很久没玩了，最近下回来玩还是挺好玩的，但是排队太久了排了十几分钟都排不到人。

If you can somehow make bots come into our matches instead of us just sitting around waiting and waiting and waiting for real players I promise you you will see a up sale because I have sat and waited for hours and I mean six hours just waiting to get into a match and never did.

I never knew this game before until watching falling tink your smile. Which made me want to play this game and I love how you could make team and friends on this and love that it makes me wanna continue playing!
Lag used to not be this bad
I used to be able to play without lag. Now with the update, this is unplayable.

Lag issues
I love the game and its gameplay, the skins, the stories, everything is good except the lag, the lag in na server is SOO bad that I can barely enjoy the game let alone play it properly. I also think the reason why most people aren’t playing the game is due to the issue of lag, I would love to keep supporting and playing this game, so I hope the lag issue gets fixed!
Great game, matchmaking is too slow
Not really your fault but the matchmaking is horribly slow. I love the game, its very well made but the matchmaking takes way too long. Like if you get a match within 30 minutes thats crazy lucky kinda slow. Apart from that I have legitimately 0 complaints about this game.

Great game but why is there never anyone on and I mean never? I played 2 or 3 matches and haven’t been able to play again because nobody on.

OK, so I just download it, but it was so long for me to Join the fight I had waiting for three minutes and this is so long, but the characters are so cute and handsome

Actually enjoyable.
I don’t usually play these types of games, but this game in particular is genuinely spectacular. It’s fun and simple, the characters are fun to play and the beginner characters that are given can be strong enough to last a while in fights. I just wish match making wasn’t so long, but that’s practically my only complaint, thank you for creating this magnum opus.

Need more players
Great game, just no players in NA. Need to either get more players or figure out the matching algorithm. It is a huge waste of time trying to queue for 30 mins only to play 15 mins. This is a moba game, what happens when you can’t play other players in moba? The Game dies.

Game matching
The game is very good I like the graphics and the characters, the daily rewards are nice and the way the game play out while you in a match is so smooth now finding a match in casual goes so fast don’t gotta wait fr but for rank it’s not like that and I just reinstall this app yesterday hoping that all these years the game would get better and it did but I be wanting to up my rank and find real deal matches cause casual just not doing it for me

Queueing up for normal or ranked takes eons. Literally dead no matter what time I try to play this game.
Merit
Love the graphics and characters. I think there could be an alteration to the deduction portion of merit. Because bad wifi, shouldn’t warrant a massive deduction, no one would be able to play well if their game kept cutting every few seconds.
Profile deleted + No Support
I absolutely love this game but one day I decided to play and my data was simply erased and unable to be recovered. I spent plenty $ on it. Had my Favorites unlocked Sesshomaru/Inuyasha and many others and the support team did nothing to help me at all. Haven’t played it since after playing it for 3+ years.

I absolutely love this game graphics and the characters. I have deleted and downloaded this again and again from time to time because it is such a good game, but the lack of people makes it really hard to get in matches. I hope more players will find this hame so I can play more often.
Take action seriously
I have been playing this game for like almost 6years.. every year ,the developers never listening to their players is getting worse.. I’ve been matching with a lot of toxic players who can play one role (poorly) and when I reported never takes action,never. That is the reason why sea server is dying and most players are attracted to other MOBA game.please fix the match matching system and report system.. the game is beautiful but the toxic player, the developers who don’t listen to players problem and only focusing on making more skins makes this game ugly.
Waiting time to get a match is too long
The first few matchmaking times are like seconds and after that if you want to play pvp or ranked the waiting time is like 10-15 minutes and most of the times you still won’t get any match. Maybe it’s because of lack of number of players or something else. It’s a good game but to wait for like 10-30 minutes just for one match is crazy.
Dead Server
I love this game because of its stunning graphics. Sadly, the player count is just too low on the North America Server. I have to go to an Asian Server just to get a match.

ONE HOUR QUEUE AND NO ONE.
Ghost. Queue for more than one hour frequently and no matchmaking. No one is playing. And devs do nothing to fix it. They dont care about other players set apart ASIAN severs.
MatchMaking Issue
I Like the game but if you just started playing like me its hard to rank up in early stage cause the matchmaking will take some time more like 5-10 mins I really like the game but admin please fix this

Lovely game when I used to play back in 2021 but…
I have so many memories of playing this game. Firstly I want to say how much I love the art and the characters and how much variety there is with all of the characters abilities 😊 This game will forever hold a special place in my heart but.. this game has some serious matchmaking problems that basically makes the game unplayable even if you queue up with a full lobby. Please fix systems so it’s easier for people in non-asian servers to play and perhaps finding a way to maybe make the game more active again? It’s such a shame to see the game turn out like this as I only picked it up again this week from having years long hiatus

Fun game to play if you can ACTUALLY find a match in NA server, switched to asia server and lost all my progress and ping was ridiculously high

Really love this game, so fun to play but it takes so long to find a match in the NA server. I love the skins and the models of the characters and all of them are so fun to play as
Terrible matching
The game characters design and graphics are excellent but finding a match takes forever. You could go hours without finding a match, whether casual or ranked mode. Thought they will fix it eventually but it’s hopeless. This game is doomed.
