You can even use the app from anywhere in the world. It also supports transfers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other banks across Bangladesh. The interface is clean, fast, and extremely easy to use. Fund transfer problem
Facing problem in fund transfer and biometric login doesn’t work.
Not responsive at all
For small screen phone some of the option doesn't show at all. Sometimes it difficult to select any options. Recently I can not logged in though I provide appropriate credentials. Need to refine the app more.

Tried both sms and email otp. Biometric log in doesn’t work. It says invalid request when entering otp. Receiving otp might be wrong. Please fix.

In the IOS version, don’t work login PIN setup. Also don’t work biometric setup. So please solve it soon as possible.

In the prepaid card the Dollar conversation request, it’s not working, as at the point the amount is posted, the keypad is not disappearing anymore. Please solve this problem.

Midland online is loaded with options that a customer needs. It’s completely peace of mind- all deposit account , loan account and even credit card can be managed under single app. And most importantly, it’s super easy and convenient.

Extremely confusing UX Doesn’t work bio metric on iPhone It took me 4 business days around to get a functioning Ac. Dis functional Application. Never ever recommending to Anyone.

Cannot do dollar conversion because keyboard doesn’t close and unable to click request button. Please fix this ASAP.
Bug in currency conversion section of prepaid card.
There’s a bug in the currency conversion for which keyboard can’t be closed even it the typing is done.This is why,the red marked request button can’t be reached.Requesting for fixation asap.

Keyboard auto hide doesn’t work
In the dollar conversion section when I put the amount value the keyboard doesn’t auto hide. So I cannot request dollar conversion. Please fix this bug.
Crashes Issue
Can't do any fund transfer to the Rocket account. The app itself stops working and gets crashed right after pressing on ‘Confirm’ for the transaction. It really needs to be fixed asap and other than that the rest of the fund transfer channels are alright so far I've used.
