the app is useless for a normal person. who doesn’t work at wolt, or bolt food, because it’s getting abused by these delivery drivers, i havent seen one available for almost 2 months, but i see delivery drivers driving around with them all the time?!??

The Cyprus company is extremely badly run. No customerSupport, when you finally Get Someone after 3 Days they are rude and unhelpful. You can only Email. Bikes are mostly broken and dangerous, often no helmet and the police will Stop You. First they take your money and twant you to verify after which so far he been 3 days even though they say 2 Minutes. REALLY AWFUL AND NOT WORTH THE STRESS. Asked For refund .. still No reply. Ruined my transport options for my holiday. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Terrible motorcycles and service
The motorcycles are plain average. The service is absolutely unreliable. Starting with some motorcycles you reserve but can’t ride when you reach them (I assume they’re for promotional purposes only) and now apparently, after a fee months pf not using the service I need to resend all the documentation (id card, driver’s license). Ridiculous. There are far better alternatives in town like Cooltra.

Sometimes there are helmets, sometimes now. Sometimes tires are good sometime flat. Depends.
