Unable to log in!
Since the upgrade, I've been unable to log in and am stuck on a 400 or 404 error page! Please maintain your system as soon as possible, otherwise it will be extremely disappointing for those who have paid to use the app!
Handy
I think it’s very handy to have this app. My hands were full and I didn’t have my keys nearby and it sent me a reminder asking if I would like to lock the doors. I would like to use the app more and will plan on it.
Do Better Mercedes
For the luxury car experience, this brand wants to deliver this app greatly falls short. From the app, I can see that my windows are open however when it starts to rain, I have to go out and manually close them. Why? Why can’t I just control it from the app? The climate I live in is cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon. Why can’t I adjust the internal temperature control of the vehicle when I auto started it from the app? These are luxury car experiences that would be made so much better if they can be controlled from my phone without having to go and adjust it. The billing is also extremely inconvenient. Other major car brands do not charge for basic features such as auto start. But Mercedes wants to charge me a subscription to be able to start my car from my phone. In addition, we own three Mercedes across two different states and if I do not use the exact billing information from the state, I bought the Mercedes in the sale will not process for the subscription to the app. Multiple calls to customer service didn’t even know what was going on. I had to call the actual dealership and take the vehicle in, which was extremely inconvenient, to figure out why the app would not take my money to buy the stupid subscription. Do better, Mercedes. You’re marketing a luxury vehicle brand delivering a less than mediocre experience from this app.

Most advanced reliable vehicle ever
Can’t get help for my vehicle location issue.
I pay for digital extras and have an issue where the vehicle location doesn’t work correctly. The location on the map never matches where the car currently is, only the place it was just prior. I’ve contacted support and they claim they’ve escalated to tier 2 support, but nothing has happened, no one has followed up, and I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting. I’d expect better from Mercedes.
Remote lock should be included
Great app. Lots of good features including pre-entry climate control. Would be nice to have remote lock/unlock included without having to pay subscription fee. Also the maximum charge on my car battery keeps resetting to 100% no matter how many times i change it to 80%

Worst travel companion ever
Bought a GLC and discovered this app is geo fenced to USA. I use GLCs where ever I travel. I have a consistent vehicle and even LHD RHD is nice to be in a consistent experience. BUT the app is geofenced. USA ONLY. SO WHERE EVER I GO NOW IT FAILS. For a GLOBAL leader of vehicles selling a premium travel product to not have travelers front of mind is beyond imagination.

Limited Controls
Why are the controls available on the touchscreen not available in this app. Mercedes is supposed to be a luxury brand. Sad that this app has less functionality than other vehicles at a much lower price point.

Clunky limited features
Mercedes-Benz is supposed to be a name that is associated with quality reliability and good engineering. This app does not meet that expectation in any way. It has very limited capabilities and it is very very clunky. Request for Support have I could not be less impressed with my experience.

Doesn’t stay logged on
The app keeps logging you out every 30 days. I can no longer rely on critical app notifications such as having forgotten to lock the car.
Buggy and Slow
I have been having problems with the charging pauses getting changed from how I have them set 4-9 PM to midnight-midnight so then when I plug in the car it won’t charge unless I reset it. Dealership updated car software and issue is still happening. Also sending commands can be a little slow.

Terrible Lock and unlock feature
I have had multiple failed instances of using the lock and unlock feature. Actually the lock works every time, the unlock does not- which is the bigger issue. Customer service can’t fix, logging out and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t work. This is a major issue- This feature is not to be trusted and has costed me much time and money going home and back with a spare key.

Missed The Mark
The app completely crashed on me and wouldn’t load, despite having a brand new iPhone. I’m on my second Mercedes and it seems like every annual update keeps dropping features that I frequently use and love (ie. valet mode and color changing lighting). If you’re going to make me pay for features, at least make them worth it, make them consistently accessible, and fix the bugs.
App is missing a lot of
It is a little disappointing when you pay quite a premium for a Mercedes, and the app itself will not allow you to access features that a Hyundai or a Ford can do. I am unable to disable my rear hatch from hitting me in the head if I walk too closely to the rear sensor, I cannot turn the air conditioning on to cool my car down with remote start, I cannot lower the windows or raise the windows remotely. Interestingly enough, other parts of the world have some of these features enabled. From reading online, there are a tremendous amount of people getting hit in the head by hatches that are closing from the auto foot sensor, honestly a lawsuit should be formulated over this foolish and dangerous feature that cannot be disabled. I would support that worldwide wagon lawsuit.

Nice features but a bit pricey just to keep an App active. While it benefits the owner it also benefits Mercedes with the data it collects. Seems like it sould be closer to complimentary or at least for minimal profit.

You cannot control your cars temperature with the app, so if you didn’t leave it running at full air conditioning, it does not help you get your car cooled off in the summer. Or full heat to heat it up in the winter. It also only stays on for about nine minutes, so it certainly will not cool your car off in that amount of time, if you did not leave it running full blast. Also, after the first two years, you have to pay to use the app… Which seems a little bit ridiculous to me, since I’m taking my car in for service at the dealership. Also - I can only start remotely twice - I use it to leave my dog in the car when we go places, and sometimes I could use another restart

The app works welll but it has some limitations. Like heating the seats, or control the air conditioner. The paying model sucks though, it’s greedy to charge 250CAD per year to have to use the functions like turn on the car or lock and unlock the car. This is ridiculous….

Solid App Overall
Overall, I love the new features and functionality. However, I’d love it if Mercedes released a Pet Mode for EVs or allowed us to leave the climate control on from the app longer. Additionally, it would be an excellent addition to be able to drive the car using the app only.

I am very much pleased with the app. I have not had any issues and I’m very excited to discover new ways and new things that are in my new car Mercedes.

Each time i have to adjust the charging limit from 100 to 80 and even after that the setting goes back to 100 - i repeat this 2 times atleast every time i chsrge abd yet it might charge to 100. I think its an app glitch

The app is super helpful, especially with how easily I get sidetracked and alerts you in minutes if it is unlocked. Also, since I don’t drive everyday (work at home) I can start it remotely to keep the battery charged.

Would love to see if the windows are down that disables the ability to start the car - the functionality to close them, like locking the doors , and then the ability to start the car

What would make this app great? Being able to control the temperature in my car using my remote access. Can’t make it warm inside in the winter or cold inside in the summer.

Bad update.
Why did you change the app to something worse. Now when you go to start your vehicle you have to stair at your phone and wait for it to connect before you can ask it to start the car. Before you just told the app to start the car and it would take the time to communicate with the vehicle on its own with out you having to stare at it. Poor update
EV charging app
Great app with lots of useful features. It’s missing a timed charging feature though - currently you can not program the charge eg between 11pm and 4am. That’s a shame for a company like Mercedes! Pls add this feature for when the car get charged at à charger that can not be programmed either
