Kitchen
From day one we have experienced excellent customer service and support throughout our purchase of our new kitchen. All the staff have been really helpful. Delivery was excellent. Both delivery men were very helpful getting all our white goods in along with the rest of the kitchen items. Would definitely recommend them. This is our is our 2nd kitchen purchase from Wrens

Awful app doesn’t work drove us to despair and IT don’t know how to fix it gave up in the end
Good app all round
Pretty good app all round with the kind of information I’d expect to see. Useful features I can imagine for ordering replacement parts (not that I’ve had to use it). The only information that would be useful in here that’s not included is if you’ve arranged a waste collection through Wren ie. getting your fridge/freezer removed as extra - that’d be good to see when that’s scheduled for in the timeline. Additionally it’d be cool if the contact details for the folks doing the additional/wet fit was in there too so it’s all in one place.
Round in circles
The app is great for seeing your new kitchen or bedroom in 3D but the practicability of then getting in touch with issues post installation via the app as the website recommends just goes round and round in circles. The external weblink then asks you to sign in to the app again and honestly, no idea on how to actually get in touch via the app. Poor CX and needs looking at urgently as it’s frustrating when all comms point to the app.
Useful App with some glitches
We downloaded this App when we ordered our new kitchen. It’s been helpful to look at updates and quickly find some documentation as we’ve proceeded through the journey to our kitchen. We have now received and are well into the installation of the kitchen and awaiting the worktops to be fitted. The app has been useful for looking at installation guides and ordering replacement parts with real ease. There are some niggles with dead ends when looking at instructions and having to come completely out of the app when you select the wrong guide as there is no back button. There’s also room for more to be on there such as messaging in relation to deliveries or appointments. Overall it’s been. Wry handy to have. We are still working towards our finished kitchen so I cannot judge it right to the end but happy so far.

Useless
Absolutely useless app. It only shows your order and progress with a timely reminder of cost and balance! Don’t bother looking for design photos or 3D..I can only see one in the app. Shocking.
PDF !! Sticks there
If I go into fitting etc and open a PDF it won’t let me get out , tried contact developer but can’t seem to !! So it seems I have to delete and restore to get back to start !! Or am I just being thick ? !

My phone no on the App was wrong (not on showroom record) and it cannot be corrected in App, by Customer Services or in showroom, showroom staff sent a message to relevant dept, waiting to see if it works. I arranged for kitchen to be measured and they couldn’t contact me as they were using the wrong number

I love the app being able to go on see my kitchen, also to order damaged items which is easy to do or get help on fitting the kitchen it as everything thanks
Helps keep everything on track
The Wren App for me has been brilliant. It told me what to expect at each stage of the kitchen journey and provided little hints and tips so I am well prepared. Like many others, this has been my first kitchen purchase and it really put my mind at ease. When the kitchen was delivered, i needed some minor replacments and was able to do this instantly through App! Really happy with this resource and would definitely recommend whether your a first time buyer of a kitchen or not! 😄

Pretty Comprehensive App
I downloaded the app as soon as I placed my kitchen order and it has been my ‘go-to’ for all the information I’ve needed during the journey. As I’m fitting the kitchen myself, the installation videos have been great. It’s also very easy to order replacements if needed. The only criticism I would have is there doesn’t appear to be a way of going back once I open a pdf. All I can do is close the app and start again. Other than that, I’d recommend it.

Worlds Worst App
After the recent update, nothing works, cannot login, keep getting auth error messages, deleted, reinstalled still the same, customer support never reply to emails and still cannot login to website either, all of this was solved by using a VPN, bizarre but true…

Been really pleased with Wren overall, the app is super helpful and the response from Wren has been efficient and quick - app is sometimes a little slow and glitchy but you still get everything you need from it.
Great Tool During Kitchen Refurb
I was really impressed with this app. Not complicated and gives you access to all your kitchen details. Clear presentation and easy to navigate. I used the contact function, and received prompt replies. Really well designed and useful. Highly recommend to help you feel connected and supported throughout your renovation.
Frustrated
Had to update the app, went through all the steps, but apparently my email needs to be verified!! But despite several attempts only one email arrived but the process still not complete. Have now deleted the app and all passwords. The app didn't always load properly before the update now I can't even sign in.
Satisfied Customer
We purchased a kitchen from Wren and the designer was superb. We had it installed independently. Delivery was as promised however there were some minor issues with 2 damaged units and some Small parts missing. Wren did quickly despatch all replacement items and accessories and have been helpful throughout. Install complete we are the proud new owners of a fabulous kitchen. We would happily use again.
Perfect WRENovation!
Our WREN Kitchen is perfect, it’s exactly what we wanted for our new home. Great design and style. We found the app handy to visualise in 3D and share the kitchen once we had designed, so we knew exactly what to expect. It lists a summary of all the components of the kitchen, this is useful to know if parts need replacement. If a replacement is required, you can track the delivery estimations. We paid for our kitchen in full, but the app allows customers to pay instalments at any point. There is full access to installations if doing yourself or someone else. There are also chances to win prizes if you upload your new kitchen to the Wrenovation section. Overall, we have had a good experience with Wren Kitchens and would highly recommended to other customers. 5***

The app was useful in keeping updated with the delivery. There were a couple of snags to fix and I was easily able to order the replacement parts, which were then sent out the following week. All parts are listed, as well as the plans, helping the fitter.
New kitchen 2023
Went in to Wren showroom decided on a kitchen had it designed and measured. Ordered the kitchen was advised to download the Wren app and was able to follow the process of our kitchen, helped when delivered and one unit was damaged ordered replacement via app and got a delivery date via app . In conclusion the app was a great tool to the wren kitchen experience.
Rubbish app
Downloaded the app to track orders and its rubbish. Only shows one page to book online or showroom appointments. No menu, only key at top of app is to log back out. Have reloaded app over and over and no change. Have signed in multiple times with my account and no different. Cant track orders as per their e mail telling me I can. Terrible app. Just going to delete it.
Great App
I loved using the app for quick reference and to remind myself of what the kitchen will look like. The other fantastic use of the app is the ability to reorder items after delivery. Inevitably you may have a missing door or damaged panel. The app made this super easy and saved me having to make endless phone calls. I was so impressed with this. Definitely worth downloading the app and aging all your order details in one place.
Wren’s App is so easy to use even for Seniors!
Ordered a Wren kitchen and was told to put the App on my phone !! So glad I did it was easy to manage and monitor the stages from production to install and even ordering the odd item that needed replacement. First class.
Go somewhere else!!
We were advised not to use Wren sadly this advice was correct! Once they take your money in the showroom you are on your own! Customer service is terrible, kitchen came with hinges and screws missing, bowed door, damaged panel, to make it worse the planner had made a mistake with the size of our purchased hob this was only found out when the worktop template team came but apparently that was our fault for not checking the plan! Also we wanted the hob flush in the worktop but they can’t do that! Kitchen had to be re configured at our own cost. We went to Wren for their professional advice we aren’t kitchen planners sadly they don’t take any responsibility, the customer service team are rude and unhelpful, please do yourself a favour do not use this terrible company!!!

App doesn’t work properly.
Wren designed my kitchen. When the fitter started to fit the units he found that the design was faulty. This resulted in one unit that can not be used meaning that I’ll not have the kitchen they promised .One corner of the kitchen could not be installed. We had to order a replacement smaller cupboard. Several items are missing from the order. One item damaged. Customer service is a joke. They offered money as a “ good will “ gesture to compensate. This will not cover the cost of the fitter having to return. Never again.
