07/06/26 App not allowing me to sign in sends me code to text or email then once entered it goes back to sign in and etc. etc. etc. 07/06/26 @6:33pm est App still kicking me out after log in going right back to sign in. I need this App working properly please!!! 07/07/26 @ 2:43 pm est… app still not working properly. I receive my security code and it clicks and briefly see my account and then the App abruptly crashes requiring another log in. Please fix your APP 07/15/26: the App was not responding last week and the bill cut off was on the 11th, I always pay my bill on or about the 15th of every month, why hasn’t the bill shown up today yet @ 3:18 pm est?

I didn't need a pop up interrupting me three times in under a minute soliciting a review from me to rate my enjoyment of being extorted by a monopoly, but since you are so disconnected from reality that you begged for it- here you go. One would think you'd be happy with the buckets of money you receive from me, but nope-you need to know if I'm enjoying it. Do you enjoy splinters under your fingernails?
Ehhh
At one point, Atlantic City Electric was great. I do appreciate that they send people out when there is emergencies and they can get electric up and running but they need to do it faster with the amount of money we pay today, but it wasn’t always like that, but I would hope today that’s the case because prices are so insane. Something has to change here because people like me who are disabled veterans that are on fix income and you know we don’t make a lot of money we struggle and when we get hit with these $300 bills or $350 bills before summer even starts I can’t even imagine what summer is gonna be like when ACs run 24 seven so I plead with the state of New Jersey and Atlantic City electric that some things need to change and I hope that you guys can help sway some policy changes or at least integrate some better energy movements for New Jersey because these prices are killing us thank you for your attention and thank you for providing us with the electricity that we all honestly and truly can’t live without. Worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with in my life
Can’t Sign In
Ever since the app was unavailable over the July 4 weekend for maintenance, I have not been able to sign in. It accepts my credentials and then brings me right back to the sign in screen.

AC App vs AC serv
App is easy to use and requires minimal knowledge to navigate. Service is reliable. Rate hike is ridiculous and a political robbery. Exelon rate hike while more and more sub contractors called in to SIT just in case a storm rolls in at 100k a day? Storm emergencies called with less than 5Ok people off?!! Hard cover left on lines all over Exelon system as cost to replace to rate payer?I’ve watched the board ignore the reactionary decisions lacking knowledge of past practice or consideration of risk assessment balancing ratepayer costs AND reliability…..they manage for their careers. That’s why hike is necessary! The ship is way too loose since 2012! Covid escalated overspending. It’s never turned around! So yes, good company. Great app. Good reliability but rate hike for your inability to reign in your own spending? Nope. You lose my rating for that one!
Email saying my bill will be 42% HIGHER!!
Why is my bill going to be 42% higher!! I haven’t touched the thermostat all summer! . Your price point is getting ridiculous!!!
Too Much
I think that Atlantic City electrics customer service is horrible. If a person is already having difficulty paying their account then why would you add on a deposit fee. Then say that is due before you pay the unpaid bill. Doesn’t make sense. It’s like the board on this company wants to keep people indebted to them. The programs for assistance they offer it’s hard to get a no personal assistance at all.

Freezes constantly and forces you to write a review or else the review box pops up every time you click on something so for that it gets 1 start for being annoying af.
Billing
It is ridiculous how high the electric bill is every month. Same house. Same people . Same usage and it has never been so high as a year ago
Moderate app paired with a garbage company
Like the title says - while the app may not be horrible, when it’s paired with a garbage company like AC Electric which overcharges customers only to provide them with garbage customer service, the result is trash

Wanted to compare and print past bills. Worked great.
Bad math
App tells me my bill is $162 more than my last bill. Truth is my bill is $93 less than last month. With that math, not sure how we are supposed to trust the other math going into our astronomical bills.
High Cost for the Electrical Bill
The electric bill prices are way too high. There is absolutely no reason the delivery charges should be this expensive. Regardless of how much electricity is actually being used, there is no justification for a bill approaching $1,000 in one month for a single household with maybe three or four people at most, especially during the month of July. It’s ridiculous. The prices continue to increase with no real explanation or benefit to the customer. Everyone continues to complain about how expensive these bills are, yet the costs remain high, and there seems to be no reduction in the overall amount we’re paying for the services being provided. Something needs to be done because this is simply unacceptable.
