Depuis que je conduis une Lexus, je suis dans une voiture extraordinaire même si je ne connais pas toutes les possibilités, j’en apprécie de jour en jour. Après 11 mois je suis encore content de mon achat.
App needs a lot of work
The Lexus app is terrible. It is constantly disconnecting from my RX 350. Then the car asks for my pin again. This happens about every 20 minutes. Lexus needs to do better.

Great when it works
Inconsistent performance. When the app works, it’s great. But more often it just doesn’t work. Does not unlock immediately and takes ages. The remote key on phone never works and crashes the app. Hope they fix this. I’ve even tried to logout and login again.. but no luck
Should be included for the life of ownership…
Based on the price I paid for this vehicle, the subscription service should be free for the time that I own the vehicle

3-5 business days... to add my home addressp
I can't add subscriptions because the app can't tell what province I am in. Everytime I try to add my address it says not found. I feel like to add my home address to my profile is very basic information I should be able to do AT MINIMUM. Regardless, I call customer service twice to ask them to add it to my profile. After confirming they did on their end, I can also confirm they did not! So during the second call, I let the representative know and she had to escalate it to a case manager to resolve the issue and it would take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Somehow, I feel like this shouldn't take that long just so it knows what provincial tax to use so I can use the subscriptions...

Últimamente el área de estado no está mostrando que las puertas no eran bloqueadas, llegan las notificaciones tal revisar aparece como si estuvieran bloqueada las puertas pero al utilizar el remoto perionas el bloqueo y si las bloquea, lo que hace dudar si están o no bloqueada las puertas, ya lo he probado y efectivamente no está mostrando en la imagen que las puertas están desbloqueada, ojalá reparen esta falla
Mise à jour laborieuse
Suite à l’installation originale chez le concessionnaire lors de la livraison de la voiture neuve, tout a bien fonctionné pendant six mois environ. Par la suite des problèmes de connectivité, de mises à jour de l’application cause des soucis, surtout qu’on en devient dépendant pour utiliser toutes les fonctionnalités du véhicule.
Électronique faible
Oui, j’aime ma Lexus et, dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfaite de ce véhicule. Cependant, je lui ai attribué quatre étoiles au lieu de cinq, car il présente parfois quelques petits problèmes techniques. Le plus fréquent est que la voiture perd occasionnellement la connexion avec mon téléphone et je dois la reconnecter. De plus, j’ai constaté à quelques reprises des dysfonctionnements électroniques assez étranges. Deux fois, la voiture ne s’est pas déverrouillée alors que j’étais juste à côté avec la clé. Il est également arrivé plusieurs fois que le coffre refuse de s’ouvrir sans raison apparente. Ces problèmes étaient temporaires, mais ils restent préoccupants. Dans l’ensemble, je pense que cette voiture présente certaines faiblesses au niveau de l’électronique. J’espère que Lexus pourra les corriger dans les prochaines mises à jour.

The best vehicle we’ve ever owned. Treated extremely well at Tony Graham Lexus. We’ll buy another Lexus when needed. The ride and luxury in the vehicle is amazing.
Antique not modern
The App feels and behave antique. Lexus needs to rebuild the app ground app. The current one is - laggy, poor layout, doesn’t show the real time status. Doesn’t let to use the same credentials on 2 phones. Also if I use 2 different profiles, remote start is only available on primary profile. Digital key is useless, hit and miss. This is not modern approach ( ref - mercedes , bmw, audi apps or tesla).

Needs improvement
The app is slow, notifications constantly pile up, and I can’t delete them. Aside from the basic lock, unlock, and remote start functions, I haven’t found the other features useful, which is disappointing. A big issue is the remote start. In Canada, limiting it to two 10-minute remote starts isn’t enough during the winter. After 20 minutes, I have to go outside in the freezing cold just to restart my vehicle manually. For a paid connected service, I’d expect longer remote start times or the option to extend it from the app. Overall, it’s been a pretty disappointing experience.

The apps often shows the vehicle in the wrong place. Does not refresh the location on the map. Requires closing and restarting the app

New app can’t be installed
Unfortunately my iPhone is an older version and the update could not be installed because the operating system has to be 17.0 or higher. The worst part is I can’t use the older version because it is forcing me to try and update. Since Lexus made the change I think the least they can do is refund me the money I paid for that month. Impossible to find a human to talk to about this problem.
Lexus app just ok
I use the Remote Connect only as it is required even if I only use CarPlay to connect to navigation or other useful phone apps. Otherwise I wouldn’t have this monthly subscription.
Log Out Often
App is good but… - it keeps me log out and asks password often. - It does not work like Tesla app so you can drive the vehicle without a physical fob key. - I had Tesla prior to this vehicle and missing Tesla’s app daily.

Good app to use. It is a bit slow when loading up. I wish they could add windows to close or open. Sometimes I would forget to close my windows or moonroof, please this features to close/open windows.

This is the 3rd time I have been alerted that my car was not locked. I can lock my car from my couch 😊

Was working properly before. Since the update it does not start the car and gives out error message

It is great but I find it awkward to use in cold weather - seems like I must have both the app on my phone and my key gib to ensure I can remotely start my vehicle Would much rather have the remote start as a separate command on the key fob

Terrible new update
I updated this App on January 22,2026. Its the worst update, I cannot start my vehicle from The app, and the status of my vehicle doesnt show.
Lexus Update
I can no longer use the Lexus App as my iPhone will not accept beyond version 16. So now do I have to spend $600 to get a new phone? Why won’t the app continue to have me use the older version. Get your geeks to fix this Paul Shaw

The charging history is always 1-2 weeks behind. It never shows current or recent charging history, only history from 1-2 weeks ago and further in the past. Why not show each charge as soon as possible?
