আপনাদের এ্যাপ আপডেট করার পর new device হিসাবে add করতে বলছে যেখানে mobile Otp এবং email otp দুটোই চাই। আমি সৌদি প্রবাসী আমার কাছে মোবাইলের সিম নেই আছে শুধু ইমেইল। এটার মাধ্যম আগের সব কাজ করতাম। এখন আমি আমার planet এ লগ-ইন করতে পারছিনা। এখন এই সমস্যার সমাধান করবো কি করে?

Dear Stupid NRBC bank and App dev
how do we even use this app? so buggy! the registration doesn’t even work. in blinking eye section start is not working. Please see other apps to get idea how to build the app

Why the developers add 5 digit password/pin options whereas the password is four digit and the development is not working properly. And why NPSB , BFTN and RTGS not add beneficiary same time , we just want to select option when send , And also need to add one more time send option without beneficiary add , ( like BRAC Astha app)

The app keeps saying device inactive and isn’t allowing me to access my account. It’s been happening for a long time now.

NPSB doesn’t work in ios
U should develop other bank transactions systems as like NPSB. It’s still not working iOS version. Pls solve it as soon as possible.

App Glitch Transaction Code
Worst private bank apps in Bangladesh right now. It’s been 2 days since the latest update, and the app is still basically unusable. The transaction glitch hasn’t been fixed, making it impossible to send or receive money smoothly. For something as essential as banking, this is unacceptable. What’s worse is there’s been no clear update, no communication, and no urgency from the bank’s side. Users are left stuck, not knowing when (or if) the issue will be resolved. With digital banking becoming a necessity, problems like this show how unreliable some of these apps still are. People depend on these services daily — delays and glitches like this cause real inconvenience. Do better.

NO EKYC option
We don’t find any EKYC or account opening option from iOS app. Should be updated
IOS version is worst! Android is not better either!
Problem:- 1. Unable to reset password, after submitting otp it says, fill up information in the previous form. 2. After putting credentials when I click Login, the app crashes! Customer support center doesn't feel bother to solve any problem.
