Terrible and Scammy
It’s very concerning that even the call centre can advise that the App Store has apps which impersonate MTN Momo SA app. I tried registering on the app so that I can use it in Ghana and selecting the button to send money takes one to a website and apparently that website is also a scam
Easy to use
I love the fact that you can use the momo app even if you are not an MTN user.
Not loading
The app updated hours ago for bugs and fixes, it’s still not allowing me to log in, this literally happened almost every month and it’s disheartening
Blocked
Guys, I’ve been trying by all means to unblock my account, I even went to call MTN agent for assistance. But I was told to go back to my app and then verify my account. But to my surprise, there’s no options to select from. How am I supposed to sort this issue out? I wouldn’t be coming here if I hadn’t tried other alternatives here! Please assist.

Issues @quickloan options
Currently experiencing issues with the quick loan options. Usually works perfectly but not anymore
Pin
I have been struggling to reset my pin. I had to delete it. No assistance from call centre too. Defeated
MTN MoMo/Qwikloans
I have been using the MTN MoMo app and I love how convenient it is. It has MoMo Qwikloans which are such a lifesaver for just minor financial problems. I love how you can also receive, transfer and buy airtime on the same app? I love this app would definitely recommend it.

Complaint
I have never registered for MoMo but when I try to register it says my ID number and cellphone number has been used to register , I called for assistance but they didn’t help at all . I wrote multiple emails and got no response.
Awesome
I have been using this MoMo app since 2024 June and I am still using it. I have been using it for airtime and data but I heard about the Qwikloans from the campaign I was doing for MTN. The benefits that stand out are, there is no waiting time, and you can get funds in 24hrs. And interest rates are low as 10%. MoMo Qwikloans is a good initiative to help people with their financial needs. And I would definitely recommend MoMo Qwikloans to anyone 🤩🙏
I want my money
It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve been calling you guys everyday with no solution. I cashed out money to my bank account on the 27 of February 2026 and still today I haven’t got it. I want my money right now.

Review of the MTN MOMO App
Review of MTN MoMo App I've been an MTN user for several years and started using the MTN MoMo App a few months ago. My first impression of the MoMo Play & Win feature was how fun and user-friendly it is. It's exciting to have a chance to win amazing prizes just by completing daily transactions. My favorite part is the variety of rewards available, especially the data bundles and cash prizes. They make using the app even more rewarding. I definitely plan to keep playing every day and would absolutely recommend the MTN MoMo App to anyone looking for a convenient way to save money, stay connected, and have some fun.
MoMo app
If I have to install this app again because it doesn’t open…when I tried to open & use it without data then when I do have network it still stays on the blank white screen & I have to delete it & install again, then I’m not gonna install it again after I’ve deleted it! They should install live “chat” for support, it’s crazy that u have to call for support on he phone while u on the app they should have someone helping u via chat for quick convenience support
Excellent Features On App
I’ve been an MTN user for 4/5 years now and I was introduced to MTN MoMo App last year but I’m so obsessed with it you’d think I’ve known it since birth. I like the new feature of MoMo Play and Win and if you were doubting whether to get the app this is your sign!!
Bundle purchase
I’ve been trying to purchase the R49 5GB anytime and 5GB night bundle and it never works. Cash in or yellowbucks transaction won’t go through. I’m just a student trying to purchase data.
MTN MOMO
