since the continue button on the selecting passengers cannot be seen on iphone 6s
Only useful in Croatia
All prices are in Croatian currency! No way to change it making it pointless to own outside of Croatia. If I have to exit the app and use a currency exchange myself then I might as well use google all the way. I don’t understand lazy single minded developers that don’t create experiences for users, instead they do what is easier for them. App deleted and customer lost.
Not functioning app.
Stopped working when needed most. Airline should care more about its customers, as error continues for long.
