It took me 10 min to deposit a check because the deposit button was missing from my web page. I eneded up figuring it out on the app but is was painful
Love the app
This app does what I need! One request - when using on the iPad, any chance the screen can flip horizontally in the future? Keyboard up-ended is dificult :)

The mobile deposit has disappeared from the app?? Ive tried on IOS and android and its not there

This app is completely unreliable. It often won’t let me login. All my account numbers are in there and I couldn’t use the phone ai without them.

Difficult to make payment
Only app I have ever had with an auto loan that requires verified money transfers just to make a simple payment. They make it so difficult to make a payment I have to call in every single month.
Home Screen format
Thanks for the updated app, layout and new screens. I would like to recommend one minor change to the home screen. When you select account summary, I would like for it to automatically explode all accounts so that you don’t have to click another button for the drop-down. Why else would you look at account summary without wanting to explore each individual account? Thank you for the opportunity to submit recommendations.
Mobile deposits
Your daily limit on mobile deposits is way too low! I have banked with you since 1998 but recently moved to NC. I have to move funds from another bank at tax time and having to write multiple checks on a limited check writing account for 1 deposit into your bank, is frustrating. I also couldn’t find the limit without calling…
New format harder to read
The app format changed I guess a few months ago, and I just have found it harder to read the app because of its layout and fonts.
App update
The latest update messed the VISA account up. It does not have a running total and does not show payments made. Very hard to decifer transactions.
Horrible
They took over our CU and lied to all of use. Worst customer service and overall service ever. Want my old CU back.
Screwed up a easy app
Used to be able to see when my last payment was made but can’t now. Hate the app upgrade

The newest layout is awful.
Best Credit Union
I’m a 40 year member dating back to when there was one location at the FAA center. You had to be an FAA employee at that time. Still a very good CU.
Customer service
I do everything from my iPhone. When you change the app,(& why??) it really messes me up because I draw a blank screen. The customer service is great & always very professional. I love True Sky!
Old version was better
Please fix this app the old version was better. This update does not give you the current balance as it does not debit the pending charges from your available giving you the impression that you have more money. Please fix as this was a nice feature with the old version. Also would be nice on loans to bring back the color warnings turning red when you are past due.
Needs some work
Almost all of the time the widget doesn’t work. Also needs update for the new iPads, bc i can’t use while on my keyboard. So that’s frustrating as well.
Can’t Download Statements
You can’t download monthly mortgage statements in this application.

The worst app I have on my phone. I only have it because I need it, otherwise, I would have already deleted it. Super slow. Outdated. Only works when it wants. Locks me out all the time. Face ID will randomly stop working. 0 STARS.
When it works it’s great.
I have an issue where I’m constantly getting locked out. Fine during business hours on a week day. Terrible when it happens 13:30 on a Saturday. I have Face ID, and that’s how I always log in. Until the app decides it can’t validate my credentials. Which happens almost weekly at best. Sometimes multiple times a day. Can we please get a fix for this?

Consistently forgetting my login information
If I could give this app a 0 star I would. The app always forgets my login information and even when I get my password right, it tells me I am wrong so I have changed my password numerous times. Because of this awful app, I will no longer part of true sky.

Terrible interface and worse userability
This has got to be, hands down, the WORST financial institution app I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Constantly logs you out when moving through the menu option, unable to submit payments via the transfer function to open loans, and just outright bad design. It’s 2023. A 12 year old can code a better app than your software team. What an embarrassment

Garbage App, Garbage Website and Garbage Bank
Their mobile banking app always has problems everyday and down due to "error messages" and their website is always under "maintenance." RUN AWAY FOLKS!!!!!

Terrible
This has to be the worst app possible you can login and only view your balance, if you try and do anything else it will say session expired and you will have to log back on and do the whole cycle over again. App crashes daily! App doesn't work after 11pm for some reason. The previous app before they became Truesky was FAA credit union. Whole company has been terrible since then.
