I can not pay my bill on this app after putting all my information in…

My renters insurance through homesite will not add, I cannot view the ID Card in Glovebox unfortunately.
Rough around the edges
My policy only shows a car I sold last month and doesn’t show the 2 cars I correctly have insured. Not much good if the info is not up to date

Would like to be able to see payment history. Also would like to see real time updates for my coverage after making a payment. Would be wonderful to have my insurance uploaded to my wallet for convenient access

This app is slick!
This app has been such a saving grace in so many scenarios. I haven’t had to bother my agent in months - everything automatically updates and I’ve been able to grab current ID cards and VIN numbers in off hours without issue. I’ve loved working with my agent and now I’ll never shop my insurance around or go back to carrier directly. The chat bot keeps me connected without having to wait on hold. I’ve probably referred my agent to 50 friends already simply because this app is so user friendly and my agent is the best. Love this!

Not working
I just tried to add my policy and it keep saying network error, how am I supposed to view my policy? I’ve been trying for two whole weeks.
Awesome app + convenient
So much more convenient than having to open a half dozen insurance apps to get my docs and ID cards. Now i just turn to this. Smart product.
Still broken!
Still can’t activate Active Policy Monitoring with NCM/American Modern Insurance. Totally useless!
Game Changer
I'm so glad my agent started using GloveBox. I've always saved policy #s as a contact in my phone along with my insurance company's customer service number in order to keep my policy # on-hand. Now I have everything I need right in my agent's app and can easily get help from them when I need it without even needing to call. They just text me once the change is made! Couldn't be more convenient!!!
App Sign-In Bug
Downloaded app after registering on the web via agent link. When I try to sign-in to the app for the first time I get an error message: “Oops something went wrong. The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” No obvious way to report bugs in app or on developer site.

Glovebox is AMAZING!!!
Glovebox has saved me. I don’t typically get pulled over, but when I do I constantly fumble around (and freak out) and I never have my insurance documents printed and ready for the officer. Glovebox is such a great app and nice to know I’m ready should I ever need this information in a pinch again. 🤗
