The people at First Fidelity Bank are fantastic! A totally unique banking experience.
They hate the military
They absolutely despise the military, especially Cheri and her manager. Stay away from this bank.

Please get rid of this giant keypad and go back to the smaller one. It’s nearly impossible for people with smaller hands to do this with one hand while holding their device.
So much glitches, bug needs fixin
Love the bank, don’t love the bank feature part when it comes to login… seems to been complicated due to login bug idk like when you open the app, the app doesn’t allow to see the screen to sign in and log in.
Good, but for deposit feature!
App good, but never able to do a remote deposit. Uninstalled and reinstalled app a couple times but can’t get it to work. Very frustrating!

Latest update Requires ISO 17 or later. My phone does support ISO 17 but sill gets different versions ISO 16. I can no longer use the app that I’ve been using for years
Decent app, only work about half the time
Most the time when I open the app to check my balance I’m met with “available 2 days ago”. Makes it very frustrating to check my actual account balance as it won’t update for multiple days at a time. I’ve reached out to customer support and am met with “is your app up to date?”, of course it is. However the app still fails to update and customer support has no other solution for these problems. I deposited a check 3 days ago and the amount still has not shown up in my available balance. When trying to view the deposited check the app says “oops, something went wrong with the server”. Terrible app.
Need to work at night
Never allows me to access my Zelle history at night. Processing shouldn’t matter when I’m trying to view past records. Doesn’t give me a balance at night either. Just errors galore when trying to check in on my account. But when it works it’s nice. Also my account wont accept Zelle’s past a certain time either

This app has always worked for me. Until today. It has been loading under “completing app update” for over three hours. Restarted my phone. Went from WiFi to 5g cellular and nothing worked. So for that I’m going 1 until it’s fixed…

Missing Confirmation on payments
The old app gave you the confirmation number immediately after submitting a payment, but this version never has. Yes I can go to a transaction and look it up, but for every.single.one? I know it's not a difficult fix to put this ONE thing on the screen with the payment submitted confirmation screen, I want the confirmation number for my records. Am I asking too much??

Only works for iOS 16 which isn’t even out yet.
Updates
Don’t appreciate you deciding to update your app and not keep it accessible to your customers. My phone is now not compatible with the new version so you are forcing me to update my phone just to use this app.
Won’t update and isn’t up to par with other banks
I have several accounts, this is by far the worse banking app of them all. It doesn’t update quickly, I am currently trying to look at my transactions from earlier today, the app doesn’t show current info...useless

External Transfer Fee
Great bank but they charge a $4 fee for external transfers. Have never been charged by any bank for this. Otherwise would have been five stars.
Could be much better
It has all the features but is worse than other banking apps I’ve used. This app won’t show some transactions as even pending for 24 hrs, leaving me wondering if it went thru. Other banking mobile apps I’ve used would show pending transactions instantly, even if they took a day or two to process. Look to MECU for an app done right.

We moved away from OK 4 years ago. Still haven’t changed banks. We have NEVER had an issue here.
