Considering other banking applications, this is one of the best UX so far I have come across.
Joke of an app
It’s not a one stop solution, important announcements are made in Bangla even if my app version is English. Fdr when being made don’t give options such as which account to deposit interest to, does show the fdr rate as well or even how long I want to lock the fdr for. A lot of missing features and features that do not work properly such as increasing card limit and etc. bring this app into the 21st century then call it a one stop solution instead of selling your other lacklustre products such as your prime investment cause that to me is bloatware.
Bill Payment
Please add Titas gas option, very Saad there is no option for Titas gas payment Also Desco bill payment system every time I have to write bill number why it’s should be ones add bill account number than every month new bill will be shown. I have seen Saudi Arabia,Turkey bank even in Bangladesh Islami Bank same . Prime App update is poor.
Disappointed
Ever since I opened and activated the app, I have been unable to transfer money from bank to bkash. It’s been a month and I keep calling their helpline, all I get is that there’s no problem from their side neither from mine but yet it shows fund transfer failed and if I try through bkash it says limit over even though I haven’t transferred a single buck. Also their live chat option replies after hours and the window stays active for a few minutes. This is so frustrating!
Qibla pointer??
for what possible reason would i need a qibla pointer on my banking app?? every smartphone has a compass that works without any internet. whoever thought of including a qibla pointer in a banking app should be fired.

Disappointing Experience – Unresolved Issue for years
I’ve been facing the same unresolved issue with the MyPrime app since May 2024. I’m unable to pay my credit card bill through the app due to a persistent error. Despite following all troubleshooting steps (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.) and repeatedly contacting customer support, nothing has been done. I even informed Prime Bank that I’d be traveling abroad and needed this fixed before June 9. It’s now July, and I’m stuck overseas, unable to make payments. No proper updates, no escalation — just poor service and zero accountability. This app has caused serious inconvenience and risks to my financial standing. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app until they take customer concerns seriously and improve their technical support.

Otp Submission issues
Writing about version 2.0.28: In this version, after entering all the details, when it’s finally time to submit the OTP, the submit button is not working. This issue is happening during bKash transfers. Hope the developers will fix this issue soon.
Need more utility bill payment options
The MyPrime app delivers an incredibly smooth and seamless experience. It's impressive how many useful services have been integrated into one platform, making it super convenient to manage different banking tasks in one place. However, it would be even better if they added more options for utility bill payments and included a feature to download payment receipts or invoices as PDFs. Overall, a great app with a lot of potential for even more improvements!
Unable to add pass the Add new Device option!!!
Cannot login from my iPhone as the new device OTP screen doesn’t pass to the next page. So no OTP and cannot verify the login process! Please fix it!

Very, very frustrating
The app doesn’t perform well at all. The registration process is extremely frustrating. Right now, I’ve pressed the Login button some 50 times, didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now the submit button doesn’t work. These are basic UX problems that remain unresolved.
Lacked than before
As salamu alaikum This version of software don’t show any details of the beneficiary on NPSB report . No account no . How do a person can proof that he sent money to another person? Complained to bank but till no solution. For your kind information it was in details earlier version on 06 months ago . And another , there is also no details on the statement also - the beneficiary name or account no

Very Bad
am facing problem to complete MYPRIME app registration in my iOS device after OTP arrives. When I put the OTP in to field and press Submit button it does not do any response. I have sent email to corresponding Authority what they have send me in reply was a manual . But this is not the solution I guess.

Deterioration in service quality
I have been using RemitPrime service in Singapore for many years. Last 2 years service quality has deteriorated a lot. Just for KYC data need to visit thier premises physically. Contact numbers are not reachable. Hope something will be done to improve service quality.
Fantastic bank app needs further improvement
I have been an prime bank account holder since 2020 .This app helped me a lot to saving money from abroad , I can easily get access whenever I want .However it needs further updates and software enhancements like order new debit card online when it lost, option to freeze account and debit/credit card to prevent frauds. I can understand that they made it easy for all sorts of people so that they can use it without difficulties. If My prime app comes with few more updates and features in terms of its design/card freezing/defrosting/confirm payment with password, it will me much more secure and confidential for everyone.

So many banking app are using touch ID in bangladesh but you are still behind. Another problem is very sluggish

Read this before you open an account in prime bank
If you never experienced to be humiliated by a private bank staff than you should open an account in this bank and it’s totally free. Their staff are all high born( as they behave ). May be you are a millionaire but you will be treated as a relief recipient there if you are not familiar to them. Specially their uttara branch which is in siaam tower, rajlokkhi is the worst one. They have some lady staff and their attitude ( can’t find the perfect words to describe)😡😡
