Phone Optimisation
You guys have done an amazing job with the newest update, been able to change FPS & Quality has majorly fixed the phone optimisation issues. I choose to run the game on low and 30 FPS and my phone never overheats and have no issues whatsoever! Can get more hours in now cause I was always scared to play on my phone, amazing work guys!
Bring back the Mac client
This is a significantly worse experience than playing on my MacBook, please bring back Mac support

Автоматически игра не предлагает обновиться приходится ее удалять и заново скачивать. Иногда редко бывает, что на экране загрузки если успеешь нажать «обновить» она обновится, но 90% обновлений через удаление. Это извращение. Неужели сложно сделать нормальную версию приложения для iOS?
A Step Back
I have been a massive TFT fan since it was released. I have ranked Plat (not impressive, but takes games played) in each of the last several seasons. It is my go to mobile game. That said, the latest change to the Unreal Engine has felt like a major step back. There are tons of technical issues. It feels like I am in a beta group. The game garbles my bluetooth audio (across all running apps on my phone) about 10 minutes into a match. I feel massive delay when trying to move my character around the carousel. The delay is egregious enough that it has resulted in me running into the wrong unit and having a BAD selection. The whole game feels very choppy right now. I logged in to play the new set and found MOST of the cosmetics I had worked for and earned were missing with no explanation. Are they coming back? When? If not will I be compensated to go get new cosmetics I enjoy? Even the latest set's game design is just okay. Feels like they didn't innovate so they could focus their energies on the engine change. All in all a failed launch in my estimation. Need them to get it together soon or I'll find something else to do.

Unplayable on iPad
Very laggy and low performance on iPad since a few patches ago. I’m on m1 iPad Pro and never had issues with other games.
Please fix it
After the update, it won’t let me finish downloading the update. It’s stuck on the splash screen and won’t do anything. iPhone 15.
Quality
I have play this game a lot on pc and mobile i like it very much but would be nice on mobile to be able to change the quality and the fps i run and ipad with an M3 chip can run big game but tft is stuck on the same quality for everyone.
Terrible change
Getting rid of mortdog and shifting to an unstable engine are back to back atrocious decisions. Let alone that the cosmetic items people have paid for are currently unusable. I’m uninstalling and don’t plan on returning.

Quality of life changes appreciated
New update made performance worse (Although the performance had already taken a downturn with one or two previous updates), visually kind of a downgrade/simplification but no performance improvements. Not sure why these changes were made

Whyd yall change stuff on normal. It used to be just monsters and items and chill, now theres too much goin on. Ill still play the game nothin else like it just wish normal would stay normal. Why yall think removing one of the 5 unit shop options and replacing it with random “Modifiers” was the way to go. Its hard enought trying to figure out who im playing and what team to set up inbetweent these seasons but now yall taking even more opportunities away. Its the NORMAL mode, i want some crazy stuff ill play another game mode. Or add a classic mode……i miss the good old days.

Playing on phone got horrible
3 star because I like this game but when im traveling I have to play on my phone. Problem : it just got horrible, this game is not optimised for phones and I get it. However, how can it become that ugly ?? You were doing just right the set before !Animations, sounds, overall colours on phone got horrible, I have been playing since set 6 and it was better back then on phones. Please fix the phone gaming, I can't play like this, its not even the same feeling.

I can’t play since new season updated. Every time I open the app. It just show me the link of AppStore. And I tried deleted game and reinstalled it. It doesn’t work either.
Cool Set But New Engine Seems Rough on Mobile
I love a lot of the ui/ux upgrades that come along with the new engine but it feels like it’s trying to make my iphone battery explode with how hot it runs. I’m also not a huge fan of graphics settings causing this modern effect of everything looking the same but blurry. Surely there’s some effects and other things you can tune down for performance settings instead.

Same old Riot 🤮
Not for the players just about the money. Take things people have paid for, release a new set with some of those things recolored into the new cookie cutter styles, and put it behind another pay wall so you can buy it again. Don’t listen to players, still don’t even include an option for reporting in this janky app to make it easier to ignore them. I’m sorry for every dime I ever game riot and will never give them another.

Buggy login problems
The app right now wants me to login but when i login it says reconnect and when i say play as a guest it goes to the same login request screen

Since set 18 is out I’ve been able to connect once and play two game and as soon as I tried to connect back in the game it said I need to update the app but I already did. But otherwise great game

Super slow after 17.7 update
It became super slow after the 17.7 update, even if I’m using the default small champion and map. Before the update, everything was fine. Now my FPS < 10. Too lag to play the game, please fix. I’m using iPad Pro 5th generation

Thanks for this new update everything is Janky and weird. Even on PC the new update is pretty bad. You “fixed” the game that didn’t need to be fixed. The new set is fine but the new engine is completely horrible.

security issues with new patch
The newly added function of signing in before download is finished has a security issue. The patch download screen will have “welcome back,” + “sign-in username”+”password first few digits”. Devs need to fix this asap. Writing this from Australia.
Can’t play the game
It keeps saying to update the app which I have already done. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same message is still coming up.
FIX THE GLITCH
When I’m sorting out my planner while in queue, the match won’t pop up on my screen, I can hear the sound but not the pop up to accept. I had to click randomly and luckily it works. HOWEVER, I just encountered another one. With Ixal quest somehow I wasn’t able to select the new quest as everything was blank. Because I’m unable to choose any quest by clicking blank spaces, I couldn’t sell any champion or buy exp or do anything and it costed me my match cuz I couldn’t do anything. Please fix the bug. I’m playing on my iPad
Why is the tactician not moving according to touch location?????
I can’t select things on carousel because the tactician won’t move correctly during the carousel round?????? Why even bother to release this half finished update; incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.
