I've attempted to add my credit card multiple times, and it keeps saying "Network Error". After researching, this seems to be a common frustration.
Bug
I added the destination address but it doesn’t show at the taxi drivers end (UI), eve though for the end customer the destination address is a mandatory field in order to be able to make the request in the first place. A taxi driver pointed this out and told me that cause of this some drivers don’t pick cetain passanger which explains a lot.

Kadnila vise puta na posao, pise da ce doc za 20min pa zovu naon 50min i kazu da je guzva pa ce kadnit doce za minutu (guzva s avoznjama ne u prometu jel). Plus niko nece prihvatit voznju a kad prihvate cekam vise od pol sata d aju prihvate.
Problem with expenses
First the problem was GPS didn't work apparently then the price I paid was different then stated on the app.

I was ripped off my a driver who double charged me. App support is non existent. Don’t use this app.
TEHNIKALIJE
Predlažem poboljšati sistem u pogledu kad se korisniku dodjeli vozac, ali vidis da je ETA 15+ min i otkazes vožnju, ali se to ne prihvati i vozac i dalje dođe pa ispada kao da si ga sjebo. Desilo mi se dva puta iako sam nakon dodjele otkazao u aplikaciji.
Barely functional
Selecting a start location later than your phones current location is impossible. Drivers still call and need directions and confirmation, probably because the application doesn’t allow for pickup location selection. Arrival times are never correct.
Ausbaufähig
Dis App an sich funktioniert ganz gut. Nervig ist nur dass man zwingend die Straße wissen muss in der man sich befindet und nicht einfach durch gedrückt halten eine Stecknadel setzen kann. Import aus Google Maps funktioniert leider auch nicht. Wenn man z.B. am Strand ist muss man bis zur nächsten Hauptstraße laufen bis man ein Taxi rufen kann. Die Fahrer sind alle sehr nett und die Preise sind auch sehr Fair. Bis auf die lästige Navigation und Routenplanung echt gut.
Easy to use
I really like it the way how it used as an easy way. Just be careful if you pay by card they will charge you when you are at the taxi.

Taxi na koji ne kožeš računat
Kad god mi je trebao taksi hitno čekao sam po pola sata da netko prihvati poziv a bilo je trenutaka kad nisam ni dočekao. Dvojku su dobili samo zato što su najjeftiniji. (ps. Ni skuplju opciju nisam dočekao)
Wrong pick up location all the time
It’s impossible sometimes to know the exact address or the app can’t find it from your current location (or misses the side of the boulevard), so please either add a possibility to - Adjust you pickup pin on the map OR - Call the driver to tell them the exact pick up location Otherwise I’m pretty happy with the availability in the area Karposh/Center/Aerodrom, and so far the drivers have been polite and cars have been clean and cigarette-smell free.

Can’t send code to US number. It loves to add an extra 1 in front of the number so the US number is +11 rather than +1. How can this kind of trash app be allowed in the App Store. A total disgrace

Wait time and area coverage
Living in Gjorce Petrov is a nightmare when it comes to wanting to drive with this company. There is never coverage in this area and even if you sometimes, somehow get a car, you wait 15 minutes minimum.
Terms and conditions
I almost never read terms and conditions, but here on registration I had to accept the terms before continuing to login. And when I clicked to read them there was no details about what terms I’m going to accept. For sure I wont accept a blank page. So unfortunately I had to uninstall the app.

Took multiple attempts to load, then couldn’t get past the phone number verification step. Useless.

I used the wrong phone number on the setup screen, and now I can’t change it, so the app is totally unusable. Even reinstall doesn’t help.

Can’t get it to work
No activation code can be sent to a US number, despite that being listed as an option. Tried 2 different numbers. Without issues used the same numbers with other Macedonian apps.
Absolutely no cars at any time!
I have been trying the app for weeks and ive only gotten a cab twice. They never pick up!
Does the job
Unlike another app I won’t mention by name that’s no good mensch, a real goober, that will lead you on endlessly with promises of salvation while never actually connecting a driver… this app brought a driver in ~3 minutes at 6am and got me to my destination (the airport) 👍 my experience was smooth, paid cash
Barely any taxi
If you can find taxi in Skopje from this app, then you are lucky!!! The drivers pick up then keep you waiting only to cancel on you after 30 minutes of waiting!!!

It says it sent the code, but it never did. Tried multiple times. Wasting my time.
Dissapointed!
The last couple of times (around 10 times) I couldnt get any taxi from the app… I don’t know if they have problem with the app, or they’re short of drivers but they have to fix that probleb ASAP.. I am recomendibg this taxi service to everyone, but if the same problem keeps I will stop calling them..
A good alternative to Uber in Ljubljana
Cammeo grew big in Ljubljana/Slovenia recently and offers numerous taxis. I never had to wait for one more than 10 mins. Cars are clean and drivers very friendly. Ordering process is easy, but you need to free register first. You can pay via credit card. One could argue that their pick of car brand - Dacia Logan - is not the most exclusive one but it helps get the job (ride) done and keeps prices low.
App doesn’t work at all
I was unable to use this app even once. I have tried on 3 separate occasions. It is limited by what it can find in search bar, and even then it will not let me finalize the ride. Completely dysfunctional and useless.
Lots of considerations for business
Cant cancel taxi. Am not able to call driver, and with new taxi services becoming available in Croatia, this isn’t even the cheapest option. Cancelling taxi is not an issue for the customer but for the business, as if something popped up the customer will just leave and the taxi driver will suffer, leading for the business to travel. Additionally entering address is not easy, and you can’t update or change it which can lead to many miscommunication, loss of revenue etc. I only gave the 2nd star because it’s cheaper than Uber which is hard to compete with, but the Cammeo taxi operation seems to be getting worse throughout the years.
